He preys upon their vulnerability

and then kills his victims
with single shots to the head.

He believes that he's being merciful,

putting them out of their misery.

Because he feels compelled to
remove his victims' genitals,

we believe he feels
emasculated by his own loss.

Most of the victims are from out
of town and new to the area,

so we should look at anyone
trusted to offer advice

to visiting professionals.

The unsub most likely has a working
knowledge of auto mechanics,

or at the very least, the resources
to disable the car's GPS system.
