Hello my dear friends welcome to SpinFoss Qi Gong 7-day blessing for the year 2025

Thank you thank you so much for bringing your heart your love your unconditional love to join us in this blessing

We have been doing this for the last eight years each year we help a lot of people all of the world with healing balancing emotion and also balancing energy in the world

So that in the year people can enjoy their life with their prosperity and good health

So the Antonio in the founder of SpinFoss Qi Gong and we are today broadcasting this seven days blessing in this Guido wheel of Dharma monastery in Minnesota, Minneapolis

So here is our Hmong friends and some of them just came from Dalam Salah six months ago and so we are so so excited to have this time together with you

The energy signature of this year is innovation and that means a lot of exciting things is going to happen in the world

And good things very creating I mean creative things is going to happen in the world but because of this there's a lot of challenges is going to happen in our life

affecting our relationship our wealth and our health so what does that mean? That means this in this a guy innovation energy is going to cause a lot of systematic changes in the world in our life

And a lot of unexpected events and things are going to happen as you know this is already happening all across the world

airplane crashes and bombs and accidents and you might experience this something looks so normal every day all of a sudden something unexpected happened making damages in our life or challenges in our life

So the purpose of this chanting for this year is to number one help to enhance the good energy you already have or we already have in our life

To take advantage of the innovation energy of this year to enhance our life in every field and also number two to help to prevent any unexpected things happen to yourself, your family, your loved ones and the world to balance the chaos energy in the world

And then number three we're going to take this special time to help you with the healing so these are the three things we're going to focus on. Number one, enhance the energy, number two, prevention, number three, healing

So now what you need to do my dear friends and prepare yourself if you can do so that will be great before you come to the chanting take ten minutes, half an hour even better to meditate to get yourself ready to receive for this blessing from all of us from all of the world

Number two, burn a candle or burn some incense to go along with find a quiet corner in your living space or any place you feel comfortable to sit down so that you can feel the serene energy around you

And then you are able to turn in better to receive to observe this energy for helping you to bless you to form the chief view so that you can have full protection from all these changes of the energy in the world

And then I highly, highly recommend you to write out to write out in a piece of paper what you want to be blessed like your health, your challenges, your relationship, your business and everything if you feel you need support

And this is a free for everyone and you put it down in a piece of paper and each time when you come to the chanting you bring it and put it in front of you and you say it aloud this is what you want

And for those who already signed up for the special healing programs which I also highly recommend you this is a great gift for yourself and for your loved ones

If you can do so, that will be great. So put the list of the people you sign up for also in front of you and then during the meditation you invite them to come to join us either in person or in spirit

It sounds like a very good idea right but I tell you for healing for the energy for spiritual growth you need to focus on your heart

Visualizing the chant starting from your heart vibrating throughout your body going out your lips feeling the vibration inside you is not outside you

So this vibration is going to help you to balance the energy system put the Yin and Yang in your body back to balance and number two can help you to open your heart to connect to the divine connect to your masters to your God

So the next thing is what you do when you begin to chant with us of course you are going to listen to my guidance meditation

So you call the point your master's energy or simply call the point the divine love to help you and whoever your master is you can call the point the energy or call the point your God energy you can call the boy call the point your God or Allah you can call the point the master's like a Buddha medicine Buddha

and his holiness Dalai Lama's energy you can call the point you know you can call any any like Moses Jesus energy to help you or any any master you have in your mind call the point the energy to support you

because this energy is free for you but it is so powerful the unconditional love will help together with this energy in your heart to help you to clear energy blockages

to enhance the good energy in your body and then to of course to take you in another level to vibrate your energy with the world so that in this way you form a perfect protection for yourself and of course to do so many great things in your life

In the seven days we have a different we have seven chains this seven chains just from different perspective to help you layer by layer to purify your energy from the emotional level, spiritual level and physical level

and to purify your energy and to help you with any any levels of healing so that in this new year you are going to have a wonderful life safe, happy and filled with abundance

Close your eyes, drop your shoulders and focus on your lower dantian which is deep in behind the navel

