He shouldn't get the tickets

How crowded this is! Will the tickets be available?

For your personality, you correct a girl

- I feel hungry - Let us have some biscuits, come

All seem to be ugly figures

Can you get me two tickets?

Do I look like getting you tickets?

She may go even up to FIR level Come let us see some other person

Don't forget Kerala oil

Won't you come with jewels? What girls you are!

A party with no problem has come

See, now I'll get the tickets Aunty!

Aunty?

Don't you remember me? We were together in Vellore no?

I was in Vellore women's jail, How did they come there?

They are trying to put bit even to us

- You are Kannatha's grandson Muthu, no? - Yes, aunty

Are you alright?

Did you come for English film, aunty?

- I like 'Chain' very much no? - Chain?!

I meant Jackie Chain

I like that flat nosed guy very much

In the wall, without ladder, he climbs, jumps and runs

A monkey's son

- Who? - It is him

Can you get me two tickets?

What is this, will I not get for you?

You are my first sale today, come

See, this idiot puts his hand on my leg while laughing

Why are you putting the hand on leg?

Ok, for some time let me put hand on shoulders

You have not come here to see movie

- Let us come to a peace agreement - What?

Till interval, you keep your hand on me

After interval, let me keep my hand on you

Okay, I'll go

She is going

Have this biscuit

The film is over, get up!

- Oho! My jewels are missing! - My chain is missing!

Has that biscuit old lady stolen jewels again?

- Where are you taking me? - Come man

What has happened?

See the paper

See well, read what is written

What is this injustice?

She has added us as that biscuit lady's partners

- We are all beloved friends, no? - What is the doubt in that?

Then you give us some share in the jewels

Do you want share?

You are an honest person, you will give

An unknown girl has stamped us as thieves You are confirming that

Beat him well

Don't you have sense?

Unnecessarily you over acted with that lady

You called her as aunty

You brought us to the extent that we are called as thieves in the news

That is...

Friend! We met in Madurai theatre, do you remember that?

- Leave this place immediately - Hey! Get up

Dear...

- What? - See there, Kerala oil is coming

Please sit, what do you want to have?

You came from Madurai, have some cool drinks!

Please listen to us friend! Leave me

She is calling you only

You rascals!

Whom are you calling thieves?

Through old lady, if you steal the jewels

How should I call you other than thieves?

That is a lady whom we asked to ticket

What is there to talk to you? Let me go to the police

Go

She is going to the police!

Hey hold her!

Are you talking proudly? You'll realize only if you go to jail

Will you go to police? Do you dare that much?

She hugs you! With this cause, he also hugs!

With whom you are fighting? Fighting with an IPS officer

- Who, is that you? - Not me, sir...

Are you trying to escape, by saying you as IPS officer

Did I tell?

What is there to talk to her? Show your identity card

- Do you who I am? - Will know only if you tell

Law college student

- Gone! - Sorry, dude

If you show card, will we be scared?

What is there in this card?

My future itself is there madam

You have completed IPS training

For that, till you get posting, can you steal and live?

Do you know the Law of Recruitment of Police?

No

Do you know what section 203C in that tells?

Nothing was told to me

Why do you give the card to her and keep bomb for my job?

- Without wearing black dress... - Hey! You go man!

What?

If even one case is registered...

...you won't get the job Do you know?

Argument between black coat and kaki shirt has started

Before my birthday, you give back my jewels and get your card

Then, no problem for one year my friend

My birthday comes on next week

Now-a-days, thieves also look cute, no?

Not only the jewels, they will lute our hearts together

Only we should be careful

What is this?

She is the old lady who looted my jewels

It's only me who asked to bring her here

What do you say dad?

Being a criminal lawyer, won't I know?

In this city wherever theft happens, only few persons will buy that

So I kept him informed

When the party came, this man has brought her immediately

Where is your partner?

Partner? Mine is a solo performance, Single person

Then who is that who came with you calling you aunty?

They came saying that they are relatives to get tickets

After the film got over, they flew away

There is no connection between me and them

Hey! Give the jewels see if the jewels are correct

Lawyer sir! Let me go

Hey stop! Where are you going so urgently?

I have to catch in Devi theatre which I left in Udhayam theatre

It has a become a mistake to give biscuit even to the lawyer's house

They torture me with questions

Why you are so sad even after getting the jewels?

We have mistaken a person, who has done his IPS

Immediately I have to give his ID card and say sorry

This time, you should come state first, ok?

Thank you brother

- Do you try to escape? - No

Where is my jewel man?

- That is...... - You sinner!

The thing which I hate most in this world is...

Stealing, lying and denying after getting

- She is going too much - Yes

The things I like are justice, honesty, truth and promise

You look sympathetic I'll give one week time

Before that, if my jewels don't come, you will be in jail

What is this Dhivya?

You came to say sorry and you are threatening him

All will begin in teasing and end in love

Here started in love and teasing is going on

Where is the biscuit lady?

Wherever searched, she is not available

Without seeing filched VCD...

I am searching in all the theatres But she is not trapped

If she is caught, I will stretch her bend

Party has been rapt

See there, the same old lady

She is putting bracket for another lady's jewels

Did you come alone or in pair?

- I came in single only - Why don't you take a biscuit then?

We should deal this type of old lady in different way

Going slowly, catch her...

Catch her immediately

Hey children! Catch me if you can

- Hands up - Oh God! It's not me

- I didn't know the two words, hands up - If known?

To chase her, throwing everything, with gasping, I couldn't have run

Leave that

- Hey old lady! - What?

- Take the jewels first - From where should I take?

Her father is a criminal lawyer

From the merchant who will buy stolen jewels, sending a person,

He has taken back all the jewels next day itself

What! Has he taken back the jewels next day itself?

Do you know what is cruel in this?

He took the 4 sovereigns chain that I looted from a greens vendor too

We shouldn't leave her just like that

Getting back the jewels, she is bullying us too

I am Dhivya speaking

Only Dhivya is speaking

Tell me madam

With today, it is one week, since I gave you time

If the jewels didn't come today, you can't see me alive

My signal is little weak madam, will you tell that again?

Signal is not coming!

I am telling that I will die, if the chain doesn't come

Still she is maintaining that ask her to be there itself

Come immediately near Fashion Technology

I am waiting for you

If you come even a little late, you can't see me alive

Don't do anything in a hurry we will come definitely

- What are these all? - Did you bring my jewels?

No

You will not bring How will you give back?

Thief! Unfair Rascal!

I can't live without that jewels

That is why I have decided to die and came with this poison bottle

Keep quiet

Shut up! I'll kill you, come

When I die, I won't die leaving you with peace

Telling that you are the reason for that...

With your card, I will complaint to the police

Only after putting you in jail, I'll die...

Who will get her on bail?

Then...tell

She falls on him, whenever pulled

You tortured me these days, saying thief, fraud and rascal, no?

Why did you do like that?

- For this only - You sinners!

For you to play, you have made me cry

Are you a support for this?

You are done with this

"You have stolen the moon and hid in Veerapan's mustache"

"You golden flower! Silver Island!"

"You understood me in a wrong sense"

"You have stolen this girl and hid in Binladen's beard"

"You a pretty girl! You mistook me!"

"Will my eyes cheat me?"

