It's just that not all of their dreams are achievable.

I think when I was younger, I always wanted to be an air hostess.

The thing I only ever wanted growing up,

I had a picture of a red Porsche on my bed.

Come on, all you really dreamed of was having your big family.

We never actually wanted a big family, did we?

No, we always wanted three. Mm.

Well, you messed that one up.

But there's one dream that has so far eluded Noel and Sue.

It'd be absolutely fantastic if you could see one of your kids

turn out to be a top sports person.

That would be a dream come true,

not only for them, but for us as well, I think.

In the past, there were some near misses.

Ellie and Aimee did well in the running.

And some not-so-near misses.

josh, the team he played for... Yeah.

...a good result was coming home only losing by eight. Yeah.

A lot of our children, you'll get them all of the stuff for it,

and then they just lose interest

and don't want to do it any more, do they? No.

Kids are like, "Mm, I don't wanna do that football match" or whatever.

Don't wanna get up on a Sunday.

They've never really kept going. And football.

Yeah. Ancl I do often think, if we kept going at it,

you know, could we have progressed and got somewhere in life with it?

But at last, they have a new beacon of hope...

..11-year-old Casper.

I'm best at dribbling,

skills like roulette, rainbow flick...

...and step-overs.

Lots of people in my school call me the next Messi.

Casper, he is, out of all the kids,

so much more focused on it.

He's determined to get where he wants to be. Yeah.

Casper would play football all day every day, if he could, wouldn't he?

He loves it. Yeah.

And he's already making big plans.

My dream is to become a professional footballer

and play for Liverpool.

It's a rite of passage, isn't it?

For a clad to take their son to their first ever football game.

I'm very nervous and excited.

He may be nervous,

but there's one thing Casper is looking forward to

almost as much as the match.

so they are the favourites to beat Fulham.

That's the thing about dreams, they require patience.

SALLY LINDSAY: Three months ago, Noel and Sue made a decision

that would change all of their lives.

Here it is. Oh, my God, that is stunning.

SHE GASPS Even from being quite young,

I've always wanted to live in the country.

Different way of living. Fields around us.

Bit of our own garden to be able to maybe even do

your own veggie patches and stuff like that. Mm.

Their dreams came true

when they had an offer accepted on a farm house.

Very nice.

A beautiful, old home surrounded by fields,

promising the country life for the whole family.

We've never really had a big outdoor garden space.

I think it would just be amazing for the kids

to be able to play out a lot.

just a different way of life.

Yeah. Growing their own plants, getting in the greenhouse.

Yeah, I can really see us living here.

It is everything that we want, isn't it? We've been looking for.

Yeah, I really like it.

A dream home calls for...

cos, obviously, the house is really old.

The new house may be idyllic, but perfect?

Well, no.

A lack of rooms for all meant that the decision was made

for the five eldest -

jack, Daniel, Luke, Katie andjames -

to stay behind and take over the current Radford residence.

What is that? The lime green.

We're testing Mum and Dad's room.

Cos if we don't like it, we don't have to come in here again.

Imagine a whole wall in that. Minging.

Summer sunset. Oh, I do like that colour.

Questionable colour schemes aside,

they're making big plans for how this famous five

can make the best of the whooping 11 bedrooms.

I am taking a whole floor for myself.

Ancl then I'll have my gaming room, and then...

I don't really know what I'll do with the other rooms,

but I've got them anyway, so... spare change.

I want this bottom floor cos the Wi-Fi is good down here.

King-size bed in the middle.

A massive, massive, massive wardrobe.

I would like to have my mum and dad's room

cos then it means I'd be in charge, and everything will go my way.

I want everything black. You know, like the black house?

'This whole floor is my floor.'

I do like the idea of being the ruler of the house.

Steady on, Katie. You're not in charge yet.

It's still these two.

But they're away with the fairies. Oh.

So excited for the country life.

I've always lived in, like, a cul-de-sac.

I just think it'll be so good for the kids as well,

to just be able to just run free,

have a better, kind of outdoorsy life.

Getting the kids involved in the greenhouse. Yeah.

Growing our own veg.

I mean, this is the dream life for us, I think.

I feel like a big kid.

just so excited to get the new house.

Seven days ago, football-mad Casper had one of the nights of his life

watching his first ever big stadium match.

He was definitely beaming from ear to ear.

'He talked about it non-stop at school.'

He said that cos his teacher's a big Liver pool fan as well,

so she wanted to hear all about it. Yeah.

Ancl he just come home from school, he was absolutely buzzing.

I could just see what was going through his mind, you know.

One clay, be going to where the players go,

not where all the fans go.

That's his... Dream.

Yeah.

The biggest problem we have now is keeping his feet on the ground.

Undeterred, Noel has been looking into how he can help Casper.

I've spoken to a friend whose son's on the Liverpool books,

and he said Casper needs to get scouted.

So, hopefully, if he gets scouted by one Premier club,

there might be other scouts out there that might pick him up,

and just have to go from there.

As a clad, you just want to make all your kids' dreams come true

as much as you possibly can.

But you need to balance it.

It won't be easy, and you could come across bumps in the road.