Visualize there is a beautiful light shining in your lower dantian

This is the light of your vitality, this is the light of your unconditional love

Take three gentle deep breaths while you are taking the deep breaths, scan your body from head to toe that you notice that every part of your body is right there with you

And you notice your mind, your height, your spirit are so connected to your physical body

Feel your heart is so open, so relaxed, put a smile on your face, inviting this vibration from the chanting from our Tibetan long friends going into your height

Now you start chanting, all gently feeling the vibration of your own in your height, vibrating together with the vibration of the chanting from our Tibetan monks

Feel the vibration deep in your height, now by focusing on this light you tell the universe what you want, you want to clear all the energy blockages in your body so that you are going to enjoy your perfect health in this new year

And you want to open your heart to grow your spirituality, if you have any other things you want to be blessed to enhance, say it aloud now in your height

And now you are caught upon your master's energy, whatever your master is caught upon this master or a few masters to come to support you

Seeing this master is right there for you, helping you supporting you in this meditation and chanting

And then you visualize all the people you are invited in coming across the sky sitting around you, receiving this blessing

And everybody has a big smile on the face, we are so grateful that we have this opportunity to meditate together, to chant together

To receive the abundance from the divine, at the same time to send out energy, to help the world to balance the energy so that in this wonderful new year everyone, every species of life is going to have a fabulous life

And now you are focused on your body, tell your body, this is the year 2025

And in this year, a lot of great things are going to happen, the signature of the energy of the year is innovation

Lots of excitement is going to happen in our life, great changes are going to take place, so you allow your body to feel this energy in the atmosphere, in the planet and it is happening now

When you allow your body to feel this energy, then your body is being prepared for this unexpected changes, when any unexpected changes happen, your energy system, your cheer system and your spirit will not get shot, will not get traumatized

So everything is going to happen easily, if your body is not prepared for these changes, when things happen, your energetic system and your cheer system and your spirit will get traumatized, this traumatized energy will affect your health, affect your relationship, affect your wealth

So feel this energy in your body, feel this energy in your spine, feel this energy in your chest, in your diaphragm, in your lower abdomen

And feel this innovation energy in your hands, in your legs, in your lips, in your head, and you have a smile on your face, you continue to chant, feeling this vibration all over the body, tell your body

Energy is energy, it is always in the process of form, I am completely ready for these changes in my life, in the people, in their life, I am ready

A lot of great things are going to happen, and when challenges happen, I am prepared, I can use my unconditional love and this energy to help them to transform into something beautiful and enlightening

Now you extend this feeling to your loved ones, to your family, to your immediate family, you see everybody now is based in this golden light, feel this chanting blessing that in golden light

You are feeling for them in their body, that they feel this vibration of innovation, of this year is happening in their system too, feeling they are so ready for this change, take a moment to feel that

Now you extend this feeling to your community, seeing your community, everyone in your community, is based in this golden light, with this vibration from the chanting of our beloved Tibetan Hmong friends, seeing their unkind soul love, together with the chanting, blessing them, blessing each one of them in the community

and all the beings, pets, deers, animals, now you extend this golden light to the whole world, all the continents, seeing this light blessing the entire globe, the entire world with the golden light

telling the whole world, all the beings, that the energy of innovation of this year is merging into our life now

we are very well prepared for this changes, for this merging, feeling that you are so excited with this merging

and how you see all the beings, no matter where do they live, beings in the water, like in your lakes, in the river close by you, in the ponds, in the oceans, all the beings, animals, living in the water,

animals, in the mountains, and all the beings, including the spirits, living in the air, in the atmosphere, all the beings living underground, seeing all these beings, now are based in this powerful chanting, with the golden light

the peace is coming to their life, so renety is with them, feeling the happiness and joyful energy running through every one of them

they are very well protected, seeing how good you feel, how wonderful you feel, now you open your heart, together with this chanting, you send blessing to the people especially in Europe for this year

