alright well

I I think this is

the part of the course where we start talking about

people that are doing well on Facebook

and other brands that are not doing well um

I also wanna start off and say

your studio is impressive

and mine is lacking so

I'm gonna take some of my earnings from Facebook and

and try to uh

Emily your backgrounds and stuff there

so haha your audio is excellent your audio is excellent

that's all that matters alright

cool well

I don't wanna bore people with my uh

my man cave down here that or utility closet

whatever you wanna call it

I think what's really important is

that you and I kind of walk through and

show anyone that's viewing this right now

some successful pages that we found on Facebook

and part of the success that I've had on Facebook and

and you as well from all the interactions we've had

is really doing your research

and using tools to do research

but you can also just look at some feeds

and figure out hey

this this uh

page in my niche had 1,000 likes on this uh post why

like what was it about this that that did well

um you can use a tool that I use called Strevio

that's really great for intelligence

you can load it in with a bunch of pages

and start seeing who is getting likes

who's not I was super surprised

like I have

I'm in the cocktails niche for one of my websites

and some of the biggest players in the cocktails niche

I looked at their Facebook analytics

and they do terrible on Facebook

but meanwhile

you have someone that has just a Facebook page

as posting tequila memes

and they're getting millions of likes a month

and it's pretty incredible stuff

so um I think it's SEOs

we might overthink this kind of stuff

and we might think about keywords and

being on brand and all this other stuff and um

the mindsets a little different with Facebook

what's your experience like

totally and it's hard for SEOs

so people who have conventional

you know experience with ranking on Google to shift

right and I have trouble with that at times too

and later in the course

I just finished up the ad portion of the course

like how to run ads affordably

and it's all about competitive research

people have already spent the time

and money to figure this out

so why don't we just figure out what they're doing

and emulate and make it our own over and over again

so you're using Stravia right

I use Strevio mainly for the intelligence

were also I have some VAs and we're using it for um

publishing as well it's really great tool to publish

I like to test everything

so for me my initial before even knew about Strevio

I initially just started my feed for my page

I started

following other niche relevant pages in my feed

so we're in the the cocktails niche

I started following liquor brands

I started following other bartendings pages

cocktail pages and and so everyone understands this

sorry to cut you up

this is super important when you create a new page

it's like its own entity on Facebook

and so when you're in that page that

that you eye of that page

you can follow pages and you only see what you follow

and then you'll switch accounts to your other page

and you you can do the same

that's what you're talking about right

correct but it just kind of fine tune that it's

it's not necessarily you're only gonna see that stuff

because I end up seeing like weird stuff in my feet

cause Facebook is gonna feed you stuff that is

they think you might be interested in

and there is some crossover

I know like with my personal and like some of my um

my brand pages like

if I'm looking at like

fishing stuff on my personal page or

or one of my other pages all of a sudden

like

some fishing stuff will show up in my bartending page

so um

in my feed sorry but we can do is uh

you can and this is someone give me a trick before

there's there's a couple of things you can do one

you can um use your

your brand's page and the feed and start just

following pages that are in your niche

so you hopefully see them

then if you start seeing any garbage in there

like just mean

pages that aren't relevant or anything like that

you there's a little

like the three dots or maybe something on that um

that post in the feed and you can click that and say

I'm not interested

or don't wanna see this kind of content anymore

you can block that that page

so you really wanna find tune the um

the algorithm the show you in the feed

anything that's relevant to your niche

and you can things are relevant

like if you see really good cocktails for me

or if you see food recipes

or you see fishing stuff or you see travel

whatever your niche is start liking those

so like um you might even wanna save them to

you can save all the posts

Instagrams great for that Facebook does the same thing

you can you can save posts into a folder be like oh

travel ideas or uh food ideas like that kind of stuff

and saving those save how do you save them

what is the mechanism um

I believe there is definitely on the mobile version

there's a there's a state like you hit the 3 button

the three dots brings up a tool set

and one of the tool sets is save this

so you can save it into a folder

and later on in your page

on the left menu on your desktop

you can see um

like saved

and so I have a safe folder for stolen images

people steal my stuff all the time

so I have other pages that are stealing my stuff

so I'm actually seeing some of my own posts in my feed

once in a while and I'm like

hey wait a second

I created I paid someone to create this image

I paid a photographer for this you know

and someone's using it on their page

and getting thousands of likes on my post

so I save it into a folder

you can save it into content ideas too like um

if you see a recipe that looks really good

that went viral save it in the

in like future like recipe making folder um

I for me

the easiest way to do this

without even having to pay for a subscription

right off the bat is just fine tune your feed

and make sure your feed is showing you

the stuff that's relevant to your niche

and start getting ideas from there

if you see things that are like 500 shares

1,000 10,000 shares

really figure out why I would take those images

and I would start pulling them off and um

put them on my desktop

and then we'll see what size is this image

and then I was like blown away

when I started realizing that

everything that you read on Google

about what size images

should you post on Facebook

it's all wrong

so all the successful ones are posting one size

which we're gonna go through in this course

if we go down um

all the all the successful pages are posting one size

and the pages that weren't doing well are

posting what everyone tells them to post on

on Facebook so that was one way

another trick that someone came up with

cause the pages sometimes don't have the best feeds

is this person told me you can get a um

if you're in the US it's easy

just create a new profile

so maybe you have like for me

like a fishing page maybe like Brian fishing

and you use a different email address

and then you start a profile

not a page

a profile that separate from everything else

and then you use that to start following all the niche

relevant pages and then you start liking

and then blocking pages that don't um

relate for some reason if you use a profile

it shows you better stuff um

in your in your feed than if for the page

the person I was talking to is in another country

and they they were

there's a source I didn't even notice

you can buy like an aged US

Facebook profile to use if you're not in the US

so now you see all the best US feeds because this is

and you have to use a VPN and all that stuff

so if you're in the US it's easy to start your own um

if you are outside the US or you

