But her chest imaging
post-intubation was clear.

-She has no history of asthma.
-And her resistance isn't high.

But her plateau is.

This is ARDS.

on her way to CT?

Leading to inflammation and ARDS.

So we start low tidal volume ventilation
and we go up on the PEEP now.

We will not be able
to monitor her neuro status.

If we can't get her sats up,
there'll be no neuro status to monitor.

[Kit] I just got off the phone with UNOS.

Governor Betz has been moved to the top
of the list for a heart transplant.

Well, we performed a balloon
pump procedure on the governor

to assist with his cardiac functioning.

A procedure he did not actually need

but conveniently moved him up the list.

And the procedure was successful.

could end up giving him her heart.
