today rejected the Red Cross and
other government officials'

attempt to block Krever from
assigning blame in his report.

While today's ruling was
certainly good news,

the battle is not over.

The case is now going
to the Supreme Court,

and hopefully, they will
agree with the lower courts,

but we can't assume anything.

And as the fight for
the truth continues...

we continue to bury the dead.
