is irrelevant to Mr. Pope's murder.

context for this case!

So Ms. Melnick is conceding
her clients' culpability?

In which case, the only rationale
for this brutal piece of footage

is to manipulate
the jury into an acquittal.

demonstrates that Jeffrey Pope

was an incompetent cowboy.

He cultivated a long list of enemies
who may have committed this crime.
