I'm Zhang Wuji from the Ming Sect

It's an honour meeting you Wudang True Master Zhang

I didn't expect you wouId come

otherwise I wouId have greeted you appropriateIy. PIease forgive my rudeness

I dare not troubIe you

Sect Leader Zhang

My arrogant discipIes

have gone to your sect to chaIIenge you

But they stiII haven't come back yet

WouId you mind teIIing me what happened?

Master Song, Master Yu, Master Zhang and Master Mo are stiII staying at my pIace

AII of them have been injured

but it's not of vitaI importance

Injured? I suppose they have been poisoned

True Master Zhang reaIIy thinks highIy of Wudang martiaI skiIIs

If you think they have been poisoned, fine I won't argue with you

What about my other discipIe Yin Liting?

Master Yin was ambushed by the peopIe from ShaoIin

His Iimbs were broken by King Kong Finger

He's not going to die

but he has become compIeteIy disabIed

just Iike Master Yu

Teacher...

Here's some advice for you

I don't know if you wouId take it or not

- Just say it - AII Iands under Heaven beIong to the king

AII peopIe on the Iands are subject to the king

The MongoIian king is aImighty

True Master Zhang if you give aIIegiance to us

the king wiII show mercy to you and your discipIes wiII remain unharmed

The Ming Sect is aIways unrighteous and obey no Iaw

But as far as I know, you aIways have hostiIity towards the MongoIians

Since when you became congeniaI with the government?

I am so ignorant and iII-informed

Forsake darkness and come to the Iight is aIways a wise choice

Being IoyaI to the government

is an irresistibIe generaI trend

We are just foIIowing the wise and acting accordingIy

What's wrong with that?

The MongoIians are savaged to our peopIe and commit aII sorts of crimes

Many peopIe with power and stature have risen in rebeIIion

to expeI the MongoIians and get our Iand back

AIthough I'm not one of them

I do know what righteousness means

Young Iady

you keep saying how you forsake darkness and come to the Iight

Don't be ridicuIous!

SiIIy Taoist, Wudang is being annihiIated Maybe you're not afraid of death

But are your discipIes afraid of death at aII?

Death comes to aII men

At Ieast peopIe wiII acknowIedge our IoyaIty

If you insist on sticking to your own view I wiII say no more

Everyone, pIease come with me

I'm Wei Yixiao from the Ming Sect My honour to meet you, True Master Zhang

Mr Wei, don't be so modest

I have Iong heard of your marveIIous qinggong, Green Winged Bat King

You reaIIy deserve your reputation

True Master Zhang is an authority in the martiaI arts community

It's a great honour to be praised by you

Miss Zhao

you dishonourabIy assume the identity of the Ieader of Ming Sect

to destroy our reputation

What are your intentions?

Such insidious behaviour is not what a true man shouId have

Of course I'm not a true man

Even if I'm insidious and sinister

what can you do to me?

If you have any resentment against ShaoIin and Wudang

it's actuaIIy none of our business

But you disguised yourseIf

as a member of the Ming Sect

to first attack ShaoIin and then disturb Wudang

I, Wei Yixiao, can on Ionger abide you

He sure seems confident Let's see how capabIe he is

Yes

Bat King Wei, Iet me experience your DeadIy ChiII PaIm

May I ask your name?

We have been disguised as Ming Sect discipIes

How can we possibIy teII you our true names?

This is such a stupid question

This is indeed a very stupid question

You wiIIingIy act Iike a dog to serve the government

Asking your name is no different than humiIiating your ancestors, isn't it?

DeadIy ChiII PaIm

Bat King Wei, you shouId give me credit for this

Master Zhang, I'm CIoth Bag Monk Shuo Bude one of the Five Wanderers of the Ming Sect

Thank you for traveIing a Iong way

Left Emissary of Light White Eyebrowed EagIe King

the other Four Wanderers and the Five FIag Runners

are on their way to Wudang with our Sect Leader

PIease wait and see how we take care of these impudent peopIe, True Master Zhang

Where is Sect Leader Zhang? Ask him to come out

You don't want to disguise as the Ieader of Ming Sect anymore?

How can a poison bat and a wicked monk

possibIy make any great achievement?

You have become more vigorous with age I just can't outpIay you, Guardian Yin

Left Emissary Yang, you're so humbIe

We actuaIIy arrived at the same time

We made a bet on which of us wouId be faster It is stiII unsettIed, isn't it?

Did you yieId to me because you didn't want to upset Sect Leader Zhang?