or you want to see feeds from like

UK or something like that

then maybe you need something

a little more complicated

but it can be done um

so there's a kind of ways you need to do things without

like a Strevio and then if you have Strevio

I constantly pull things in and out of my intelligence

lists like I find stuff like

oh they must be doing well

and maybe they only had one image that did one off

they had 20,000 shares and I'll be all right

but then the rest of their time

they're not really producing great content

I'll bring them in and take them out um

but there's there's always stuff popping up

and people are jumping into this game

so you'll start seeing

I now like so many people are copying me

there's like it's crazy how um

I'm seeing pages show up

and every time I post a cocktail recipe

they're posting the same recipe

like within a day or two

so they're obviously copying us

which fine you know flatteries

you know invitations flattery

so that happened on um

YouTube for my um Bonsai Mary one and eventually

eventually it did decrease reach on everything

cause so many people created the same niche

so as people as you watch this

this course we're gonna show you different pages

feel free to do what you're gonna do

but I'm telling you

if you go after what everyone sees here

and you don't put a unique spin on it

you're gonna diminish your returns

I think because

there's gonna be probably 10 other people

doing the same darn thing like yeah

that's that's that's there is a potential for that um

but you know it's kind of like SEO

there's only so many people that can be

on the first page so everything

whoever learns the tricks and techniques

is going to outshine the other people

so hopefully

we can teach you that and you can start performing

but there was a lot of other cocktail pages

on Facebook before I started

and we're outperforming all of them

that's a good point yeah yeah

you think we're crushing it

so alright um

you have Stravio I've never used Stravio

but we can just use that tool merely to pull up pages

yeah so um

I I have a Strevio tutorial

but we could probably go through um

what I have here do you want me to share my screen

yeah that'd be cool alright

alright can you see my page

awesome um

so this is Strevio and there's a bunch of tools here

I actually have a module on how to use Strevio with

like all the features and um

we're just gonna talk about the intelligence part of it

and I think the intelligence part is really important

to start your your journey with your Facebook pages

whether you have a new page or you're um

trying to resurrect

an old page that hasn't been doing well for a while

it's important to start doing

figuring out what you're gonna be posting

how you're gonna be posting

what's working for others

before you just jump in and start posting random stuff

I truly believe

and this is something that's not disclosed anywhere

and like people it

it could be just like folklore

but I really believe that Facebook gives your pages a

a like engagement score almost like a credit score

so the the more you're posting

and the more those

post resonate well with your followers

and the audiences that it sends it to

the higher your score goes

and the more often they're gonna show your post to

people so I have one of my pages right now

the credit score

or the engagement score must be off the charts

cause literally every time I post

I get like a thousand plus likes within a day um yeah

that's doing God to your it's yes

and it goes up and down too

like I've had some some days where like

I'm posting stuff too much and then of

of like low quality stuff

or I'm just trying to get stuff out there

and it like we're getting 50 likes

I'm like what the hell is going on

last week I was getting thousands of likes

and you can just have like a bad day and

or bad two days of posting some garbage

just to get it out there and it kills your score

so yeah that's it

I mean I don't

I don't wanna jump off that one

cause I fall into that trap too

I send everything for Vas to do

I I really don't do anything on Facebook

and I found time and time again

if we put out crappy content for even a day 2

3 it can screw up the whole algorithm

yep I had that how do you with my my uh

my cooking recipes page I was doing it myself

um and I was having some success with it

I hired a VA a brand new VA

she's related to one of my other VAs

and I just got her in the mix

and alright this is this is working

let's scale it up

and I was holding her hand for like the first

like two weeks three weeks

maybe a month like every day we're just like

here's what the post here's how to post it

here's what the post here's how to post it

and almost like within like two weeks

everything was going viral

or making a few thousand dollars

from the bonus program I backed off

I went on vacation I backed off

I said you know what

I think now it's time to let her run and start

figuring it out

and she just slowly started deteriorating and quality

and now the site can't buy like a successful post

I mean nothing is going viral

like we're getting 20 likes on stuff

before we're getting 8 10

20,000 likes on things so um

but my other VA is

when you're constantly working with your VAs

or training people dude

I was telling you my

my 77 year old dad is like running our fishing page now

and he struggles sometimes too with the

just getting it but um

he he's finally picking it up

and he's figured out how to tune on

on what works versus just putting up like

I gave him a whole list of things to do um

based off maybe competition

but now he's like dialed in on what's working

and almost every post is hundreds of likes

some thousands look at him yeah

so it's just constantly testing and measuring

testing and measure but like

you know using tools helps out

but also using your instincts and using the data

I just love the data

so if you want to go into some of that

some of these pages I want to

I think the most important intelligence is cool

let's look at some pages let's look at some

some of the intelligence I've been gathering

and figure out

um who's successful and who's not

maybe why and that kind of stuff

as you can see

I have like a bunch of different lists I set up here

so this is Strabio you can create a list

and in that list

you can add a whole bunch of pages to it um

I like to bucket it by you know if my niche is fishing

I have like a bunch of fishing pages if it's um

this is my cocktails competition uh

stuff here some cooking recipes pages um

random successful pages uh

here's some tequila pages

I think there's only one in there

I'll show you that a little bit

and this is my restaurant clicks is a

a site I had it was like a um

food guide and a local restaurant guide um

which got killed by Google but um

we get to start on some stuff so let's um

let's start with let me see restaurant clip

so here's some big sites like

if you're familiar with looking up for restaurants

to go um

out in like DC New York

you know all the major cities

there's a site called eater and eater is massive

like they're um they their main site

I think they have like a lot of

sub domains for each city

so might be Philadelphia Eater

I'm not sure if they have some pages

for each one of their

but you would think uh uh

uh I think they're owned by Box Media too

which is a huge publishing company um

you think a major publication

would have more than 39 hundred likes

for like a month worth of posting

which is very low by the way um

then you have a they did 217 in a month 217 posts

they're posting about like 6

7 times a day and they're getting nothing from it

can we look at their page will let us yeah

yeah so if you click on it

I can start seeing like all the intelligence