"Is the lie told by the fear of eyes, true?"

"You thief! Handsome!"

"You are scientific thief! My dress is becoming wet!"

"What did you do?"

"You plucked me"

"You are a baddie then, Now, you are a lily"

"Your path is different"

"You scolded me"

"Smiled at me"

"Come, what is the barrier?"

"You break me"

"You a chameleon girl! What is there in your heart?"

"There is a smile in you, You tell that in one word"

"You find out where the biggest item in a girl is"

"You come steal that, You are the gang leader"

"You golden flower! Silver Island!"

"You understood me in a wrong sense"

"You a pretty girl! You mistook me!"

"Beauty! Golden cheeks and your heart affect my eyes"

"Your healthy structure, will pierce my heart"

"Your rifle eyes and tank like shoulders test my sanctity like cannon"

"You came suddenly and pricked my spirit"

"You are a mount"

"And I am rain in that"

"If rain comes, the mount gets wet"

"Like that you rain, let my cells get wet"

"You are melting the mount slowly in to a cone ice cream"

"I am a sun and you arrested me in kerchief"

"You have stolen the moon and hid in Veerapan's mustache"

"You golden flower! Silver Island!"

"You understood me in a wrong sense"

"Will my eyes cheat me?"

"Is the lie told by the fear of eyes, true?"

We are bringing guru's sister in pilot setup

How is this?

Welcome son-in-law!

You wished to be with dad You have come, no?

Sir, you gave me job I am denying that

In government, I have got a good job sir

They have asked me to join duty tomorrow by giving all the certificates

Else my life will be spoiled Give me my certificates sir

You want certificates? I'll give you

Giving one lakh rupees take your certificates

One lakh rupees! Where will I go for one lakh rupees?

Selling the little properties we had, my parents gave me education

The only property I have is only those certificates sir

Give me my certificates please

By begging, you'll join in work

Once you get government job, you will run away

Then what about us...?

Bring the money that asked or go and do the work

If you create problem, I will set fire to the certificates

Please don't set fire to my certificates

Go man

Who is the contractor refused to give the certificates?

He is that man

Take the certificates

Let him go

Why are you behaving wild in public place?

He didn't behave like human, that is why

Krishnan has prayed to give the certificates dad

He has assailed Krishnan

Only as I beat him, he has given the certificates back

If I tell that this is not needed for us, you never understand that

I have understood, dad Only you didn't understand

The audacity for the guys like him is...

...the fear of persons like you only

Instead of saying not necessary and leave it

Just say that you will be away and you take care

He could have come home and given the certificates

Without knowing you have battled with a rogue

Only from now you have encumbrance

You are a rogue and you can't behave like educated

But I am an educated and at any time I may change a rogue

You won't tolerate

Go

This is the place, where you are going to stay

I was living on the banks of river Cauvery peacefully

You have brought me to the banks of koovam!

- In Mami's house... - Has a good figure come?

A rowdy in bail, with healthy condition, from Trichy jail

He doesn't know that there is already a big rowdy in our area

Subrabadham in mornings and Kandharsashti in evenings

Everyday, they are singing bajans

Ask them to stop that nuisance

Are you fine Ramasamy?

Do you think that I am calling you by name?

You are seeing me with surprise

If Trichy is under your control, whole Madras city is under my control

- What do you say? - Yes, brother

If there are 18 murder cases on you, there are 28 murder cases on me

If you are 'Tada' I am 'Pota'

Actually I can call you with disrespect

As the leader sent, I came

In this, he has sent 10 lakhs rupees

Ten lakhs! Do you want to kill any VIP?

Brother! You were craving to kill someone for a long time

You said that you have itching too Let us do that

We brought you in bail only to conclude that Royapuram Kannayiram

He speaks too much Slash him

If you say or not, I will slash him

Kill him

He is trying to escape

Who is that at this time?

I will never utter your name

You come inside

Please don't kill me, brother!

I will not even come in this way

Mom...

Come inside

Come

What is this sister, this street is so silent?

Come in, brother-in-law

First you come inside

Mom...

There is some noise like Sindhu crying

Why are you asking that?

Some rowdy who has come in bail stays here no?

He slashed a man in running

The whole street is shuddering

As Sindhu watched the murder from near, she cries in shock

You come, let us go inside No need, let us go inside

You go in, sister I'll come after seeing Sindhu

Leave me

Listen to me Guru!

The man slashed was a big rowdy in north Madras

They fought among themselves

Doctor has said that she will be cured Why do we need trouble?

Leave it, please

Birds, mutton chops, chicken fry

We have ordered all from Madurai Muniyandi Vilas

If you say Madurai Muniyandi, will it be Madurai?

Or will that comfort come?

This whole area smells asafoetida

Please vacate this house

Look here, even this man has enemy Whom should I close?

- Siva, Siva! - Is even Sivan?

Is Abacharam your name?

- In this street... - Should I kill all in this street?

In this street, all are scared of you

Ladies scare even to come out Please vacate this house

I don't have the habit of vacating the house

I am used only to kill persons Go man!

Do you degrade me?

Whose house is this?

Being in my house, do you disrespect me?

Go away

What will you do?

He has come in the morning to die in my hands

Do you know who I'm?

Oh God!

- You sinner - Don't beat him

If I hear sound to vacate this house...

Don't hit him

I will close this area Be careful

- Where are they? - Over there

Doctor told that they are alright Everything is right

Nothing to you, no? How is she?

Did you see our condition?

He has hit mami and made her lie down

I gave the house, without enquiring him, This is the punishment for that

I said that children are scared of your act

And I asked him to vacate the house

He has molested saying that he has only the habit of killing

Be bold

Before you return from hospital, he won't be there

- Hey Guru! - Leave me

Hey Ramasamy! Come out!

Leave them

Leave me, sister I'll not leave them without killing

Leave them

Don't stop me

- Listen to me! - You keep quiet, sister!

Where is your Ramasamy?

Hey rascal! Are you doing rowdism?

You come

- Leave me, sister - Come

I will kill you rascal!

- Listen to me - You keep quiet

Is he such a big person?

What is he thinking of himself?

Leave me, sister

What does he think? Can he beat anyone he likes?

- No, Guru - Sister...!

He has hit old lady and man

If we leave this, he'll beat anyone of us

Did he think that there is none to ask this?

Listen, sister!

If he raises his hands to beat us, we should break his hands first

I am not a coward to be silent seeing this

I will show him Let him come...we'll see

Okay, go

Go, man

Go

You are a brave man only

But each time when you show your valor...

Dad loses his dignity and respect

Do you know about that?

What do you say, sister?

That day, as he didn't give the certificates,

...you beat the contractor no?

You know only that dad came and consoled you

Do you know what happened after that?

If you go for police complaint and all...

- That will affect my son's future - Is that?

If so, ask your son to fall on my feet and ask apology

Sir...

For the mistake my son did...

I will fall on your feet Please forgive him

If you think that dad should fall on ass hole's feet...

You do whatever you want

- Why are you sad, Guru? - Please forgive me, dad

What has happened to you?

Why did you ask excuse falling on that rowdy's feet?

If you have told one word, I would have fallen on his feet

You are going to become a police officer

Should you fall on his feet?

