- All right, everyone. I've got a surprise for you.

- Is it a pair of pickle polka-dotted socks?

'Cause I already have those.

- [sniffs] Blegh.

It's a brand-new dollhouse for the playroom.

all: Ooh!

- That's the McMuppet Manor dollhouse.

I've been wishing for one forever and ever.

Look, it has everything, even working lights.

all: Woah!

- Can Sir Featherbrain play in the dollhouse, Miss Nanny?

- You can play with the dollhouse any way you like.

Some people like to move around the furniture

or put up decorations

so it's just the way they want it.

- I know how I'm going to decorate the bedroom

and the kitchen and everything.

Can you believe it, Lady Sparkle?

This is gonna be our dream home.

- Well, I'm glad you like it.

Just remember that it's for everyone.

Now, I better go get that snack ready.

♪ And a dozen fancy bathrooms ♪

[toilet flushes] - Terrific.

- ♪ Welcome, my friends, to this wonderful dollhouse ♪

all: Yay!

- And this is my favorite room, the fancy ballroom.

all: Ooh.

- Fancy.

- What are we waiting for? Let's make ourselves at home.

- Yeah! - All right.

- Okay, Lady Sparkle,

time for me to get started making this dollhouse

exactly the way I want it.

There, perfect.

- Gee, that looks great, Jill.

Summer, you should hang your drawing, too.

- Good idea, Kermit.

There. How's that?

- Looks good to me.

- Um, that's not where I'd put it.

- Cannon ball! - Ah!

- [dolphin sounds]

- Gonzo. - Yes?

- What's the bathtub doing in the fancy ballroom?

- Well, where else do you expect me

to do my croissant snorkeling?

[imitates bubbling]

- But the bathtub doesn't go in the ballroom in my dream home.

- Whoo-hoo!

- Well, I'll arrange the dining table just the way I want.

You'll see, Lady Sparkle. It's gonna be hot--huh?

[laughter]

Hello. What is the bed doing in the fancy ballroom?

- This is the tallest room in the dollhouse.

- So we can bounce the highest here.

- Lady Sparkle, everyone's changing the dollhouse

to what they want. It's not my dream home at all.

- Whoo-hoo! Bounce the highest!

[groans]

[imitating ghost] Ooh!

- Movie guacamole! It's a g-g-ghost!

[frightful shouting]

- [jowls flap]

No ghost, just Animal.

[all sigh]

- Good thing there's not a real ghost in here.

That'd make this a really spooky place to play.

- Yeah. - So scary.

- That's it, Lady Sparkle. No one will want to play here

if they think there's a ghost in the dollhouse.

Then I could have it all to myself.

Let's see.

[soft suspenseful music]

- What was that? - That was scary!

- Oh, no, could it be? No, no, it couldn't.

- Could it be what, Jill?

- Well, the flickering lights can only be the work

of the phantom of the dollhouse!

- Uh, what that?

- Um, a phantom is a kind of ghost.

- A ghost? - Oh, no!

- Oh, yeah. And the ghost wants this house all to itself.

So it scares away anyone who comes to play.

- [stuttering] How does he do that?

- By flickering the lights and, uh,

making things float in the air and making ghosty noises.

- Phantom sounds spooky.

- Oh, it is. But don't worry.

I'm a big kid, so I can handle this.

You guys should leave while I bravely stay here

and tell the phantom to go away.

Okay, hop to it. See you later. Bye-bye now.

- Hold on, Jill.

We can't let vous face the phantom all alone.

- Yeah, you're our friend.

Spooky or not, we're gonna help you get rid of that phantom.

- Uh-huh, uh-huh! - Uh-huh! Yes, we will.

- Oh, no.

- Look, here's the light switch the phantom flicked

to make the lights flicker.

And since the phantom's not here now,

it must have gone that way.

- You heard the penguin.

Let's go tell that ghost to go away.

- Oh, yeah. - C'mon, everybody.

- All right, Lady Sparkle.

If we want this dollhouse to ourselves,

we're gonna have to make them really think there's a ghost.

Ah-ha.

- Okay, let's spread out and search.

- Here ghosty-ghosty-ghost.

Hmm, the phantom's not under the couch.

- Or behind this comfy chair.

- [chuckles]

I can use these balloons to make things float,

and they'll think it's the phantom doing it.

- [gasps] Look.

[all gasp] It must be the phantom.

- It's making things float just like Jill said.

- Our plan is working, Lady Sparkle.

[laughter]

Huh? - Giddy up!

- Hey, this is pretty fun.

- [laughs]

[groans] This isn't working.

Here, Lady Sparkle, hold this balloon

while I think of a new plan.