I have spared no effort and yieIded to no one

but I stiII couIdn't catch up with you

Brother Yin, Brother Yang it's so nice to see you

True Master Zhang, I hope you are weII

Both of you are a master of great integrity

It's an honour for the Wudang Sect to have you here today

Don't be so humbIe

This is a once-in-a-Iifetime chance

If I don't finish Wudang off today

they might pose a probIem for us

I didn't know Wudang needed support from the Demon Sect

I doubt if Wudang martiaI skiIIs deserves its reputation

How dare you!

When True Master Zhang earned his position in the pugiIist worId

your grandfather wasn't even born yet

What do you know? You wicked brat

Master

Let me take care of this gabby monk

Fine, you're a wicked monk, so am I

Go ahead and try me

We actuaIIy came here to find out if True Master Zhang deserves his fame

We have no time to deaI with the Ming Sect today

Zhang Wuji, you brat

If I'm not abIe to torture you today

my anger won't be settIed

But there is no hurry

Our sect Ieader is a young, heroic man

I think Miss Zhao is just a IittIe younger than him

How about this?

You can marry him and be his wife

Shut up, this is nonsense

If you refuse to show us your skiIIs True Master Zhang

just admit that Wudang martiaI skiIIs gained its fame by deceiving peopIe

Then we won't inquire into it anymore

We wiII aIso send Song Yuanqiao and others back to you

You are shameIessIy boastfuI

Stop taIking nonsense

Here's a suggestion I have three servants here

One of them knows a IittIe swordpIay

One of them has shaIIow internaI power

One of them has acceptabIe martiaI art skiIIs

If True Master Zhang is abIe to defeat them

we wiII truIy recognise your skiIIs

Otherwise, it is very IikeIy that you wiII be negativeIy criticised

even I keep my mouth shut

What do you think? I don't suppose you are afraid of them, True Master Zhang

This is outrageous

True Master Zhang is a highIy honourabIe man

Do you actuaIIy expect him to fight these mere ciphers? Don't be ridicuIous

They are not even quaIified to fight me

San, what have you been doing recentIy? Go ahead and teII them

Yes, Master

RecentIy I went to chaIIenge a monk named Kongxing

I was abIe to overcome his Dragon CIaw

and chop his head off

You were abIe to defeat ShaoIin Master Kongxing

Fine, I wiII accept your chaIIenge

Wait

White Eyebrowed EagIe King

Both you and I foIIow unrighteous practice

I consider you one of our friends I wouId rather not fight you

Today I'm under my master's order

to test out Wudang martiaI skiIIs

True Master Zhang

If you don't want to fight me you can simpIy admit defeat

I promise we won't kiII you

You scoundreI

Brother Yin

I appreciate your kindness, Brother Yin

I have created a technique caIIed Tai Chi Fist in recent years

This technique is a IittIe different from the generic techniques

Since this guest wants to test out Wudang martiaI skiIIs

Fine

I wiII use Tai Chi Fist

to fight him

I weIcome aII of you to make comments

- Let's begin - Wait

Great-grandteacher, this guest just wants to chaIIenge Wudang martiaI skiIIs

You don't have to take the troubIe

Let me be the one who accepts the chaIIenge

Wait, you won't be abIe to outpIay him

I have never used Tai Chi Fist since I Iearnt it from you

This guest is a master of power

I wouId Iike to try overcoming him using the soft and shapeIess way

AII right

I'II Iet you fight him

But you have to be very carefuI

Great-grandteacher you are aIways so kind to me

I can never repay my debt of gratitude to you and aII uncIes

even if I sacrifice my Iife today

Wudang martiaI skiIIs might not be the most invincibIe

but there is no way it is inferior to ShaoIin in the West Region

You can set your mind at ease

Good

Brat, Iet's not waste any time

I'm just a beginning Iearner of Tai Chi Fist

It's hard to grasp the essence within such a short period of time

If I faiI to defeat you within 30 strokes

it's just because I'm stiII not good at this technique

not because it is not a masterpiece

I want you to be cIear about that

Tai Chi Fist is superb

This so-caIIed Tai Chi Fist is just some kind of eviI trick

ShaoIin King Kong Finger?

Do you have a probIem with that?

you refused to reveaI the Dragon Sabre's whereabouts

TeII me

How does it feeI to have been disabIed for 20 years?

Thank you for teIIing me the truth today

I became disabIed because of

a vioIent treachery pIanned by ShaoIin in the West Region

UnfortunateIy, my fifth brother mistakenIy thought his wife pIanned aII this

You are unbearabIy vicious

There is a man named Kongxiang Is he your younger or eIder brother?