For your sake this dad will bear any humiliation

No dad, I will not behave to the extent, that this situation comes

I swear that I will not behave

Who is that? Is he?

Are you new to this area?

- Very important! - Shouldn't we know?

All of you come in line You will get the water, don't worry

Who is next? Where is the token?

Take that pot

Are you a rowdy?

I heard that you came up and troubled

You have told that you will see, if I come

I have come in person

See now...see

What happened?

Please leave him, sir

Let him go, sir

What is this?

Hereafter, he will not interfere in your matters at all

Please leave him

What is this?

Hereafter, he will not interfere in your matters at all

Leave him Come, let us go

Slashing Ramsamy! I will slash you!

Did you think I have come to console you?

I came to feel proud of you

To resist attack is more courageous than to attack

More than uncontrollable anger to give up is the cleverness

Till now, I have seen only bravery and anger in you

Only now, I see cleverness and carefulness

When cleverness and courage join together in a man

He will definitely succeed in his life

You will win not only as a police officer alone

Dad!

Don't worry, dad

Is it very paining?

Shall I go and get painkiller?

Other than your love, what painkiller do I need?

You have understood that your son will bear any pain for you, isn't it?

Other than this for my wound, what other medicine is needed?

To the respected Police Commissioner...

I reside in Anjaneya colony

Here a man by name Slash Ramasamy is staying here in condition bail

After his arrival, this colony's peace was lost

He assaults old people

He comes to slash whoever protest him

In the street, ladies are afraid to come out

There is a fear that he and his men may spoil

So, I request you to cancel his bail and send him to jail again

From...a person affected by him

Who sent the petition against me from here?

- I don't know, sir - Don't you know?

Who are the students, studying in this school from here?

Ask all of them to get down

Stop, if you don't answer my question, I'll kill you

Does any elder girl comes to school with you?

Yes! Vidhya sister studying in 10th standard

Who is that Vidhya?

Why did you do like this?

Believe me dad, I didn't write

Mom, at least you believe that I didn't write

Why did you do like this?

If you didn't write, who else will write in your school note?

You know how big a rowdy he is!

He killed 10 persons in public road

Even Paramaguru is submissive with him Are you writing about him?

I really didn't write, dad!

What is the matter you did?

Why should I write about him? I swear that I didn't write

I swear on you, mom

You sinner! Are you swearing untruly?

If you don't believe me, who else will believe me, mom?

Why should I write about him dad?

Come out!

Are you coming or should I come?

If he himself comes, he will create great problem

Let us go and beg him

- Please listen to me - I am scared, dad!

Leave me, dad!

Come

At least you tell mom

Nothing will happen

No, dad I am scared

- Come, dear - No, dad

- Nothing will happen, dear - No, dad

My daughter wrote by mistake, please forgive and leave her

For her, I apologize you sir

I beg you, sir

Sir...!

No, sir

- Sir... - Come, girl

- Did you write complaint? - No, I didn't, sir

This hand only wrote complaint, no?

Is it paining?

It's paining?

You wrote that there is no protection for ladies in this area, no?

Did I pull your hand? Or did I strip you? Or did I seduce you?

Tell me

I will not go to jail even for the crime I did

Are you asking me to go for the jail that I didn't do?

How many girls have I seen like you?

Now let me see, who will come and save you?

Brother...

What...calling brother?

Will I leave you if you shout like this?

Brother

Brother...!

Save me, brother!

I will die!

Save me, brother

Hey! Bring her here!

He is coming Please save me, brother!

He will kill me, brother!

Hey stop! I am asking you stop

Can you beat this great man like this?

Take all the injured persons to the hospital Bring him to the station

He only did rowdism Then why are you arresting this boy?

Whatever it may be, you come to the station and talk

I will not let you arrest him, sir

I am asking you to proceed

In the place where rowdies and criminals should be

An Assistant Commissioner...

Why are you crying?

Only because of me, you are in this stage

It is only me, who put that anonymous petition

Is that you who put the petition?

Yes

I couldn't bear the seen when you were beaten by that rowdy

That's why I put a petition requesting to take action on him

The police who should arrest him have arrested you

It is a mistake that you put an anonymous petition

You could have directly put it

Hereafter, if you do like that put as Mrs Paramaguru

- I will take care - Go man

Other than in park, beach and theatre, is love now in lock up too?

I have come with the court order Release him first

Getting his signature, release the party

Who is that?

The person already got beating has not yet been discharged

Before that, other man has come

The leader wants to see you

You have seen, no? Go man!

To talk something important about your case, He asked to bring you

Won't he come here?

I just asked For that you are staring!

I may be great to this town

But to you always, I am lenient only

Sir! He is Paramaguru!

By look you seem to be very calm

But you have whipped 10 to 12 rowdies

Leave them all, that slash Ramasamy

How big a rowdy he is!

You have broken his hands and legs, and admitted in the hospital

Did you do that? I couldn't believe this at all

Hey! Courage is not in body It is in mind

Why don't you come with me?

What for did you ask me to come?

Like point to point bus, you are talking with limit only

Let me tell Slash Ramasamy is my man

He shouldn't go to jail again

Against him, your street people have given some petition

Ask them to get back that with respect

Who are you?

Am I? Who I am?

I am not a minister but I have more political support than them

I am not police, but more than them I have more power

I am not a rowdy

But all the rowdies in this state will shiver, on hearing my name

In this country, without my knowledge, many VIPs would have born

But without my knowledge, none of them can survive

None of them can die too

You are the first person to be in the police encounter list then

You have not yet got postings

Before that are you talking about encounter?

If I had been a police officer

This conversation wouldn't have taken place here

In my station that too in lockup this could have taken place

If you oppose my words, you can never become a police

I am becoming a police officer, not only to oppose you

But to close you too

When you called, I came only to know whom you are

I have known that the total list of the rowdy element is with you now

So far you have seen only an ordinary Paramaguru

From now you are going to see, Paramaguru, AC of Police

Be careful!

What happened dad?

Sister

What happened uncle? Tell me

Why are you all standing together? Tell me

At least you tell what happened

Is there any problem again?

Tell me

Tell Vidhya, did that rowdy misbehaved with you?

No

Tell me, did that rowdy misbehaved with you?

In each family, they will wish their children to be a doctor, engineer etc,

But all of us in this street

Wished that you should become a police officer

But as you whipped that rowdies, filing a murder case on you...

Saying that you are not fit to be a police officer, the govt has rejected

What if it is Paramaguru?

If the leader is opposed, even the high officials get rid of the power

He is after all IPS selected candidate, I have rejected him

Hereafter, he can't become only Assistant Commissioner

He can't become even a police constable

Sir, a lawyer notice has come for you

Who is that sends me lawyer notice?

He has sent notice asking the reason why you rejected

Has he sent notice even to me?

Let me meet him in the court

With whom?

Why did you send lawyer notice to the DGP?

To know on what basis he has rejected that I am not fit to be a police officer

Do you have any lawyer to argue on your behalf?

No my lord! I am going to argue on my behalf

In connection to this case, I like to enquire Inspector Veerappan

Greetings, sir

You have filed a case that I tried to murder

Whom did I try to murder?

Is Ramasamy his full name?

No, his full name is Slash Ramasamy

Is Slash his town?