so this this to me

I can tell exactly why they're not getting any traffic

right now I'm like engagement

they're posting link post

and this is the kind of like

the easy button to Facebook

take your URL of your site um

so it's you have an article about why do

why Italian lardo takes a year to perfect

and you take that URL

you put it in your Facebook page your scheduler

it pulls in a featured image and

and the title

and you put a little catchy caption in there

and you send it off

this is probably the worst

engagement type of post out there

so um these do not do well in engagement

and therefore you're not gonna see a lot of likes and

uh and shares and all that stuff

and this is what probably most of the big brands do

they just throw out their URLs

cause that's what

that's what the traditional Facebook gurus were saying

you should be doing and that's the easiest thing to do

if you're just gonna push out your content

why make custom images

why do image post and all that stuff if

if you have a blog and all this content

so they're just doing link post

and I can see exactly why it's not working for them

it's low effort for sure it's low effort yeah

now you have like a food Bible

which I believe this company has like lad Bible

Food Bible Travel Bible

I mean they have all these bibles because they

I think they're primarily based on Facebook um

and they're driving traffic to their websites

and their probably making a killing in the

in the bonus program cause they had 2.4 million likes

but what they're doing is a lot of video um

which you don't have to do video like I

I keep reiterating this it's this

you can be really successful

just like text and image post

but they're taking like a TikTok video

and then they're reposting it on Facebook

somebody else's TikTok and then talking about it yeah

and then they're getting all these plays

and stuff on it

so they're just reposting videos all day long

but they're very

what's their what's their what are they going after

you think the bonus program engagement

I so let's take a look at this actual post here um

this is a video it's not even a real

I don't know if they have any

like sometimes they have like in the first comment

now I'm not logged in I guess um

oh

here it is so like they're just linking to the creator

so they're like thanks to so and so for posting this

and you I guess you can do this

I don't they're taking this image or this video

and they're actually putting edits on top of it

like the captions and things like that

um

this could be like stealing someone else's content

but I think because they're giving credits

and they're sending traffic to this person's TikTok

there

they're doing well with it

I don't see a lot of like money in the video plays

but

maybe some people are making money in the video plays

I'm just not right now

so I wouldn't spend my time on something like this

it's a different beast

all together than what we're talking about here

it really is

um come down here

mash is another one that was huge in the food um

online food space for like just content about like

what are the best things that order McDonald's and

you know all the round up stuff that we were doing

um and they were crushing it like on on Google

they're getting millions of people a month

um and their Facebook is terrible

you know and they're

they're posting all these link type posts here again

so it's like untold truth of Big Boy

and here's how Vienna sausages are really made

this stuff might go viral for them on

Flipboard or some other platforms

and they're trying to get that like

like baity kind of stuff but it's just not working

because they're doing these link posts

makes me wonder these big big companies

I don't know how big they are

but my goodness

someone could just reach out to me like hey

I can do better for you like

I know

I should call him and try to be a consultant for them

right

um but so let's so let's stick with this

mash is doing this

like everything you should know about ribeye steak

and they're putting caption and it's a link post

so you just put the URL and it pulls in the

the stuff from Facebook

there's another page that actually does pretty well

oops I gotta go back to my list

here it is random successful pages

so I I find like random successful pages

this VT does 1.7 million likes a month

and they're basically doing the same thing as um mashed

but what's really interesting here is

they're not doing the link type posts

they're doing the one liner caption

but they're creating a custom image

and then right here it says

check out the comments below for the full story

so if you click on this

the first comment is a link to VT

com and it's probably driving a lot of traffic

but look at this it has 177,000 likes

eighty two hundred comments

5,000 shares and it's an image post

so like

they're taking this and they probably have someone

that's doing celebrity gossip news

and there um

they're they're writing a quick article about it

they're creating a custom image

they're posting it to Facebook and it's going viral

so if you're in the celebrity gossip space

don't do link posts make sure you're doing image posts

so that's a huge difference

like VT probably has the same or

you know more traffic front that mashed has

and mashed is would have 26 million followers

but a lot of

that's probably because they're doing well

and they're getting organic followers

because of how well they're doing

how do you feel about the um alright

that one there with the the celebrity

it was a stock image in some respect of the celebrity

with the custom text they created it

I find it time and time again

successful

Facebook pages have custom assets that they're putting

I think Facebook can tell

if it has ever been represented on their platform

before

I I I believe so

I think if you're taking a stock image

and you just put

putting up a stock image with no text on top of it

and you're not trying to customize the image

maybe Facebook can recognize that

um I do find that original images

with text on top of the images

hence to help a lot on Facebook

and if you're just putting up in it

like I did everything I tried it all

like I would try just an image of something with no

text on it and text of just maybe like a headline

and a lot of teaser text on there

and it seems like a certain amount of text is great

I don't know there's too much text probably um

but yeah custom images help absolutely

happy gardens

this one is pretty crazy because um

it's a gardening page but they

their most successful stuff isn't really the

gardening stuff as much as it is

like the memes and things like that

so um yeah

here's

here's just like a picture with something that says

absolutely brilliant and it's

and then there's obviously text here

it's part of the picture um

but it's just a good idea stuff

I think that's a hack right there

if you go back up and they do it again and again

so it's handwritten stuff like a real picture

it forces people to stop and read it

and then Facebook knows algorithms like okay

they stopped here must be a valuable thing

I agree

there's probably like a scroll mechanism that says wait

people stopped here um

this right here though like

so this grocery store in Canada

blah blah

I wanna see if they're linking to their own page here

or this is just being uh

like some sort of just

or they might link to someone else yeah

um you link to other people right

I tend to link to other people

our own content just try it all

um it doesn't look like they're linking to anybody

which is very interesting

so they're just going for the engagement

they're not trying to drive traffic to a website

so it just shows that like a nice image

