in 35 degrees centigrade,

75 percent humidity,
and the equivalent of about 3200 meters.

Which is 14 % oxygen.

The body is under stress
because of the environmental conditions.

The heart rate will go up
into a training zone

that it wouldn't normally get into
if it was just normal room temperature

and normal oxygen content.

It is so difficult inside.

I think, when you finish...