No, it is his title

In which college did he get that title?

Public calls like that only

Is it? What is his profession?

He is a prisoner in condition bail

Is his profession being a prisoner

Or is he a prisoner because of his profession?

What is meant by condition bail prisoner?

Tell me sir

Condition bail means, there is a case pending in the court

So, till the case is over, he should be under police protection

What are the cases pending on him in the court?

That case...

Tell Mr Veerappan!

5 murders, 6 burglaries, 7 rapes, 8... what is that...

Great!

It prolongs like provision list!

You have filed a case that I tried to murder such a saint

You could have even added witness

I didn't add any witness

When you really tried to murder, persons who were near

Who eye-witnessed that

And who were attacked when trying to stop that

Only with the complaint from the three I have filed a case on you

Only with that three persons complaint, you filed the case?

Yes

What are the names of those three?

Thiruvetriyur Govindan, Palani Mani and Kulithalai Samy

They have added their place's name Are they all musicians?

You can go

I wish to enquire those three persons, individually

Is individual enquiry!

Ok, sir

Problem to my job!

Both of you be outside

You go

What is this big wound in your head? Did you fall down somewhere?

After beating me, now are you teasing me?

Why did I beat you?

When you were beating Ramasamy, I came in the middle to stop

At that time only you beat me

When I was beating Ramasamy, what was he doing

- That is... - Tell, what he was doing

If you don't know what he was doing...

I didn't beat him and you didn't see him that

Deliberately, you have given a false complaint on me

No, you beat Ramasamy and I saw that

Then tell, what he was doing

He was reading the news paper

- Where? - At the entrance of his house

What were you three doing then?

Samy was in his right Mani was in his left

I was pressing his legs

He was reading newspaper only, no?

What did he do to get beaten by me?

He did nothing

Whatever he does, he will do in good time only

To go to station and sign, he was asking for the time

Are you asking for the time? By saying your time is not good...

...you kicked on his chest

So, when I was kicking, Samy was on his right

Yes

- Mani was on his left - Yes

- You were pressing his legs - Yes

I beat him only when Ramasamy was reading paper

Yes

You can go One minute!

Has the enquiry not yet been over?

Only now it has begun go and stand there

You have given a complaint

- That you saw when I beat Ramasamy - Yes

- Did you see me beating? - Only as I saw, I gave the complaint

Without seeing will I complain?

When I beat, what was Ramasamy doing?

Caught?

Come on, tell me

He was praying to God

He is dropped

- Where? - Only in prayer hall

Mani was offering flowers I was only waiving lighted camphor

This brother was ringing the bell

What did Ramasamy do to that extent of beating while praying?

What did he do? He was praying to Lord Muruga

You told, ''I have prepared food with mutton

You came in bail, you should definitely eat''

He said that he is on fasting on that day only

For that, you hit him on his mouth Is this justice, honesty?

Oops!

So, when I was beating, he was praying to God only

Yes

He was showing camphor, you were ringing...

No, I was showing the camphor and he was ringing the bell

Ok, you come and stand here

I wish to enquire the third witness

How was that, brother? Will I be trapped?

I have covered even the matter that he pulled that girl, no?

Go man

My fate...

You three only have given a complaint

- That I tried to murder Ramasamy, no? - Yes

When I beat, what was Ramasamy doing?

I am dead meat

Tell me

Your partners have accepted, for what I beat Ramasamy

Are you going to accept or not?

You sinners! You have betrayed even our brother!

Why did you do like that? What all he has done for you!

Whenever you came slashing...

...that honest man saved you by giving cash to police in boxes

You unthankful dogs!

What is the difference between you and that girl who gave petition?

Who is that girl? Who gave the petition?

Are you teasing? You are talking as if you know nothing!

Only as she gave petition on him our brother pulled her in anger!

You only beat our brother then, no?

You lashed me out who came to stop that

Only as your brother pulled her hand, I beat him

Yes

I wish to enquire the DGP who rejected me

As I beat a rowdy who came in condition bail...

with the false witness his gang men lodged...

An inspector has a filed the mere quarrel as a murder case

Only on the basis of that FIR, you have rejected me as unfit

What mistake did I commit?

I barred a rowdy who tried to rape a girl was that a mistake?

Police duty is to save public, isn't it?

Before getting the posting, I did it Was that a mistake?

For you who made a decision without proper enquiry...

Making you understand the truth...

To make a correct decision...

I have given you another chance Was that a mistake?

Yes, it was a mistake!

You behaved worse than the rowdy who came in condition bail!

What is the difference between you and him then?

See, there are separate rules and regulations for police department

Even if he is a big criminal or accused, if you want to arrest...

He should be arrested only with arrest warrant!

Shouldn't beat him then

Like that in a big crowd, even if there is violence...

You should keep quiet until the senior officer says ''Charge!''

Even then, you should not beat

So, when even a big injustice happens...

We should keep quiet Shouldn't stop, isn't it?

We should not stop man!

You have acted so violently even before posting!

If you are posted, how can we expect discipline from you?

So, you cannot become a Police Officer in your life

This is my final decision!

My job, my dad's dream, my ambition

Can't I become a police officer at all? Can't I?

I'll not spare you alive

Leave me

Why did they all beat me?

Why did they beat me?

Did you tell them ''Charge''?

Or did they get arrest warrant and come?

According to your rule, will you dismiss them now?

The thought to save you that is why they beat me

Now tell me sir, is law greater than humanity?

Are rules greater than true love?

Than preventing the tears of a crying girl

Is department discipline greater?

I didn't behave like this to humiliate you, sir

To show my justice to this court only...

Without having any other way

I pretended to pierce you with knife

Please forgive me, sir

I struggled this much, not for my job

Or, for the salary from that

If I wanted money...

Many MNC's were ready to give even 50000 or one lakh

And selected me in campus interview

But I didn't go Why?

I didn't think police duty as a profession

I think that as a sacrifice of life

The happiness I get when I save the public from rowdies...

The satisfaction I get when giving peace to the honest people

Like the army which saves from enemies from outside...

The patriotism which saves the country from the social elements inside

Only for all these, I wished to become a police officer

In childhood, our mothers have the responsibility to protect us

In youth, our fathers have the responsibility to protect us

This responsibility is not duty, but affection

Like that only, the police has the responsibility to protect public

Here, responsibility shouldn't be duty

It should only be affection

I did only this, no?

The police officer who has to approve that has rejected me

After then...

In this case, only in a good wish to save a girl...

It is proved that, he has attacked Slash Ramasamy

So, I order the government to appoint Paramaguru as AC

Immediately before this court adjourns

I also order to reject the bail of Ramasamy, and his partners...

And send them to jail immediately

Has Paramaguru become a police officer?

What is this, no native figure is seen?

What did you ask?

Is that country wood? This is super figure!

Do you like to have some beer? - No

Drink beer

- Don't want, brother - Why do you call brother?

- Call me, uncle - Please leave me, I am a poor girl

She is telling that she is poor Let us make her rich

How much do you want? Do you want in cash or cheque?

He is minister's son very rich Ask him how much you want

He will make you rich soon

Why do you say that you don't want?

Drink beer

You can drink beer if you become the millionaire

What is this, she has fallen?