I don't know if they custom made this

or stole it from somebody else um

but for the most part 286,000 likes

it's probably earning them

tens of thousands of

dollars on the Facebook Bonus program

but if you really scroll through

it's like it's related to gardening somewhat um

and they're posting a lot of images with a little text

some some with no text on the image

some with text on the image so this is great

if you're in the garden niche

and you're only posting pictures of like

tomatoes and cucumbers and things like that

try to

use this intelligence to branch out a little bit

and have some fun with your audience about gardening

related things that might be memes and other topics

so if we don't have Stravia right

yeah I could find these pages

but I couldn't necessarily find the Uber viral ones

on that page

you can but you're gonna have to scroll for a while

so you're just basically have to keep scrolling

scrolling scrolling cause this um

happy gardens

they are posting only 5 times a day

so it's not much at all um

there's pages like this one and lad Bibles 44 to 50

50 times the Jesus so it goes for some of those

you're probably in trouble

um I said to you before

the goat of Facebook pages is mountain cabins

like they are crazy they're posting 12 times a day

so they probably have like a schedule from 8 a

m to 8 p

m they post every hour

you know

one of those kind of things or every other hour and um

time of day is a big thing to us

find that a lot of people are active at night um

so we post some at night

before I wasn't posting at night

I was only posting in the morning

but then stuff gets some

you have to play with your times

but I had stuff that was going viral around 11 a

m if I posted it would go viral while that night

now sometimes things I post at 5 p

m go viral

it's just kind of all or just keep testing that stuff

this mountain cabins is crazy

they're just posting images and it they

I don't know if they're real

some of them might be AI but they're inspiring

like I follow them because I'm like man

I really need to go on a mountain vacation

like I just I love this page whether it's AI or not

like I don't care like this to me I wanna go here now

um and I'm gonna go on Airbnb

and see if I can find something like it

but yeah they're posting 12 times a day

they're posting images

they're not linking to a website and um

they're doing wildly successful

and they're not putting a lot of text on the images

so they've kind of tuned in on the niche

it's like beautiful scenery

and then a little one liner with some emojis

I think emojis make a big difference too

like I've been putting them into all of my posts

and the ones that have the emojis do

certainly do better than the ones that don't have them

just don't overdo it yes

I'm being but if we have

like a cocktail that has strawberry in it

I'll put a strawberry in there right

so it's like a little thing like that

maybe gets about that scrolls stopper

you know you see that strawberry like oh

what's that but these are pretty amazing images

but they're simple it's like and this look at the size

it's like that tall portrait size image

it's not square

so I think it takes up more of your feed

and maybe stops you a little bit more than if you use

the square or landscape

that everybody on the blogging world tells you

those are the sizes you should use for Facebook

this one's cool too

to me because it's low effort and high impact

this is like the easiest type of post to do AI

you could do one of these in two minutes

yet they're seeing huge success massive

I mean they're probably making with 5.3 million a month

you know they're probably making close to six figures

have to be really that much

I mean at least like 10 like 30

40 50,000 a month um

but you know my pages

I think with likes and stuff are getting like 100

200,000 likes and we're we're making 11

you know $12,000 a month 5.3 million

I mean that's like huge that's crazy

you know that's uh how many X is that like 40 x

you know so

they have to be making some significant

six figure incomes off of this stuff

and this is craziness

I'm thinking about starting a travel page right now

just to do like

beautiful destinations or something like that

you know this one it's interesting

I did a video on it in the course in this came up

and you look at the competitors of mountain cabins

and no one is really truly emulated them well

it's like I I find time and time again

people have like their own idea how I'm gonna do it

put my own spice on it and that's cool

but then they go out and left field of their post

and like real estate links or this

that another yeah

and you notice they don't do any memes here

they're sticking very specific to their their lane

you know they're not trying to do memes

they're not trying to do text post

they're just sticking with this is my format

and it works really well every time

okay what else you got Brian

what else do we have um

I was looking at do we go over

I don't think we looked at yet

um see back here

so these are like cocktail pages that I looked at

and it's crazy

cause this is a page that was doing well months ago

and they were posting like once a day

and they were getting like tens of thousands

hundreds of thousands of likes

and they just fell off the map

I don't know dude

stop posting what's up with that

yeah maybe there's drinking too much um

cause it's like a husband and wife

they're probably

they were making a lot on the Facebook bonus program

and it's like a husband and wife and like upstate PA

and she just makes drinks

and give them to her husband to taste test

they just put putting on it

but they were like crazy names like that

I don't even wanna repeat

because they're just very sexual

like names but like these

they were going viral though

it was working for them for a while

but now their videos it was

it was they did some videos and they did some um

every every cocktail they made

they did a picture and a video and it was

it was doing exceptionally well

so what I did

and I started using some of the intelligence here um

like sex in the driveway is a good one

but as um doesn't have a lot of likes

so I'm gonna look not at the last month

but I'm gonna look maybe this year

let's say

so this holy water drink did really well

and we didn't have one on our website

so I quickly was like hey guys

let's make a holy water

and get it out there to our Facebook

and I think we got like

12,000 or 20,000 people that liked ours like

so I was like man

this is a good one we gotta get this

this is where the intelligence comes in

let's make a holy water

ours looked a little different a lot lizard

I didn't do this one

this one's like Jack Daniel's and tuna juice

it went crazy because it's disgusting

but we end up posting on our tequila page

one from tipsy bartender who created something um

that had like tequila

Tabasco and like tuna juice in it

and we actually gave the link to him

so like people I think at 40,000 shares as well

maybe more so

but the link in it was like to see the full recipe

go here so

Tipsy Bartender got like probably

tens of thousands of people that hit his website

and he he monetized that

so I love sharing other creator's stuff um

what's your mindset there

I think it's important to talk about that

I think my mindset is that you know

you can't do everything yourself um

but we also wanna share the love

a little bit with other creators

so if you find some stuff that's in your niche

that is like if you're in home design and decor

and there's like designers that are showcasing like

a man cave that they built for customer

that has like a Star Wars theme on it

you know just take the image of that redo it in Canva

give them credit link to their