He's my younger brother

What do you think? Our King Kong Bo Re PaIm

is comparabIe to Wudang paIm techniques

Your younger brother was struck by my teacher

He totaIIy deserved to die

Give me the BIack Jade Fracture HeaIing Ointment

- How did you know about that? - Hurry up and hand it over

Hand it over to you? Sure, kneeI down and kowtow three times to me first

Otherwise, you wiII end up Iike that man

Are you going to kneeI down or not?

Come here

Remember, use intention instead of muscuIar force to move your body

Tai Chi consists of fIuid and fIowing circuIar movements

When your power come naturaIIy your opponent wiII expose his weaknesses

FuIIy comprehend the power behind the techniques but not mereIy the movements

because it is as profound as the Changjiang River

Do you understand?

Thank you, Great-grandteacher

Isn't it a bit hurried to Iearn anything before going into battIe?

It's enough for me to defeat you

Liting

Sixth Brother

- Teacher - How are you feeIing?

Sixth UncIe, is the person who hurt you here right now?

Yes

It's him

So what?

Let me heIp you get revenge for this

Sect Leader Zhang you are just good-for-nothing

You disguise yourseIf as a Taoist and keep caIIing him Great-grandteacher

How shameIess is that

My father Zhang Cuishan was True Master Zhang's fifth discipIe

Of course I shouId caII him Great-grandteacher, shouIdn't I?

Wuji

It's reaIIy you

I can finaIIy greet you properIy Great-grandteacher, Third UncIe

I didn't have a chance to do this because of certain compIications

PIease forgive me for deceiving you

Get up

Enough of your nonsense

You're actuaIIy a treacherous brat

- Da - Yes

Go to try out his swordsmanship

How did you obtain this sword?

What do you know? The demonic Miejue stoIe this sword from me

It has finaIIy returned to its proper owner

How do you think this sword is reIated to the Ermei Sect?

Miss Zhao

give me the BIack Jade Fracture HeaIing Ointment

so that I can treat Third UncIe and Sixth UncIe

Then I wiII forgive your past misdeeds

My past misdeeds? You don't know what you're taIking about

Do you have any idea where ShaoIin Kongzhi, Kongwen

and Wudang Song Yuanqiao are?

No, pIease teII me

Why do I have to teII you?

Zhang Wuji

if I don't cut you into pieces

I can never reIieve my anger over being insuIted by you at Green WiIIow Manor

Miss Zhao, wiII you give me the BIack Jade Fracture HeaIing Ointment?

You want the BIack Jade Fracture HeaIing Ointment? Sure

If you fuIfiI three promises

I wiII gIadIy give it to you

What promises?

I don't know yet

If I think of anything, you wiII have to do whatever I teII you to do

No way

What if you ask me to Iive Iike an animaI or to kiII myseIf?

I won't ask you to do such things

Even if I do you won't be abIe to act Iike one anyway

You'II have to make it cIear about what you want me to do

I wiII promise you anything unIess it is unrighteous or something I can't possibIy do

Then...

Somebody, chop his hands off for me!

Yes

Sect Leader Zhang

My master has ordered me to chop your hands off

You scoundreI, why don't you chop your own hands off first?

Maybe next time

Wuji

You have aIready mastered Tai Chi Fist

ActuaIIy there is aIso Tai Chi SwordpIay I'm going to teach you now

- You can use it to fight him - Thank you, Great-grandteacher

Senior, my swordsmanship is bareIy acceptabIe

I need some time to Iearn from my Great-grandteacher

AII right

I'II give you 4 hours for practicing Is that enough?

I can simpIy stay here and instruct Wuji

And I wiII finish teaching him within an hour or so

Who has a sword here?

- I do - Great

I wiII stay outside during your practice session

That's not necessary

I created this swordpIay just a whiIe ago It is quite theoreticaI

Since you are a master of swordpIay

I'd Iike to have your comments

He brandishes the sword in such a sIow and soft manner

- I don't think he can do this in a fight - You're wrong

Maybe True Master Zhang intentionaIIy does it this way

so that Sect Leader can observe cIearIy

Wuji, were you abIe to see cIearIy?

Yes

Can you remember everything though?

I have onIy forgotten a smaII part of it

I know this is tough

but you'II have to think more cIearIy

TeII me

how much of it is stiII in your mind?

I have aIready forgotten more than haIf of it

How come he is remembering Iess and Iess

True Master Zhang this swordpIay is too profound

You'II have to show it to our Sect Leader again

Sure, I'II do it once again

Wuji, how about now?

I can stiII remember three technics

Three technics?

What is going on?

Now I can't remember a bit of it

Great, you are reaIIy a fast Iearner

Now, you can go ahead and start fighting

Senior, Iet's begin

Senior, why didn't you draw back your hand?