Hey! Her head is broken and blood is coming!

Take her and throw in hospital

We want to meet, sir

Without meeting him, we will not go

We want to meet sir

Sir...sir

Don't shout, be silent

What is the problem?

10 to 15 girls who are from our colony

Work in the beach hotel

Minster's son and his friends pulled their hands and teased them

My daughter got head injury and she is admitted in the hospital, sir

Doctors have told that she is in danger

Hearing this, our people are very much tensed

Girls are scared to go for job

Only you have to find a way for this

Definitely I'll take action

Hereafter, because of him no danger will come for your girls

I'll take care Go with courage

- Do you want to have beer? - You rogue!

Have you reformed?

- Who is Vinayak this? - What is the matter?

From Nallankuppam, Krishnaveni came here for work no?

AC has come to enquire about you teased her

Where is that Vinayak?

He teased her just for fun

She herself fell down and broke her head

What can we do for that?

Without teasing at this age, at what age will we tease?

Go man, you have taken this as case

What is this? Do you know who he is?

He is minister's son sir

If it is known that you have come here to enquire...

...you should immediately 'go home'

You have made this small matter a big issue...go sir

Sir will go, you open the beer

I thought that they would have teased her seriously

But it was for fun only

Fun?!

This is also a game only

That AC Paramaguru is coming to our house with the arrest warrant, dad!

We should not be scared of that arrest warrant

Only the man who brought that should be afraid

Are you AC Paramaguru?

To my house police has come only for protection till now

I have been minister for 30 years

You are the first police to come with arrest warrant

Then, in this 30 years

You are meeting a courageous police officer for the first time

I will be the minister whichever party may come to rule

Even if any party comes to rule, I will be a police officer

In ration card, there is a column by name, job have you seen?

At that time itself I wrote as politics in that

Sir, do you know that there is a column for caste in certificate?

In that I wrote as Police

I am wandering with 5 lakhs votes in my pocket

Do you dance in front of me?

You think of taking my son to the police station and beat

How does he say correctly that you have in your mind?

He has understood public minds

So only he is minister for these days

- Isn't it, sir? - Is this ragging?

Come here DC

You are scared so much, no? Tell him, man

Tell him

This is big shot case

If you dash without knowing the situation...

Only department will get bad name!

Do whatever the lawyer says

Don't try to take him to the station and beat him

Why are you giving judgement nowadays?

That is our department's work

I will directly handover the guy in the court

This brown sugar case and murder case are all easy for me

This is after all an eve teasing case

Know that, within seconds, the boy will come in front of me

You are asking to withdraw

Lawyer tells that he'll break the case

Sir says that he runs around keeping 5 lakhs votes in his pocket

Am I a fool to touch him even after this? You yourself tell, sir

This is my first case I have come with warrant also

If I go with empty hand, will it be good?

As you said, let me hand over him directly in the court

Dad...?

Don't worry

You don't get scared

If you want, let your father, DC, Lawyer come with you

I swear that my hand will not touch your son

Come to my way like that

Have you seen?

You were scared that he might beat you, no?

Now he has surrendered, don't be afraid, I am with you, come

Police, court and case are the bases for his political life

Why is vehicle slow?

There seems to be an accident

This is usual in the city

This is not the road to court

He has changed some rout and brought us to Nallankuppam

What if he changes the path?

- They will take care - You be calm, sir

Your son pulled the hands of the girl from this area only

He has stopped the van also, sir

(Song from villian)

Yeh! Come here

- Am l? - Yes

- What for, sir? - Come man

What did you do in the commissioner office yesterday?

Really I didn't speak anything sir

If justice is not got for this area girl...

Did you tell that, no police will be alive?

- Really I didn't tell sir - You only told

l never told any good words like that sir

Did you think that you can spoil police's job, saying like this?

We don't cook even in our house sir, We take food only form hotel

Why is this guy inviting trouble?

He is planning to do something, sir

I am so scared dad!

There is DC and Lawyer They will take care

Fighting is not my department sir, It is his department, sir

He will deal that sir

How are you going to deal?

Before that they are going to leave us in deal

Keep quiet, you are getting scared and making others also scared

You be bold sir

As long as I am here, no one can do anything to you

Sir, lawyer is leaving, ask him sir

Hey! Where are you going?

Somehow, you bring your son to the court I'll make the judge ready

What did you tell?

He said that we will not take action if he is a minister's son

Will you go to TV?

Will you tell to the news paper?

He says that he defame us by telling that we got bribe

- I never told sir - You only told

Why don't you leave him if he denies?

- I never told sir - You only told

I swear, I didn't

What is this Mr Paramaguru? He denies no, come let us go

How can we go sir?

Do you know that we didn't catch minister's son?

Don't do

See, he is inside, go and see

Yes sir, he is the man who broke my sister's head

Thank you, sir Hey! All of you come...

Where are you going?

The man who pulled the hands of our area girl had been trapped!

Dad! Save me dad! There is a large crowd dad!

See here, don't pull him out

Hey, come out

Hey keep quiet! Else I'll kill you

Hey come out

I won't tease any girl I won't trouble any girl

Why are you silent AC?

I am scared

No one should throw him down and tread him

I am telling you shouldn't tread!

Stop! If we make him lie down and beat, he will sleep

Make him stand and beat him well

Just see now

Leave me

Did you ask our sisters to call you uncle?

Let us call now

Sir, as he is a youth, he will bear that

As you are old, you won't be able to bear sir

- Leave me - No, sir

How dare you?

Have you touched this Nallamma's daughter?

With the beating I give you, you shouldn't even think of any girl

None should break his hand or leg in a hurry

Stop, he should never think of any girl in his life

We have beaten him well come let us take rest and come

You dirty womanizer!

My daughter I don't know how is there?

You told that you are taking him to court

But you trapped him in this slum?

I'll always keep my word

Did my hand touch your son?

DC is also a witness Did my hand touch? Tell him

- Where is advocate? - Already he has run

Even now I am telling, my hand didn't touch him

What if you touched or not?

The villagers itself have torn him into pieces, no?

No need for us to take him to the court

We can directly take him to the hospital and do post-mortem

Tell that to him man

Him?

Me dear...

How they have beaten you my son! Get up

I am a man wandering with 5 lakhs votes in my pocket

Let me show you who I am

- Who are you, sir? - You sinner!

After you became AC, this is the first case

Without putting him in jail, you left him in the village

He is neither a rowdy nor a criminal

He is a rogue and a minister's son

If I have put him in jail,

Using his influence he could have come out in 2 days

So, only I handed over him to the affected people

They are also very much satisfied in beating him

Hereafter he will not even see any other girl

Take your seats

They are the inspection officers of the education department

Spending 50 to 60 crores, we have built the college

Getting money, we have admitted students also

If you come now and say that this is wrong should we close and go?

If this problem was with them alone, I wouldn't have told anything

But this has come to the leader now

He only called me to talk with you and correct you

Sign in this, get whatever you want and go

It is a mistake to run college without government's order

In this, you are talking too

What is good in your college?

Is there good building, library, lab

Or good professors to teach lessons?

Getting money in lakhs and cheating innocent students

Are these faces that run college?

Did you think of students' future even a little?

Even before a child starts writing ABC,

Your illegality of making studies as a business, starts!