either Instagram or link to their website

or whatever it is share the love a little bit

but give them credit for it

um

because you have to think it will my audience like this

and would they appreciate me sharing it with them

and will the creator appreciate sharing

um I think that's important

so I guarantee you that tipsy bartender

love

the fact that we sent him tens of thousands of people

cause he probably made hundreds

if not thousands of dollars off that one post

so like yeah

but he probably didn't know where it came from

he's like what is happening

that's the only thing you don't

you can tag someone in these

but sometimes I

you don't even know where this traffic comes from

so I I went through this

and I started taking some of these ideas

like I was like oh

we should go to Applebee's and

and order their drinks and do like a

like a taste test like that's a great idea

um something that sticks on that page right there

um if if you go back real quick

I wanna alright this is super interesting to me

the more polished a page is

the less real or authentic it feels on Facebook to me

so these text overlays are obviously like DIY

like this person is not a

yeah but I think it resonates because people know

it's not just some BS

it's actually like human touch to it

I'll tell you this and to to go with that

my business partner and I with the cocktail website

we have a thing that we call on Facebook

we call it shitty pics like we need bad pictures

shitty pictures and when he goes out to a bar

and he orders a drink at the bar

he'll take a picture with his phone

and then quickly add text to it and stuff

and put the right like the ingredients on it

and he'll post it from Facebook right off his phone

sometimes those go wildly viral

and they'll get tens of thousands of likes and shares

and like how is that

like we didn't pay a photographer to do the shoot

like some of our other stuff

like why why we waste money

spending like of money on a professional photographer

some of these things that we can get like on our iPhone

so it it does

there is some validity to that

where the more authentic and real and

you know connection with your

your um audience

it it they seem to do well so

it's definitely something to think about

you don't have to have like a crazy production um

the big one I wanna point out is liquor

com so liquor com in the cocktail world is massively um

successful

and I thought they were doing great on Facebook

until I pulled them in Australia

and I was like holy crap

they suck um

they're not doing anything

I'm gonna even go back for this year

so even this year like we're in end of June

early July and their best post had 268 likes and again

this is Dot dash Meredith owns this company

they're they're a billion dollar company

so you think that they would have some

someone in their organization that was

just trying to get traffic from Facebook

and they're not they're just failing

and all they're doing is these link posts

they're putting a link in there

putting a little caption

and they're scheduling a certain amount of these every

day and it's just not working

so just so happy with SEO

they don't even have to care about it

and I think that's what that's the way I was you know

up until the helpful content update

I didn't care about see why spend time on Facebook

if I'm making over 100 grand a month from Google

you know like what's the point right

um and that was dumb

that was really stupid

but I also didn't put the effort into it

I hired up social media manager

it was supposed to be doing like

her research and figuring out stuff

and I think she was just reading blocks and saying oh

this is what you're supposed to do online

and the challenge is if you're just reading the box

you're gonna do what it says and it's never gonna work

it wasn't until we had to let everyone go for

losing revenue and helpful content update

that I just figured out

let me go in and do this intelligence

and I figured out oh

this isn't working for liquor

com and this is working for

these boozy adventure people in northeast hey

you know how are they getting more than liquor

com but you can also see here

it's kind of cool

Stravia tells you

how many times this link was posted on their page

and how if

if it ever performed well

so it'll show you that

you can click on and see this a right here

I don't know why it gives an a cause only had 21 likes

they posted it that many times

this many times yeah

so uh they post it very frequently uh

how often do you um reuse your posts

we're reusing post I would say I look back right now

let's say it's June July

I would look back at maybe like March and see March

April and see

was there anything that went wildly successful

back then and can I repost it again

and see if it goes successful again

and we are having some success with that

so we'll take something that did well before

well maybe I just literally hit repost

and I just create a new post out of it

same caption same image

same everything and a lot

a lot of times they do well

sometimes they don't do as well um

maybe I should just take the image

recreated a little bit and then repost it that way

but for the most part I think it's a good strategy to

take your most viral stuff

especially seasonal stuff

like for me I have like fall

spring summer

winter Christmas

Halloween um

you know Saint Patrick's Day

Cinco de Mayo there's like all these things

if you're in the food niche

that you can start taking stuff from last year's

Cinco de Mayo and start posting it right back

schedule that first you know um

and you can also look at your competitors like alright

well I can look here and see like in

in April what was their

you know biggest uh

or may right before Cinco de Mayo um

what do they have that did well

you know and then we can take a look at this stuff

I mean they're not doing well

so I wouldn't really wanna use them as intelligence

but if someone was doing well

what was their best Christmas cocktails

I got if I wanna go in

I'm gonna find a cocktail

creator and figure out Facebook hey

what are the best performing Christmas cocktails I did

I'm gonna in September October

start making those cocktail recipes and shooting those

you know

those images so by the time Christmas comes around

I can fire them off

and maybe take advantage of someone else's um

success from last year

that's why this tool is awesome

yeah makes me wanna get it

oh my goodness but liquor.com not doing well

very poor for a billion dollar company um yeah

there's there's people like this guy

who's just like a dude in his basement probably

and he's posting memes about booze

and he's doing way better haha

so how many times does that person uh post

I'd like to see they're posting 2730 liquor

com is doing where were they

they're over here somewhere

so the meme guy was posting quite a few yeah

liquor.com 7 every day that's it

have it on it's you could tell it's automated

like they're probably just

have something that's going through their website

and pulling links and just posting it

or maybe it's an intern or something like that

but they're not doing well with it

it's interesting if it's a straight line

almost guaranteed it's automated yeah

same thing every day they're not trying more

they're not trying less like for me

there was days I was trying 30 posts

and there was days I was like

let me try two posts you know see what happens

and there's some data there

this one's another one like Vine pair

they're they're huge company um

they're big in the blogging world and

and and wine

and yeah

they have some link post here

um

mostly all link post not doing well

so just don't do link post

do image post that's a moral of the story

sorry to waste your time with the last