Maybe I need to-- Lady Sparkle, come back!

- Huh? - Huh?

- Whoa! [balloon pops]

Whoa! - Oh, no!

The phantom's got Jill!

- Let go of our friend, you phantom!

- Whoa! [crash]

[all clamoring] - Jill!

- Are vous okay? - [groans]

Yeah, never better.

- Well, that's a relief.

- We were worried the phantom got ya.

- But there's no sign of them now.

- Yeah, you must have scared them away.

Now we can play in the dollhouse all day.

- [groans]

Now I'll never get to make the dollhouse

the way I want it.

If only there was really a phantom.

Then everyone would scram for sure.

- [imitating ghost] [laughter]

Wait. I think I know a way there can be.

- Animal get strike.

- All right, Animal! Yay! - All right!

- [ghostly wail] [all gasp]

I'm the phantom of the dollhouse.

Leave this place!

- It's the phantom! - Let's get outta here!

- Not so fast! - Huh?

- Vous may be a spooky phantom,

but Miss Nanny gave this dollhouse to all of us.

And we won't let you scare us away!

Right? all: Yeah!

- Uh-oh.

- Come on everybody, let's catch us a phantom.

- [yelps]

- Let's get that phantom! [all shouting]

- ♪ Spooky, spooky phantom, get out of this house ♪

♪ Trying to play with my buddies in here ♪

♪ Yeah, I admit it, it was scary at first ♪

♪ But now we're gettin' over our fears ♪

- It's true, I'm the phantom.

- But why would vous pretend to be a ghost?

- Because I've been wishing for a dollhouse like this forever.

And I wanted to make it my dream home.

But you all kept making it the way you like,

so I tried to scare you away.

- That not nice to scare friends.

- Yeah. We weren't trying to ruin your dream home.

We just wanted to have fun, too.

- I guess if we're all

in the way of your perfect dollhouse,

then we should just find something else to do.

Come on, everyone.

- You hear that, Lady Sparkle?

We finally have the dollhouse all to ourselves.

[echoing] Ourselves, ourselves!

[downbeat music]

Wow, this place sure feels a lot different

without everyone here.

Gonzo swimming in that bathtub sure was silly.

And everyone bouncing on the bed all at once was pretty fun.

You know something, Lady Sparkle?

I need to make this right.

- Your turn, Piggy. - Hiyah!

- Hey, everyone.

- Oh. Hey, Jill.

- We thought you were inside playing with your dollhouse.

- I was.

But then I realized

Miss Nanny gave that dollhouse to all of us,

and everyone should be able to play with it the way they want.

I'm really sorry.

We all have a little trouble sharing sometimes.

- Does that mean you forgive me?

- Of course we do. - Best friend hug.

- So what do you say?

- Tarzan who now?

- Tarzan cool.

He grow up in jungle with family of apes.

- Tarzan do fun things like swing on vines and yell loud.

Now I understand why you're playing so wild, Animal.

But Tarzan lives in the jungle

where he has lots of room to swing and yell.

We have to be careful not to play too rough.

One of you could get hurt. Nobody wants that.

- Ooh, boy, that's for sure. Boo-boos are the worst.

- Uh-huh. - Yeah.

- You know, maybe you should all go outside

to play for a while. There's more room in the yard

for Animal to get out some of his extra wild energy.

- So who's up for a game of Tic-Tac-Toenail?

all: Ew.

- Animal have better idea.

Let's play Tag in jungle like Tarzan.

all: Yeah!

- Okay. But you're missing out on a toenail-rific time.

all: Woah. - It's like a rainbow.

- The colors.

- Ooh, moi loves your outfit, Tarzanimal.

- Now that we're all here, let's play jungle Tag. Yay!

But that tag was a little rough.

- Yeah. I could have gotten a boo-boo.

- Tarzanimal not too rough.

Tarzanimal just playing like Tarzan in jungle.

- Maybe we should play something else instead of tag.

- I know. How about some banana skating?

[all fawning]

- Ta-da! [laughter]

[cheers and laughter]

- Hey, everyone. Check out my banana split.

- This is so pleasant. - Isn't it just?

might be a little too wild for us.

Maybe we should head back to the playroom.

There's lots of other fun stuff to do in the jungle.

- Well, I guess we could stay a little longer.

- And you played the bongo so hard,

you made the ground shake.

- And you got me and Fozzie all tangled up in vines.

- We all could have gotten boo-boos.

I'm sorry, Tarzanimal, but you're just too wild.

I think it's time for us to leave the jungle.

C'mon, everyone, let's go back to the playroom.

- Friends leaving?

[sighs]

- The important thing is to listen to your friends