Our children first learn that there will be education only if there is money

Only so, our country is bad like this

In Tamilnadu, 1000s of students were affected by this

Only to find out corrupted colleges and to take action

They have appointed us as special officers

Ok, as they said, you close the college

- Brother...! - Don't get tensed

The building cost, the money to returned back to students...

Then the bribe given to officers like them...

Interest for that, my fees

If you add up all these, 100 to 125 crores will come

If you give this money to me, let me close

Are you threatening us with rowdies?

It is a mistake only I have the habit of beating only

Only as the boss said, I talked to you

Only those have fear in life, should be scared of rowdies

You just touch and see

You rowdies get money and do rowdism have so much courage

Other than getting cheated by paying money...

The students are tensed because of the loss of their education

If those 10000 students come, you know what will be your position?

They will build a tomb for you in the college you built itself

What do you think we are?

Let us see how you are going to run the college

Come let us go, sir

Grand dad is in the house, It is going to be jolly

Greetings, sir

As you said...

All of you go out and play out

What happened, Siva?

Have those university officers signed?

No problem, right?

- Sir, that is... - Why are you hesitating?

A small mistake has happened, sir

Mistake means...killing

Yes, sir

To get your permission to dispose,

I have kept those three bodies in the guest house

Do you have any sense?

They are all government officers if my interference is known out...

They all degraded you, so only...

Let me go and surrender in the police

I will not tell your name even if they torture me

Today evening by 4 p.m. there is going to be a peace procession

You change that to a procession with commotion

You slash at least 30 to 40 persons

You mix these three bodies with those dead bodies

When this news come in TV and paper...

People should think that the officers died only in that confusion

Greetings, sir!

I wish to meet AC Paramaguru sir

You are also disturbing like this often what is the matter?

Mom!

How many times have I told that you should not come here?

Mom, that...

- Come! - Mom! You listen to me...

Paramaguru sir has come, let me meet him and come

It is a very important matter, mom How long can we hide that?

- Mom! - Go!

- Listen to me - Go!

Who are they? What is the problem?

His name is Prabakaran A college student

To tell you an important matter

He is coming here for the past three days

His mother is taking him home as saying he shouldn't come here

Is this Paramaguru who was a Galata king of our college?

Yes!

Is he the person who will sing in pages about skirt?

"A girl in skirt, is throwing crackers on me"

"If she gives a kiss, this sun's mush gets hot"

"This butterfly has become a touch me not plant"

"You are ruling in my whole body"

"I am gasping!"

"What is your name girl?"

"If you tell, I will sing in your name"

"Where is your house?"

"Let me become your groom immediately"

"With the bright teeth, she laughed joyfully"

"Don't swarm upto my foot"

"Don't make me tempt"

"Cashews in bunches, she is waiting for me"

"You are the pearl that I took in the sea"

"Like the rain in earth, you come and move with me"

"There are many girls nearby, You are one among them"

"You are the mixture of 16 fruits..."

"What is your name girl?"

"If you tell, I will sing in your name"

"Where is your house?"

"Let me become your groom immediately"

"A girl in skirt, is throwing crackers on me"

"If she gives a kiss, this sun's mush gets hot"

"Bath in drops, fight like explosive"

"Black money won't be valid here"

"School education is not enough"

"Progress up fastly, without tears"

"There is no weight in young shoulders"

"There is no time to ask justice"

"In colleges'chariot, I'll go with the flowers"

"Flowers are tied, with whom I am angry?"

"We'll gather our hands and dance"

"What is your name girl?"

"If you tell, I will sing in your name"

"Where is your house?"

"Let me become your groom immediately"

Welcome skirt Guru!

Come, all are waiting for you only

How are you, sir?

Galata king before and a police officer now

Come sir!

Come Paramaguru!

Why did you come to office twice in search of me?

Will the rowdies kill me, if I give complaint against them?

- Who said? - My mom is so scared, sir

I am the only son of my mom

I lost my father at a young age

My mom gives me education only by working for daily wages

I am doing my II year BA

My mom loves me very much sir

Like my mom desires for my welfare

Those three officers struggled for the welfare of the students

Who are those three officers?

Officers to approve colleges from the University Grand Commission

Are those officers who died in the riot, before a few days?

They didn't die in the riot

They whipped and killed them sir

What do you say?

Apart from studies, I drive call taxi in the remaining time

One day, only in my call taxi, l took them to a place

I have come to meet you against the promise that I gave my mom

This is only because of the faith I have in you

I will come as witness wherever you call

You should not leave those murderers without punishing

At the age of twenty you are full of zip

Keeping that as my aim, I completed my IPS

You have told no? I'll take care of that

How many times I told you not to come here?

Mom!

Please leave him, madam

Why are you beating this small boy?

Whatever he tells is lie

Don't believe his words

None beat any officer and killed he also didn't see that

For the past few days he is speaking like insane

I have taken him even to the doctors

They said he will be alright if he takes medicines

To hide a truth, you have made your own son a mad

Even if he is insane, he will be alive, no?

These are all political issues, sir

If you add his name and enquire...

Only he will be affected?

To conceal three murders, they murdered 30 persons

To them...he is not a big deal Is his life great for them?

I don't want my son to study or work

If he is with me till last, that is enough for me

Please leave this case with this, sir

Madam, nothing will happen as you panic

Only in the word 'fear', justice dies

He came violating the promise that he gave you

Because of the faith in me

I will be more careful than you in protecting him

Police's duty is not only to trap the accused...

But also to protect good persons

You have many guns, power and police

But for me, only he is there please don't reveal him, sir

Revealing! You have misunderstood the police department

If even a scratch comes in your son's body...

...I will be responsible for that

Let me give you the necessary protection

Go with guts

Say thanks to him

Come

What are you saying?

Did they change the procession as the riot?

Yes sir! To conceal the three dead bodies...

They have killed 30 persons

A college student who saw that in person has reported to me

Until this enquiry is over, we have to him protection

Not only that...

If trap the rowdies indulged in this riot...

Many VIPs will get trapped

- Greetings DGP, sir - Greetings

You are in the highest post of police department

Sit down

Whatever help you need, you ask without hesitation

Help for DGP!

All will come to police asking for help...

But you say that you can help us

There is a witness who saw the murder of officers

Killing is not a great thing But there shouldn't be no witness for that

Find him out and close him

Come

You are telling to start from here Tomorrow I have exam, no?

If I don't write the exam, My two years' studies will be wasted

If you don't write exam, only two years' studies will be wasted

If we are here, even your life will be closed

Paramaguru is a very good person mom

He said that he'll take care of us no?

As long he is there, none can touch me

See, we shouldn't be here anymore Take that luggage

- Go - No, mom

My exams are there

Let us tell Paramaguru sir and go, mom

No need to tell anything, go and sit

- Mom - What?

They are the murderers I told you, mom!

- What are you saying? - Yes, mom

I saw them when they murdered!

You go inside

- Mom - Go inside

Go

Where is Prabakaran's house?

Tell me

We are new to this place

You ask someone else

Come on, guys

Hey stop

Take the bag and go

Where is Prabakaran's house here?

The lady you were talking with is Prabakaran's mom

Hey! She has cheated us!