30 minutes or hour we're on here

just do link post I mean uh

image post don't do link post

but it's really bad intelligence

really seeing what other people are doing

really like

digging in and figuring out what works in your niche um

what's what's working for other niches too

like I look at other niches and see like

alright well

if I'm doing my fishing page

um I can't do all them

there's not enough fishing pages out there

they're successful for me to get that much intelligence

also but there are fishing memes

or there's like hiking memes

that you can just switch out

the word hiking for fishing

it's like right right

I rather have a bad day hiking than a good day working

you know just put fishing in there instead of hiking

can we can we do live recon

so later in this course for the ads

showing people how to run ads

we're doing a chocolate page right

that's called Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate

and I was having a hard time finding true competitors

for that specific niche

um can this tool if you type in chocolate

will it just pass through

how does this work

no so that's a great point

you have to

you have to find the pages and add them to this um

so yeah um

I probably should start off with us

but you have to do some upfront research

and find pages that are doing well and or

or just find pages in your niche

so I would just go through my again

going back to the feed like conditioning your feed

training it to show you content from

people in your niche

and then once you start seeing stuff that has like

500 shares 1,000 shares

grab the page throw it into to Strevio

then start saying okay

well they only have 22 likes

but you know what if I go back

I don't know

you can you know what if I go back like for the year

oh they had a big boost in the beginning of the year

so you'd really just start pulling in

if they're garbage get them out bring another one in up

that's a good one I'll keep it in my intelligence

you know so you're constantly like

feeding the machine a little bit here

that makes sense well

you have to go through your feed to find and

and if you're an SEO and you've been doing this um

if you have a website

you should probably have a like a seat list

of all your competitors like the cocktails

which I have like 1

hundred plus websites that do cocktails

so I painstakingly went through each

each one and put them in here and I was like alright

this one now that one doesn't have Facebook page

this one you know so I just went through each one oh

this one's doing decent

and back then when I first started out

I thought decent was like 40,000 likes oh

they're doing great haha

um now with because this this module is gonna end

I guess

my concern with the recording is if we screen share

no one can see our faces

I don't know if that's the case

this is a zoom recording but nonetheless um

with this when let's pretend you you

you have to start a fresh and like it's do or die Brian

and you have to create something successful here

and it's not in

one of the current niches that you're doing right okay

would you look towards people who are doing it well

and emulate say mountain cabins

start up a mountain cabins and just emulate

would you look towards places that are um

not represented say fishing

like what what there's two thought processes here

yeah um

let me while we're talking here

I'm gonna pull up my Facebook

and what I would do is if I had to start from scratch

and I wasn't thinking about my website or anything

I already had in it as a business

I would definitely go and look at like

Mountain Cabins and say okay

Mountain Cabins has massive appeal

it looks like it's either AI

or they're taking images from somewhere

but it looks like it's

if you do it properly with the images

and you know how to train an AI to create the images

or you can get like licensed images the right way um

you can crush it on Facebook

so I would do

I don't know if I necessarily go after mountain cabins

but I might go after

beach vacations or something like that

you know so like

what if people aren't into mountains

maybe they're into beaches or like

tropical or something like that

you could you could really play off this thing um

tropical might even be even cooler

cause you could do like jungle stuff

you could do beach stuff um

or you could just not afraid of going out into like

unchartered territories with these strategies

duh I'm

I'm not cause I know this this

um

this formula works it works big time

um and it works in almost any niche

I mean

I haven't found a niche that really doesn't work in yet

the tough ones are you know

people in the form talking about ymyl that

I mean that stuff is tough

you talking about taxes I mean

you're gonna have a hard time here

I don't think I think with finance and things like that

you can still be really successful

there's there's a lot of stuff I see

and I get a lot of my inspiration from Instagram

like

if you find Instagram accounts that are doing well

like you might be able to find uh a lot of gems

let me uh let me share my screen again real quick

so I just did a search um

on Facebook

and so I went up to up here and typed in beach

so you scroll down and say pages

and now I'm gonna start finding um

pages that do uh like

have like beach in the name and have like a lot of

a decent amount of followers like

so I don't Hamilton Beaches appliances

Beach Girl vibes Beach Hill

I have no idea what that is

it looks like it's a park

so I'm not gonna do that one the beach um

is page about the beach and beach lifestyle

it looks like that's like a content page

beaches calling the other thing

you can see is

how many posts they had in the last week right

so um

this one had 10 plus 10+ seems to be the max number um

but I'll just go through and I'll start pulling out

like anybody that has a decent amount of traffic

and then I'll just go look at their pages

so this one's posting travel and destinations

you know and then I'll probably load them into strebio

just to see are they getting a lot of engagement here

uh they're just doing link mostly looks like link post

so why are the urls uh crossed out on your

oh yeah so I have

I have an old SEO tool I use

it crosses out no followings

so uh that's fine

cause I used to wanna see if people are no following

or do following their links

why did I see how so it's the tools there

I haven't done it these guys aren't doing much

they're not doing much

so let's take a look at this one Beach Girl vibes

oh hi Monday 419 likes

now this one's doing better right

so it's all about beach stuff

and here's their Instagram

so we can probably look at their Instagram real quick

202,000 something it's not crazy

but like you can go on Instagram and find

beach pages that are doing well

and start saying well

maybe I can take some of these ideas too

and do it myself and a lot of these post here

you can take this

oh hi Monday and put it on a different image

like your own custom image um

and you can change up and notice how they're doing tall

and it's niche relevant

you know here's some more stuff 492 uh 483 575 so boom

this is one definitely putting into my intelligence

I'm gonna figure out all right

and I can probably see that it's probably a newer page

it's like when you start buying

you better have content to give to the users right

but also like where do you are you boosting these or no

so they're getting 85 likes without even having a boost

and you only have 25 followers

and you've only posted 6 * 4

5 times it's extremely good right that's that's great

but let's come back to the idea

I love this I love this

this page is gonna do really well

but the quite here two ideas number one

