going into the brain, it goes into the arm when it's being used,
like when he was trying to break open the vent.
This leads to stroke-like symptoms,
but I don't think he's actually having one.
So if we limit the blood flow to the arm,
it should increase to the brain and he should wake up.
It's a temporary fix.