Get down

- Come - Mom

Come...come

Those murderers found us and coming, mom!

Come fast

Come

Wherever he goes, we shouldn't leave him Go and find him out!

- Mom, we should escape somehow - Come

Listen to me

Get in

What is your seat's number?

- Go man! - Without making noise, bend your head

Mom!

Leave him, sir

Don't kill my son!

Mom!!

My son!

Please save my son, sir!

What happened? Please tell me what has happened

Wait, we'll ask her

Tell me where is Prabakar?

Take her to the hospital immediately

Don't cry, be bold He will take care

Where is that boy? Tell!

Sir...!

Move

Give me way

Prabakar! Your mom have come!

We don't need this atrocity let us leave this town, come

Come let us go

What a boy you are! You have left the specs there itself

I have brought that safely Let me wear for you

Prabakar, come let's go

I have brought your specs safely,

but I couldn't save your life

I couldn't save you

See well

I already told that he is bluffing about murder and all

I asked you to leave that matter also Did you listen?

I also told that let him be with me as insane

Did you listen?

Did you see now? They have thrown as a dead body

See

Are you satisfied now?

I told him that we can leave this place

But he said that 'Paramaguru is a good person...

...nothing will happen to us'

He said that 'He will take care, be brave mom'

You didn't save the boy who had faith in you and said like that

Why?

Why you left him?

As he is a poor boy, did you leave with recklessness?

Or as I am uneducated, did you leave without care?

Even if a small scratch comes in his body, no?

You said that your department will be responsible

Now they have torn him into lines

What for is that department which is unable to save my son's life?

Why do you need this uniform?

Open the lock up and bring these three rowdies out!

Okay, sir

Take the copy of the FIR filed on rowdy Siva!

You have torn the FIR on Siva

How can we take action on him then?

If I see him, I'll not take him to the court and get punishment

I will slash him wherever I see him Go and tell that

Sir...!

Sir!

What happened?

That AC Paramaguru, is searching for me with vigor

If I get trapped, he will definitely kill me sir

I'm very scared

You scared?

I hear this word from you for the first time

Is there any police that we didn't see?

Is there any lawyer whom we didn't hire?

By knowing that only, he has torn the FIR copy

Without taking this as a case...

...he has taken as personal vengeance and he follows me

- He will not spare me alive, sir - Is it?

Why should he follow us? Let us follow him

I'll take care, you don't worry

Now sir's life is in danger

So he has come to us asking our help

Very important matter in this is...

He wishes you to come as his security

In the Prabakaran's case, I am dealing...

Only now I have got an important evidence

In this situation, leaving that case, how can I deviate?

This is home minister's personal injunction we should not breach that

Giving him protection, to save him and

To get a good name for the department is your responsibility

AC sir tells that there is an important case

Leaving even that, you are sending him for me

Thanks a lot DGP, sir

Sir!

You and those watchmen go home and take rest

For security?

For that...

Government itself has sent, no? Paramaguru!

- He will do your work - Okay, sir

Hey Siva! Come here

Why are you scared? Come with courage

Did you scare seeing this Paramaguru?

Now he is not the police officer who will catch you

I have taken him from that duty

Now he is a body guard, who has come for my protection

He can't do you anything

Come

Do you understand why I have put you as my body guard at least now?

Siva is my life He done many things for me

If anything happens to him, I won't bear that

Leave my Siva free

If you deny that...

Now I have asked protection only for one week

That will continue to one month, one year

You may be in this house for your life time

As a watchman in the name of body guard

You can't do anything

Whatever happens here, you should report it to the government

Think well and decide

Hey Siva! Come!

None can live against you

One day or other, he should definitely come to you

Have you changed your mind and come?

I have seen many times

Before sir's power, there is none who were put off

Whatever you want ask him he will give

Go

If you laugh, there will be no better friend than me

If you stare, there will be no worse enemy than me

I thought well, sir You have kept your love on him

If anything happens to him, you won't be able to bear

Why should I arrest him?

I have decided to co-operate with you

Did you hear it? You were afraid, no?

Who else went against me when comes to my house?

See, even Paramaguru has come to our way

Ask me Paramaguru, what do you want?

Ask me

What do I want, sir? I want his life

Sir...!

Should I report the government whatever happens?

I am going to give that he tried to kill you and so I shot him

Why are you shocked?

Even now after killing you,

If I add one word, that will be enough

That Siva killed you and so I killed him

But if you die when you are under my protection...

It will be bad for my department

So I am leaving you alive

What did you tell?

Are you going to keep your watchman, for the life time?

You keep, I am ready

What are saying?

Is Jayaprakash the reason for the murder of three officers?

Yes sir, we should immediately take action on him

Jayaprakash is a VIP

If we take action on him...

We should answer not only our department, but also our government

As you said if we arrest him and take him to the court...

What evidence do you have to prove him as criminal?

So only I request you to keep an enquiry commission

If we enquire them, all the truths will come out

To keep enquiry commission, police don't have the power

So only, I have brought three persons who have rights

Who are they?

The family of the three officers who were killed

If they give petition, we should definitely keep enquiry commission, no?

We thought our husbands died only in the bewilderment

When we came to know that they were murdered, we felt very sad

you should find out those accused and get them punishment

Go without worry, you will get justice

Definitely I'll arrange for that

To enquire about the persons who created the calamity

Govt has appointed the retired judge Mr Veerendar singh

I am retired judge but there is no retirement for justice

So, I feel proud of accepting this post

As long as the criminals like Prakash are moving freely

Not only for police department, and for the department of justice

But for the whole society, this is a prejudice

You hand over the evidences and witnesses against him,

...to the commission

He will get legal punishment

I have not yet asked questions, before that you stooped your head?

Have you committed any mistake?

In the peace procession that took place before 4 months

Did you went for protection?

Yes, sir

How did the procession change to riot?

I don't know sir

- You know - I swear that I don't know, sir

I have already submitted the report on that to the commission

I am asking about the factual report

That is the actual report sir

Let me meet with the factual report

How long has it been since the riot took place!

I have already submitted the post-mortem report of 30 dead persons

If you come now and ask about the report, how is this sir?

The reports of 27 persons are correct

But are the reports of those three Govt officers correct?

Department has a doubt that they were dead before 4 hours of riot

Sir, you are talking forgetting that I am also a Government officer

The report I gave was correct only

The way you speak shows that, that is not correct

Did anyone threaten you to give such a report?

Only you are threatening me now

The report I gave was correct only

I have sent a letter to the Govt that I am resigning the post

Sir, you...

I don't like to talk about this further

If honest officers like you scare about the injustice...

Then what is the condition of the public?

If this enquiry doesn't happen...

It will be like the whole Govt scares of an individual

No sir, please doesn't recede

Begging that demon, I have saved the life of my children and family

Don't change my husband's mind

See, only your husband can take that Jayaprakash before the law

Do you know where he took our family before that?

Do you bring an enquiry commission against me?

Hearing that my family is shivering

Then your family also should tremble, isn't it?

As you think, I am not an ordinary man

I will not beat, scold, slash, tie or shoot you

But one thing this girl or any of the child

Should jump from here Jump!