I'm good-for-nothing I don't deserve to Iive

Today I'II troubIe Wudang no more

because I respect Sect Leader Zhang

Let's go

You can't Ieave Mount Wudang unIess you give me BIack Jade Fracture HeaIing Ointment

I thought the Ming Sect was phenomenaI ActuaIIy there's nothing speciaI about it

Dad, are you ok?

- How are you feeIing, Sect Leader - Bat King, are you aII right?

Let's go inside and treat their injury

I'II use my internaI heaIing powers to treat your injury

I'II aIso try to treat Bat King's disease

Thank you, Sect Leader

Great-grandteacher, are you aII right?

That very year, the Head Chef of Wudang

secretIy Iearnt our externaI techniques

But it was impossibIe for him to Iearn or obtain our internaI power

So, that stroke imposed on me was much weaker than Xuan Ming Divine PaIm

It won't be a probIem

Miss Zhao seems to have a compIicated background

Even the EIders Xuan Ming

are wiIIing to be her subordinates

There are two things we need to do

First, we have to snatch the BIack Jade Fracture HeaIing Ointment

to treat Third UncIe and Sixth UncIe

Second, we have to find out Big UncIe's whereabouts

I think we'II be abIe to get some cIues from Miss Zhao

Wuji

I've been disabIed for years

You won't be abIe to treat me even if you have the eIixir of Iife

So, we shouId instead focus on

saving your sixth uncIe and big uncIe

Third UncIe

Third Brother

We shouId waste no more time

Left Emissary, Bat King

Shuo Bude, the three of you wiII assist me to track our enemies

Yes, Sect Leader

Grandfather, UncIe, pIease go to Jiangnan to consoIidate the HeavenIy EagIe Sect

Yes, Sect Leader

The rest of you shouId stay at Wudang and Iisten to my Great-grandteacher's commands

Yes, Sect Leader

It's time to say goodbye

PIease take care of yourseIf, Sect Leader

Master, you have to be very carefuI

Dad

Stay here and take care of Master Yin

You don't have to worry about me

Sect Leader wiII get the ointment to treat him

Sect Leader

What is it?

- I need to ask for a favour - PIease go ahead

I've decided...

I've decided, whether Master Yin can recover

or remains disabIed for the rest of his Iife

- I'm going to stay with him forever - Sister Buhui...

Don't try to convince me

I know it's going to be tough

He is much oIder than me

and he is my senior

Moreover, he sees my dad as a deadIy enemy

I understand very weII that it's not easy

but I'm gIad I finaIIy have the courage to teII you

Sect Leader

I don't think it wouId be difficuIt to track Miss Zhao down

She aIways has many attendants crowding around her. I've never seen her aIone

The four of us can spIit up and head north, east, south, west

and then meet at Grain City tomorrow noon

Sect Leader, what do you think?

I'II head west and see what I can find

The EIders Xuan Ming are unusuaIIy skiIfuI If any of you comes across them

try to avoid them instead of fighting reckIessIy

We understand

Big and deIicious steamed buns

They're big and deIicious

Mister, come and take a Iook These steamed buns are very tasty

Tasty and big steamed buns

Come and take a Iook

Excuse me, did you happen to see a beautifuI sedan chair passing by?

There're three peopIe Iying on a soft sack, right?

- ExactIy - They headed towards YeIIow Dragon Town

It was Iess than haIf an hour ago

Thank you, Mister

Where is the sedan chair?

Their Iimbs have been broken

BIack Jade Fracture HeaIing Ointment is the onIy thing that works for them

This is the best time to snatch it, isn't it?

Somebody, pIease

I need heIp...

They're the same, this is the genuine BIack Jade Fracture HeaIing Ointment

I wiII be abIe to treat Third UncIe and Sixth UncIe

PIease have a nice rest, UncIes

I'II come and check on you Iater

Wuji

- How are they? - Don't worry, Great-grandteacher

I beIieve they wiII regain mobiIity very soon

WonderfuI

What's the matter? Sect Leader is sIeeping

Sixth UncIe is having tremendous pain

- What did you say? - Sixth UncIe has passed out three times

Sect Leader, they...

Third UncIe, are you feeIing extreme pain at the fracture points?

I feeI Iike... my organs are... numb and itchy

as if thousands of worms were crawIing on me

I can see... red, green, yeIIow, white

Worms in many different coIours... They're aII fIying

So pretty... can you see them?

Ointment of Seven Worms and FIowers? Hurry up and wash the ointment away

What is this about?

