They come from a region
of Italy called Salerno,

and in Salerno they just happen

Now the capers we use are
also pickled in Salerno.

So this dish is sort of like

So what you're saying
is food has the ability

to transport you to places
you've never been before.

family's actually from Salerno,

so I've been once
or twice, but yeah.