'Trial's on next week in Manchester.'

He's got Casper into some football trials.

'And there's going to be scouts there.

'Do you think he'd be interested?'

Not just scouts, but Premier League scouts.

He is just gonna be over the moon.

Hopefully, Liverpool might be there, his dream team.

That would make his clay.

With the trial only days away, Noel wants Casper to be prepared.

But with the work commitments, he's had to rope in some extra help.

We've established a couple things. One, you're very weak...

No. ..and two, you're very small.

So what we're gotta do is, I'm gonna make you very strong,

and we've gotta make you very fast.

So, I want to teach Casper to utilise his strengths

and eliminate his weaknesses,

so, just get faster.

I wanna make him a lean, mean football machine.

Well, Professor Max, as we call him. Yeah.

but he cares about his younger brother.

This means quite a bit to Casper...

Purely his height. He must be one of the smallest 11-year-olds out there,

so that's something he's really got going against him.

The dream move to a house in the country

may still be weeks away,

but the process of de-cluttering this humongous house

has already begun.

So, we've lived in this house 20 years.

We've got so much clutter and junk.

Cos we've lived here for so long, so much junk.

Moving can be stressful for a normal-size family...

...so imagine what it's like for Britain's biggest.

I do remember moving into this house,

like, 20 years ago, thinking I would never, ever do that again.

Moving house is stressful, isn't it?

It's not just the picking your belongings up

and moving it to the next house, is it?

It's all the process of...

Yeah, and it is stressful. ..getting your finances in place.

it just takes so damn long.

There's a lot in the skip,

but nothing will be tipped unnecessarily.

The company will recycle the waste,

and whatever can be sold sent off to charity.

SALLY LINDSAY: Noel's hopes for a new life in the country

have just been dashed.

The first thing that ran through my mind is, when...

You know, when we got the call to say the house sale

had all fallen through is, "How do I tell Sue?"

You know, she absolutely had her heart set on that house.

It's just devastating to have to tell her, "No, it's not happening."

The dream is over.

All right? Yeah. Well, no. Got some bad news.

The estate agent just called.

'The last thing you want to do, especially to somebody you love,

'is give them bad news and just break their heart.'

But, you know, I just had to do it.

How are you feeling about the collapse of the house move?

I'm just not feeling like I wanna talk about it.

The way Sue's feeling at the moment, not interested in looking around,

see what else there is.

'It's taken the wind out of her sails,

'and she feels really down and fed up,

'and we've just put the whole thing on hold.'

But when you have kids to care for, there isn't time to be down.

And luckily for Noel, there's a big day ahead of him...

...Casper's football trial.

It's something else to focus on rather than sort of thinking,

"Oh, well, the house, the house, the house."

'Take my mind off it, I guess.'

I would absolutely love it if Casper can fulfil his dream,

you know, becoming a professional footballer.

In the 90 minutes it takes to play a football match,

we're in Manchester.

None of the boys have clone anything like this before,

so I'm sort of a little bit nervous for Casper,

cos I know, at the end of the clay, he'd love to get scouted.

The warm-up's gone well, but now it's time for the match.

Yeah, look, he's just been called in, he's first going in.

But with the other players bigger than him,

Casper can't get hold of the ball.

He sat back a bit, really. He was quite quiet on the pitch.

He wasn't very vocal, wasn't really getting involved.

He hasn't shot as much as I would like him to.

He's gone from playing from kids at school to somewhere like this,

where they're all good.

So it's definitely a bit of an eye-opener to him.

But Casper isn't giving up his dream without a fight.

Goal! Yes, Casper!

Went for the bottom corner, wonderful finish.

And the scouts have noticed it, too.

He's doing amazing... cos he's a Radford.

At the end, Casper was on cloud nine.

He was buzzing. He'd scored a goal, and he absolutely loved it.

So, how did they do?

that her dream move to the countryside is over.

But, to be honest, I... I had a perfect childhood here.

Phoebe's been waking up in the night,

every single night for the past week,

and now she doesn't even wanna go to bed.

I keep having nightmares.

The only other time that we've ever had nightmares

in the house before has been with Chloe.

When we first moved into this house, she came running into our bedroom

saying that she'd been woken up by a ghost,

and for ages, she wouldn't sleep in that bedroom.

Sue is using a few tricks she's learnt

to help Phoebe banish the imaginary monsters.

Phoebe, there's nothing to be scared of, look.

apart from a messy wardrobe.

You've just got to try and reassure them

that not all of their dreams are gonna be nightmares,

they're gonna have dreams that are going to be lovely dreams.

They absolutely love a good bedtime story.

Ancl I always think that the night-time routine -

bath, bed, story - is a really good way of getting them to sleep.

The email was about Casper.

We've received an email from the football trial people.

Ancl we were really, really hoping for the best,

that he was gonna get picked by a scout,

and he was gonna get, you know, in a club and all the rest of it.

That was his dream and, you know, sort of our dream as well for him.

But, unfortunately, he didn't.

He just... Yeah, he's just not got through.

Looks like another dream just came crashing down.

It's the hard thing about parenting isn't it? Yeah.
