Hello my dear friends, welcome to Spring Forest T-Gong 7-Day Blessing for the Year 2025.

I am Chun-Yul-in, the founder of Spring Forest T-Gong.

So this 7-Day Blessing, the purpose is to help you to clear unnecessary energy for the

year.

Because the signature of this year, the energy is innovation.

A lot of exciting things are going to happen, positive exciting things.

But because of that, there are some challenges also going to help.

For instance, some unexpected energy is going to affect our life, like in safety, health,

prosperity, relationship.

And this will bring a lot of challenges, as you know, a lot of things already happen

in the world.

So the purpose for us to do this 7-Day Blessing is to help you to settle the energy for

the year, to clear the unnecessary energy, which might affect our life and to enhance the

good energy, so that in this year, your family, yourself and your loved ones are going to

enjoy good relationship, prosperity and good health.

So we are doing this 7-Day Blessing here in this Gildo Wheel, a Dharma monastery.

So every year we have been doing this for eight years here, so together with the Tibetan

monks, so the energy here is just so powerful and so beautiful.

So even if you want to participate in this chanting, it's free for everybody.

So please sign up your name, so under the below the message.

And now, so here is my recommendation for the preparation before you come to the chanting.

List out the things you want to be blessed and put it in front of you each time when you

come to the blessing and set up your intention.

So what do you want to achieve in this chanting?

So of course, for those who already sign up for the special blessing program and you

put up the list of the names in front of you, so it's time when we do the chanting together

we can direct the energy to help your loved ones, to bless their energy so that in this

year they are going to have a fabulous year, safe and healthy and happy.

And also, before you come to the blessing and you'll take half an hour, even 10 minutes,

five minutes to meditate in a quiet place.

So you can create a serene space for yourself, a light candle, burn some incense, do some

chanting and asking the universe to support you.

If you can do something like that, that will be awesome.

Or otherwise, simply just find a quiet corner in any place so that you can immerse into

the vibration of the chain and to receive the blessing from the Tibetan monks' chain

and the universe.

That will be wonderful.

This chain is not only for you and for your family, but also for the world.

So please invite as many people as you can.

The more people we join together, the more powerful the energy will be.

So then we all together co-create such a powerful energy, feel that everybody will get

benefit all of the world to bring peace, happiness, joy to every part of the world.

So of course, if you have some special needs, so while during the chanting, you focus on

sending energy.

I will guide you how to do that, especially how you can benefit more with the chanting.

During the chanting time, I will share with you.

I will guide you step by step to go deep into your chanting to receive that energy.

Then of course, don't forget to bring your unconditional love to join us in the chanting.

So unconditional love is the most powerful healing energy, not only for yourself and also

good for your inviting the prosperity energy to your family and to yourself.

And of course, healing the world.

So open your heart and invite the energy to come.