you create the page you have 25 followers you bought

how many posts would you do per day

you said six so someone who gave me a formula

this guy who has like 100 Facebook pages

and probably makes like $200,000 a month um

he said to me the and this um

almost a verbatim of what he said and I didn't

I couldn't grasp the concept at first

I'm like what um

he said first the first week

he said post six times a day

and at the same time you're running the like campaigns

and he said maybe $10 a day

for the like campaigns and you wanna get your

your likes 5 cents or less or something like that right

um he said $10 a day

six times you're posting a day and then said week No. 2

ramp it up to 12 times per day

and then he said

once you hit 1 million in reach per day

and I was like damn

that's a that's a big number bro

like you know

what do you mean you hit 1 million reach per day

and he said

once you start hitting 1 million in reach per day

with your with your post going viral

he said ramp it up to 24 posts per day

well and then um

then you should get accepted to the

the bonus program

and then he just posts 24 times a day every hour yeah

what would you do with this page here

so when I bought the the ads the um

excuse me the followers

the interest was not recipes

okay it was like chocolate cakes and chocolate brownies

I think that's great too um

maybe that's even better by the way

maybe that's why you're getting the 85

likes on this one post from

you know a day ago and you have nothing right now

so I on this is really impressive

like my recipes page

that my VA kind of like let fall apart a little bit um

because I wasn't manager properly

you know she is

she has 50,000 followers and she's not

she's hardly getting 86 likes now

um

when like a month ago she was getting like a hundreds

200 you know

all that stuff a thousand

tens of thousands so

and we're still running the

the like campaigns as well

your eyes go to the likes instead of the shares

my eyes always go towards the shares

I I look at the likes first obviously

and shares are just as big

I think um

but I I look at likes to start off

like how many likes does it have

and I think shares is a bigger metric potentially um

how the algorithm works

but usually when I see my most viral

the shares are sometimes as much

or even more than the likes which is interesting

maybe we we can um

keep this page going

I intended just to purchase ads and just show people

okay this is how you do it right

that was the goal of those modules

yeah but maybe we continue on with this

and just see how far we can push it absolutely

yeah just great

okay so back to the question

recipes or memes the memes are working

maybe just press into memes uh

some of the people I've talked to are saying that like

recipes are the ways to go

um but here's the cooking recipes pages

and again this is

this is like just a Facebook page built for Facebook

this is same um

this one right here is a very

successful food blogger doing terrible on Facebook um

this is just made by the guy in Morocco

that I'm talking about

that's making Facebook recipe pages

and pumping out tons of AI content

and he's getting a lot of traffic there um

this I don't know

this one's like some dude is just pumping out memes

this one crayons and cravings

very successful food blogger not doing well on Facebook

same with this one this one

this one this is the same guy

so look you can tell 24 times a day

every day is posting 24 times a day

where's the other one somewhere up here

it's 24 times a day um

this recipe is homely

I don't know if I put that in here

um you can post so many recipes

cause it's so easy to pump out

but he's the one who told me like get a

get a Facebook profile

start following all the big recipe pages

and see which ones they have going viral

and then do them as well

but just recreate it yourself and it will go viral

so he's really good at going viral

this one kitchen crafty fun 1.8 million likes

they just post memes and and lots of random stuff

which I thought was interesting

um tasty recipes again

they're just

they're in it just for the Facebook engagement

and that's the cool part magical

so cooker she does really well

I know her and she's only getting 13,000 likes

so simple joys another jump into one that's

jump into one that's doing really well

so

let's go with this one

cause I've been following them lately

so they did

they're doing the recipe in the first comment

which is very valuable um

they're taking this image here

whether it's AI or stock photos or whatever else

to put a little teaser here with the name of it

you'll need and they put a few ingredients

and then it kinda teases you into it

that's their that's their look

you know it's weird

first comment recipe in the first comment recipe

and they don't even spell comment

look how they put the like

the periods

because they're so tinfoil hat that they think that

like if you put the word comment in there

that Facebook's gonna downgrade your

your your reach um

but let's look over here

there's a couple couple more they're doing well um

incredible recipes

oh they're just doing text post interesting

not a lot of food where's yeah

like text over background

gradient or something like that oh

is that what those were okay yeah

but it doesn't show you the gradient here

but same thing salt and vinegar chicken tenders

you know uh

Philly cheesesteak pasta these are great

but they're putting the whole recipe in the caption

I don't know if they're doing anything in the oops

I had a page and I took their um

formats and put it in Canva

but I feel like we ramped up too quick

and that same thing you experienced

the page got limited uh reach

yeah I don't one of my pages did

the other thing

I think is a little secret sauce of mine

that maybe I do that not a lot of people do

is I'm constantly making sure

my pages are always inviting people

to follow the page of reacted with your

your content um

I don't know if these successful pages do it

but I noticed I wasn't doing it on my fishing page

I didn't train my dad how to do it on the fishing page

and then when I started doing it

all the posts are going viral

you're talking manually

manually going to like I have a module on it

so just scroll down in the modules

but um

there's a module on inviting people to follow your page

who have reacted to your content

so you can go into the Facebook

or the Meta Business suite

and kind of like check

invite all and you can do it for 1,000 people a day

or you can go to the post itself

click on you know

the the people that reacted

and then you can manually invite each one

I do both um

just to see which one maybe helps a little bit more

but I noticed that my fishing page was doing okay

and then when I started doing that

it just took off so I

maybe it's just an engagement

measure that people are clicking on

and going back to it uh

maybe they're engaging but it really helped the

the page take off yeah

maybe you're you're

you're able I mean

those are the people who are interacting

so we want them yeah

in her audience absolutely

they've already liked they've already shared

they've already commented

like let's invite them

and you'd be surprised like in my

some of my pages when you click on the most successful

um character

my fishing recipe or uh my recipes one

oops I was Syria

I mean a lot of these people haven't been invited

right so like

I'll just go through and start

inviting people that were

not invited this is the page

it isn't doing well right now

but some of these getting 50

you know look

all these people have not been invited

even though we're using the invite tool

like I'm telling my VA now

like invite all these people

get them back to the page