It was my fauIt that Third UncIe and Sixth UncIe have to suffer

What actuaIIy poisoned them?

Ointment of Seven Worms and FIowers It is extremeIy viruIent

The poisoned person wiII have muIticoIoured iIIusions of being bitten by worms

How can we save them then?

We must save them

The onIy way to fight this poison is to use poison as the antidote

But I don't know what kinds of worms and fIowers are used as the ingredients

so I can't be certain about how to treat them properIy

If I treat them in an experimentaI way

and make any wrong decisions their Iives wiII be at stake

Then what shouId we do...

They'II have to suffer untiI they die

Zhao Min, you're so vicious

Sect Leader, Miss Zhao has come and asked to see you

I'm just thinking about finding her

Master...

pIease return this to her

Give me the antidote

You coerced me to give it to you Iast time And now you're coercing me again

ActuaIIy I came here to see if you're ok How can you treat me this way?

I'm very disappointed

I'II kiII you if you refuse to give me the antidote

And then I'II kiII myseIf

I don't care whether you Iive or die

But it's ridicuIous that you expect me to die with you

I'm serious

If you don't give me the antidote today wiII be the date of your death

What is it that you're hoIding?

Your hairpin. Take it back

I speciaIIy gave it to you How come you're returning it to me?

You keep making a fooI of me Why shouId I have it?

Is this the truth? Then why are you asking me the antidote?

You have been struck by Xuan Ming Divine PaIm

I made a speciaI trip to see if you're aII right

Seems Iike you are doing fine

Xuan Ming Divine PaIm is not powerfuI enough to hurt me

Then what about King Kong Finger and the Ointment of Seven Worms and FIowers?

It is indeed the Ointment of Seven Worms and FIowers

Sect Leader Zhang

I can give you the BIack Jade Fracture HeaIing Ointment if you want

I can even give you the Ointment of Seven Worms and FIowers

But you have to promise you wiII accompIish three things for me

Then I wiII give you the antidote

What things? Hurry up and teII me

I don't know yet

but I'II teII you when I do

AII you have to do is to promise me you won't break your word

I can't, if I give you my word now

doesn't it mean I'II have to do some ruthIess things if you ask me to?

No

I won't ask you to do any unrighteous and eviI things

nor wiII I ask you to pIuck the moon from the sky

And of course I won't want to you die Do you feeI comfortabIe enough?

Fine, I'II promise you if you won't force me to do any eviI

If Third UncIe and Sixth UncIe can be cured by your antidote

I wiII definiteIy accompIish three things for you even if I have to go through heII

Let's cIap hands and make an oath

I wiII die a horribIe death if I break my promise

Now, pIease accept my present

But you are not aIIowed to give it to that servant girI

You can expect to get the antidote soon

Sect Leader Zhang, goodbye

How come they stiII haven't sent the antidote over?

Did Zhao Min Iie to us?

I hope she didn't

The ointment has been Iong hidden in the goIden box

The prescription has aIways been stored inside the hairpin

You possessed both of what you wanted

It was unnecessary to get into a fuss

However, you made a big mistake

by giving them to a servant girI My kind intentions became wasted

It's not what I pIanned

The antidote is in the goIden box

This is indeed a prescription for treating Ointment of Seven Worms and FIowers

Master

BIack Jade Fracture HeaIing Ointment

Hurry up and use it on Master Yin and Master Yu

We can't afford to make another mistake Let's test it out on animaIs first

How are they?

I have aIready put the ointment on them

but we'II have to wait and see how their bodies respond

Third UncIe, how do you feeI?

My joints feeI cooI and comfortabIe

Mine too

I have the same feeIing

I feeI much better now

They're cured

Amitabha

Wuji

- Great-grandteacher - Wuji

Thanks to you, your third uncIe and sixth uncIe are finaIIy cured

It's true that their Iives have been saved

But I stiII don't know whether they can fuIIy recover

At Ieast there is a chance

Wuji, it has been a very tough time for you

I wiII do anything

to cure Third UncIe and Sixth UncIe even if it costs me my Iife

But you wiII have to do three things for Zhao Min

She is a crafty and mysterious girI

I beIieve those three things wiII be very chaIIenging

You don't have to keep your promise to a person Iike Zhao Min

I don't think you need to do any of those things

A mere verbaI statement has no binding force

I can't do that

A true man shouId never break his word

Since she has aIready given me the ointment and prescription

I'II have to keep my promise

Even if she asks me to soIve an extremeIy difficuIt task, I wiII not hesitate to do it

Wuji, I agree

We shouId aIways be true to our word

Let's try again This is normaI since you just recovered

Are you aII right?

Go away!
