Vega's terrifying powers suddenly exploded!

Chun Li, who was facing him in an attempt to defend Ken...

...was no match for his unstoppable Psycho Power!

Vega, who now held Ken hostage, contacted Mr. Masters...

...and demanded a huge ransom for his son.

Meanwhile, the green eyes of the beautiful assassin, Cammy...

...shine with treachery behind an unsuspecting Dorai!

Shih-Fu, it's me!!

Oh, Fei Long. Is something wrong?.

Nothing. They just suddenly set up a movie shoot for me in Europe.

Yeah, we start next week, so I was figuring...

...since you and Chun Li are nearby...

...I'd come and visit before we begin shooting.

That's a wonderful idea. Ken and Ryu are here, too.

They'll be glad to see you again!

Ken and Ryu are there??!. Don't let 'em go anywhere!

Yes, sir. I'll set it up today.

Okay, good night.

All right! Barcelona, here I come!

Chun Li! Ken! Ryu! Fei Long's coming foryou!

Now, then...

Sniping Heel!

Who... Who are you??!.

Cannon Spike!

Heavenly Father, forgive what I have done.

I don't care about the money!

I'm getting it ready as we speak!

Still, one billion dollars is a hell ofa lot ofmoney.

You can buy ten jumbo jets with that much.

My son, whom I love dearly, is being held prisoner!

I'll pay whatever it takes to get him back!

But...!

I can't just sit by when I have no guarantee...

...he'll be returned to me alive!

Ortega, I want you to help me.

You're an old friend. Ofcourse I'll do my best.

The problem is that this happened in Spain, not here in the U.S.

Ifhe's still being held in Spain, then all we can...

...do publicly is ask the Spanish police to handle it.

But...!

I understand.

What I'm trying to say is that, with this sort of...

...political situation to deal with, all we can do...

...is send in a very small team ofspecial forces commandos...

...posing publicly as civilians, to bringyour boy home.

But, can a team as small as you're suggesting be able to...

...rescue Ken within the forty-eight hour time limit?.

I've already contacted the Pentagon.

The military's finished its preparations.

In one hour, men we contacted directly will arrive there.

Call me as soon as they get there.

Thank you. I just thank God my old friend from...

...college ended up becoming the director of the CIA.

Does your wife know?

No. Not until Ken is safely home.

A wise choice. Well, I'll seeyou later.

Ken... I'll save you no matter what!

We were sent by General Chandler...

...Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

I'm Sergeant Nash, U.S.A.F. Special Forces.

And I'm Sergeant Guile.

Ourresearch here in the CIA leads us to believe...

...that this man calling himself"Vega "...

...the leader ofShadowlaw, is extremely dangerous.

However, all we can get on him is that he's using...

...a worldwide criminal syndicate of drug and arms sales...

... to amass huge sums of money to buy vast sections...

... oftropical rain forest in the south-central Amazon region.

T ropical rain forest?.

Why would he be buying tropical rain forest land?.

Unfortunately, we still don't know why.

Nash! Guile!

Sir!

Your mission will be to fly to Barcelona and...

...rescue Mr. Masters'son, who is being held prisoner by Vega.

The only people who know about this mission...

...are we four and General Chandler.

This operation must be carried out in absolute secrecy!

We don't know what this man "Vega " is up to...

...but Mr. Masters'son 's life is riding on this.

Proceed with caution.

Si r!

The one on the ri ght is my son.

Ken and his friend, Ryu, checked into a hotel in Barcelona.

We know for certain that, eight hours ago...

...Ken and a girl named Chun Li left for a party together.

It's those kids I tangled with before...

Looks like a twist offate's bringing us together again.

Let's get going.

These kids sure know how to find trouble.

It's about 2:00 AM where they are...

...but the hotel says neither of them has returned.

Nash! Guile!

Sir!

You will fly at once to the sixth fleet's...

...aircraft carrier laying offthe French coast.

There you will disguise yourselves as civilians...

...and proceed via helicopter to Barcelona.

Si r!

I've arranged for the Air Force to lend you an F- 1 5E Strike Eagle.

Travelling supersonic with in-air refuelings along the way...

...you should arrive in Barcelona in three hours.

M r. Masters.

Leave this to us!

We'll bring your son home safe and sound, sir.

Move it, Guile. We're 40 seconds behind schedule!

Roger that.

I'm coming foryou, boys.

How's it look?. Is he going to live?.

Nah, he didn't look like he was breathing.

I think he's a goner.

Oh, I see.

Looks like you killed him.

When a man has to die, I get the job done.

I believe you. The scene's crawling with detectives right now.

You'd better stay in your room until morning to avoid suspicion.

Understood.

Ken Masters!

You're my very honored guest. Relax and make yourself at home!

Zoltar! Send an "invitation" to the man I saw on the beach!

Sir!

Sir! Understood, sir!

Hey! You're on.

Go capture the guy sacked out on the beach.

That overgrown, brain-dead...!!!

I just have to let guy capture me, yes?.

No, you moron! The other way around!

YOU capture HIM and bring him back here!

All you have to do is drag him!

I drag him?.

Maybe is better I not be so rough. Might break him.

He's just kid! What for is he sleeping out here?.

Okay, who are you??!.

Zangief, the Shadowlaw wrestler, attacks Ryu with his Elbow Smash!

What will Guile and Nash find at...

...the Castle de Maria Isabella, where Ken disappeared?.

Soon, the captured Ryu finds himself facing Vega!

Hadou Ken vs. Psycho Power! Which one will be the victor?.

Next time, on Street Fighter II V: "Unknown Explosive Force"

"The Full Extent of Unbelievable Power!"

They go to meet the mighty!