Are you scared? We are here

If you are scared, my men will throw you one by one

You want only me, no? I'll die

Leave my family Don't do anything to them

I'll die

Grandpa! You don't jump I'll jump

Jump

He will never come to your issues Leave him

You are from somewhere This is my place

If you again go for commission, without leaving anyone, I'll slash all!

Why did you wish to become a police?

Only to save good persons from bad persons, isn't it?

When called for the enquiry commission...

why didn't that police or judge or lawyer come?

Because of the fear they have on that rowdy

First you should remove that fear

That will not happen just like that

A great protest should happen

That may take many years

Till that you should struggle

You should not panic and sit

Only when the officers act with honesty and guts...

This country will get true freedom

That should happen by my son

It will happen, you wait and see

Are you okay, dad?

Come

Have you put a commission against me?

No one will support you

They will support me only

Because of fear fear on hearing my name!

That fear will come for you too

Dad...!

Only because of this profession, I lost our dad

I am not ready to lose you too

No need for this job and losing life also

How long will you fight individually?

No

Paramaguru! You repeat this chant

I feel that there is no meaning in doing this ceremony

For my Father's ceremony

I didn't expected that so many Govt officers will come

Thanks a lot

My dad believed that only if the Govt officers are honest...

...this country can live peacefully

But how do 99% of the Govt officers behave?

Who come to ration shop?

Who?

Are they the persons deposited money in the bank in lakhs?

No, sir! They are laborers who struggle for their lives

In the kerosene and rice we give them we reduce the measures

Is only for this the Govt pays us?

Answer me

If a poor man is sick, only disabled to go to private hospital...

He comes to the govt hospital

If you ask him to bring 500 or 1000, where will he go?

By threatening him that we'll save him only if he give, we get

Even to give the dead body, we bargain

Is only for this, the Govt pays us?

Answer me

If the rowdies and criminals come to the station, we respect them

By giving cool drinks, royal treatment, we make them sit in the chair

But if a poor comes for justice...

We chase him like chasing a dog

Is only for this the Govt pays us?

Answer, please

From birth certificate to death certificate there is only bribe

If asked, blaming the politicians, we escape

The politicians who commits mistakes

Are changed by the people, once in five years

But if a person becomes a Govt officer,

Till we work, we get salary on 1st of every month

After retirement, pension!

If in case, we die, job for our heirs

Giving these, they make us live no need to worship them like God

We can at least respect them as human beings

When we don't do them anything...

If we protest, how will they support us?

Gandhiji grew the confidence that he will get freedom

Didn't India gather behind him?

Like that let us develop the confidence that we will serve the public

After that, if anything happens to us, public will take care

If I take revenge on the murderer alone...

My dad's soul won't rest in peace

If we give a word that we will work for the public...

His soul will rest in peace

Arrange for that enquiry commission immediately

Whoever may be the accused...

I'll take him before law and get punishment

From now, even if I die, I will not support the criminals

I swear sir!

I am the one who gave the false postmortem repot

Now I am ready to give the correct report to the commission

Your dad's desire will definitely come true

We all will co-operate for that

That Paramaguru, is not fighting for his family

He is struggling for all our families

Do you want me to support that honest officer?

Or to run away in the fear, of that rowdy Jayaprakash?

What he can do?

He'll kill our family, that's all

We can sacrifice our lives, for a good reason

Before some days, the officers will come to the ministers

Now, we are coming in search of them

- Sit down - Leave that...

Why you cancelled the water supply contract of our men

What? Do you want something?

Instead of supplying drinking water, you supplying drainage waters

Medical reports says that cholera, is affecting the slum areas

So only I cancelled the contract

Not only me Even if some other officers come here

They'll take the same action

If you create any problems further, I'll complaint to the police

I am wandering 5 lakh votes, in my pocket

Do you know what will happen if you oppose me?

Make a call to AC Paramaguru

- I'll do it at once, sir - Somewhere I heard this name

He took our son to the slum, instead of court, no?

That same officer

I have no strength to get beatings Come, let's go from here

Won't you the contract, I know how to deal you

Take them

Should he die, for his salary?

Tell me

For who, he got this beatings now?

It's for you all

- Sir, no need, leave it - You keep quiet

If he has bribed, there is no need of getting beatings

When he is ready to save the people...

At least you would have tried to save him, no?

Who threatened you?

What? He is coming to arrest me? Let him come...

Daddy, you know very well about him

He is a dangerous fellow, don't play with him

Better you fall on his legs, and save your life

Otherwise, you will also be in this same position

Brother! Sir, if you feel ashamed, I'll fall instead of you

Go and enjoy the scenes out side

See on whose leg, who is falling

He is knocking at the door

Greetings, sir

Come, you have came to arrest me? Sit down

He is the left hand to that Prakash

How dare you are to arrest me? I'll show who I am

You might have seen the police standing in ground floor

I gathered all police officers of whole Tamilnadu

All the reporters are gathered here

Why? I'll tear my clothes, as if you did it

I'll coat with the blood, as if you did it

When you take me outside, I'll walk like a lame

As if you have broken my legs

See tomorrow, this news will spread like fire

See how your dad is performing, proving that he is a politician

I don't have confidence

Brother! Come let's see whether press people are ready

I am wandering with 5 lakh votes

Are you making my son to stand in the slum?

See where I make you to stand

You, yourself torn your dress

As if I torn it

You yourself coated with blood

As if I beat you

Yes!

You will walk like a lame, as if I broke your leg

But, even though you act well

It won't be so nice as the original

I will make it true, so that, these 5 lakh voters will believe

They beat me like a dog!

Don't pull me My leg is paining

How beautifully he is performing!

As he was acting for past 30 years to people, he got it well

Don't enjoy too much Press reporters are there

Only, if they take photo no? See there...

Take the photo

Where are you taking me?

- Everything is Ok? - Yes

In all the media, we should show the power of our boss

- Ok, all of you go - Where is the minister?

Now only he took him in the jeep, didn't you take the photo?

No

You didn't, then he might took him somewhere else

- Run away... - To run...?

I won't run even an inch

I am reading in the papers daily...

That, when rowdy was tried to escape, shot in the encounter

Take me to court or put me in jail

Even you can beat me, but don't ask me to run, please

That 5 lakh...

Hereafter, I won't tell throughout my life

It's ready, shall we shoot?

No, please save me

No need, take him to station and get the sign in Prakash's file

Give me a white paper here, I'll put even two signs

On the basis of report given by Justice Veerendra singh

We have to arrest that Prakash immediately

As he is a big rowdy, dared to do anything

Government ordered to catch him, alive or dead

Arresting Prakash is not your only duty

We should also save Justice and his family, from rowdies

Today his family members are going to Delhi

They have to go safely, that is the debt of gratitude by Tamilnadu

He got the firing order against me

I won't leave you

Take my family to a safer place

In Judge's family, no one should be alive

They should die, Paramaguru should see it

Arrange all the rowdies, Go...go

- Come, let's go - Come

Hey! Slash them down

- Are you alright? - Nothing, sir

The news that a honest police man's family is in trouble

Spread over the city, like a fire

So people gathered in thousands

We tied up those rowdies, who followed them

From now, for Government officers who wish for people's welfare

If any problem comes to them, we'll take care of it

We will save them, we will save them!

'If officers work truely for people'

'People will save them'