Russia, the Middle East, North America, especially Canada, sending light, golden light, blessing them, blessing this land, blessing all the people and beings in this part of the world, because the energy in this part of the world in this year is in a big challenge

so sending our love, sending light, blessing them, clear all the energy which will not bring harmony to this part of the world, helping all these energy, no matter in what forms, to transform into beautiful light, butterflies, going way back to the universe

now you focus back to your heart, because of your love to the world, because of this chanting, of this blessing from you, from all our friends, from our beloved Tibetan monks,

your energy has been pure of it, seeing this light shining in your heart, with each breath you see this light is getting brighter and brighter, then you feel your whole body is in the light, in the light you see from head to toe, that all the channels in your body open,

all the aches and pains, infections, or energy, blockages in any forms, negative emotions, at this moment now they all got transformed into beautiful butterflies coming out from your body, going way back to the universe,

seeing this butterfly is coming out from your skin, from your head, from your throat, from your shoulders, from your arms, from your chest, from your lungs, from your height, from your stomach, your kidneys, your spleen, your pancreas, your liver, from intestines,

from the lower torso, all the organs and tissues, and your knees, your toes, all the joints, going way back to the universe, and you say goodbye to this butterfly, my dear friends butterflies,

thank you so much for all this time, days, month and years, staying with me, helping me guiding me back to the right track of my life, now I am back in the right track, it is time for you to go back to the universe, go back to the world, go back to the places you really belong to,

I bless you, we bless you, and the universe blesses you, and you see this butterfly is so happy to go home, and you are so happy that finally they got a chance to go home,

seeing yourself, from head to toe, all the channels are open, feeling how good you feel, how wonderful you feel, feeling how grateful you feel, feeling the unconditional love from your height, now as being really being activated,

then you talk to your height, talk to your body, all the good energy from last year, which you enjoy, now it is going to continue in this new year, all the unnecessary energy, all the negative experience you had from last year, stay in last year,

and get transformed in this light, going away as butterflies returning back to the universe as energy, feeling your body is getting lighter and lighter, now you see all the people you invited in, your friends, your love from ones, they are all based in this light, blockages in their body, at this moment,

also get transformed into beautiful butterflies, going away back to the universe, they are so grateful to you, because of you they are invited to this sacred moment, powerful moment, to help them with healing and blessing, and you are so grateful to them, because of them you have a chance to demonstrate how loving, how grateful you are,

and blessing you are, continue to focus on the light shining in your height, feeling how good you feel, how wonderful you feel, feeling this vibration is in your height, vibrating throughout your entire body, now I am going to join in the chance,

All the challenge will be transformed into love, into something enlightening and happy.

We do so peace, absolutely peace with us.

Now you see the light in the lower dantian as an energy ball.

Spinning, spinning, spinning, getting brighter, brighter.

And then it becomes an energy pill and your target deep in behind the neighbor.

Focus on your heart, put your hands together and say thank you to the Universe.

Say thank you to your God, your Master's, for all their love and support.

Say thank you to our beloved Tibetan Monk friends, for their love, kindness and blessing.

Say thank you to all the people in your life, your ancestors.

Thank them for their love, their kindness.

And say thank you to all the people in the world at this moment, joining us in this blessing.

For their unconditional love, put together to allow everyone in the world to share.

And say thank you to yourself, for making such a brilliant decision,

for bringing yourself to join this big Qi in the world, to form this community,

to help this world become a better place for every species of life to enjoy.

Take three gentle deep breaths.

Now you can open your eyes and rub your hands together and massage your face.

and take three bows to them.

Wow, how do you feel, my dear friends?

First day, blessing of the seven days, the energy is just so awesome.

The vibration of the energy is just so beautiful.

While I'm doing this chaining, I saw this rainbow, so right in front of us.

So today the energy is so special.

And each year, the signature of the energy when we start the blessing is so, so unique.

So when we start it, we have this on the cruise.

So it's time when we chant rainbow coming out from the ocean.

No rain, no frog, but rainbow just come out from the sunset, so from the rainbow.

I mean from the ocean.

And now this is the first time in this place, I saw rainbow coming out right in front of me.

So that's a great blessing.

How to open your heart?

How to allow the Buddha's love, the Divine's love to go into every cell of our body,

to transform in another layer of the energy in our body.
