with a blood alcohol level

We also found some traces
of benzodiazepine in her
system. Probably Valium.

and the drugs

There was a receipt
in the studio

that had her buying wine
at a local liquor store
at 9:05.

And it's about
a five-minute walk from
there to her apartment.

So, we've got her alive
until about 9:15 or so.

Make sure hubby

he was.

Mr. Snyder was still here.

a business meeting,

scenario of the crime.

But, if Phillips
gave her the drugs,

The benzo we found
in her system

turned out to be
midazolam, not Valium.

Midazolam?

The doctors call it Dazzle.

It's pretty similar
to Valium,
but comes in a liquid form.

What is it for?

Hospitals use it to lessen
anxiety in pre-ops,
combative patients.

It's fairly tasteless,
so it's mixed pretty easily
with a patient's drink.

A medical Mickey?

Yeah. We're having
her wineglass tested, too.

What happens
when you mix
midazolam with wine?

Like they say,
"Don't operate
any heavy machinery."

I understand Phillips
going over there
to change her mind

about firing him,
but why would he
spike her drink?