get them looking this stuff will show up in their

I think what happens is once they get the invite

if they accept it or not

at least it starts showing up in their feed

so like let's get these invites out

this is kind of like a little secret sauce that

you know we'll talk about in the course later

but definitely don't sleep on this

yeah when I met you and Philly

you told me that and I

did it and it worked like immediately it worked yeah

it works

and that's something that most people do not do

and that's probably a secret sauce that I didn't

hardly ever think about

cause I didn't think about it enough to teach my VA

cause my VA is not doing it on this one

and I didn't teach my dad on the fishing page

and those are the two that weren't doing as well

and when I hand

that's another thing like when I handed over my VA

guess what I was doing

everyday invites and then guess what

the VA isn't doing anymore invites

and the page is going down

so maybe that's a little secret sauce

I have in my sops everyday

the VAs have to do that the end of their shift

they have to invite 1,000 people manually

either they're going through this

or they're going to the

you know the right it's in the court

but it's like going through the meta business thing

and you can check off like 200 people

and by the time you keep doing it

so either one's fine

you do a varying uh camp a template for yours

yeah and we test stuff like so we were doing um

we've been doing this template for a while

I think that other page stole ours but um

we've been doing this for a while but we buried

I told her because the engagement was dropping so much

can you switch it up a little bit

she was doing also was doing link posts um

was linking to other creators

was linking to our own website

and we were having great engagement

but then I noticed

the ones that were doing the best were copycat recipes

of like

of like major chains like uh

you know um like Denny's or something yeah

Denny's or like Applebee's you know

Applebee's

whatever

Chicken something or Outback Steakhouse

and those started taking off and going crazy said oh

let's dial in and do only that

and she started doing only that

and they worked for a minute

but then now they're not working

so my maybe there's a

cause all the other pages do a random stuff

they'll do link posts they'll do um

image posts they'll do the text up for background

like the text posted with the gradient background um

we'll post some videos once in a while

maybe because she dialed in

like she is doing some of these

and they're not doing well at all

like I do stuff if I did this on

if I did this on the bartending website like hey

what's your favorite you know flavor flavored vodka

I'll get like 500 comments right

so for some reason this page is getting um

push down in in reach an engagement because we're not

our credit score so low

I gotta figure a way to get it back

that is such a big thing

so can you jump to one of my recipe ones

so you talked about like the credit score

and I think that's like the biggest thing here

if

if you can get into a good credit score with Facebook

whatever we are I a s yeah that should be it

okay here we go

so this one was doing well

ramped it up too much back down

yeah right

we pushed the quantity too high

I mean we had Uber viral ones for like a week stretch

I'm like we made it

we made it we did yeah

exactly and then we went to 24 per day and here we are

you can see it just like everything

that's the natural like

that's the natural thing that happens

if you're a type of person who likes to

scale on success

like that happened to me with the the bartending site

we had seen so much success

and then all of a sudden we're making money in the

in the um

bonus program so I threw everything at it

I'm like 20 times a day

we're posting as much as we can

and then quality dropped

because we're trying to punch out so much more so fast

and quality dropped a little bit

the other thing was timing for me

I think I mentioned this to you

and definitely some other

people in the communities was that

people that drink like cocktails

they get excited about drinking like Thursday

Friday and Saturday right um

they'll be excited about brunch on maybe on Sunday

but Monday comes along

and there's a lot of people out there that are saying

I'm never drinking again you know

so your mindset is like

I don't wanna even talk about drinks

so I think where I screwed up that page for like

a week or two the the it dropped a lot was I

I was posting 20+ times a day

even on Monday and Tuesday

and the engagement went to the floor

I was like oh shit

I think I screwed up this page pretty bad

and then I went back and I looked us

why was it doing so

why did it go so viral the two previous weeks

and I couldn't understand it

then I was like

wait Monday and Tuesday I didn't post a lot

it was like four times two times

maybe I realized I went fishing the one Monday and

or maybe two Mondays in a row at fishing

so I just and I was wondering all the posting

I was just like I put in a couple and then I was like

I'll get to it later and never got to it

so I realized that I gave it a rest on Monday

when people aren't as interested in cocktails

so therefore that the content wasn't going out

and people

you know but I put I started doing that

I switched it up and I started doing only four posts

two to four posts on Monday and Tuesday

but I did mocktails and they went through the roof

and I was like okay

so you gotta know your audience a little bit too

I think we're going way off on a Tangent here about

like you know just what sites work what don't

but I think it's a great conversation

I I think yeah yeah

this was my hope we go down the rabbit hole yeah

this one what

one thing I want everyone to know with this one here

for a whole month after I created it

I had the VA doing 12 a day

just what you see here 12 a day

nothing has really changed right

and then all of a sudden after a month

Facebook was like boom it gave us love

so I don't know how you get into that Echelon

when Facebook's gonna decide it for you

but consistency to me really really matters

and since this is all like desserts

I think desserts do pretty well um

you know there's a

there was a day with my vodka page

with my tequila page

that it was getting minimal likes and shares

minimal likes and shares

we just kept doing the program where like

we're doing the like campaigns

we're inviting people who reacted

we're posting six to 12 times a day

um we're using the image post

you know we're

we're we believed in it

we trust the process and then all of a sudden viral

and then another one viral

then boom boom boom

then all of them are like viral

you know at that point

so then you gotta keep that momentum going

so yeah for the first

for the first two weeks or so

I was like oh Rick

it works yeah

we know we knew it worked with a few others yeah

could you show us your main uh

page yeah

my main page is this is the one that drives traffic to

um

to my website that is our brand

and to do my bartender com

so we have a website we have

you know Pinterest

we have email list of tens of thousands

we have now 243,000 people on Facebook that are uh

following the page we just started

this is a cool new feature that Facebook came out with

a broadcast channel um

they have them on Instagram

but this is pretty cool

we have 26 people that signed up

every week when I send out my newsletter

I just send it out to the broadcast channel too

so they can see all the latest cocktails are coming up

with just another way to generate traffic

but um

I didn't I hardly posted today by the way

um I had two

that I scheduled

and this one was just posted an hour ago has 128

this one was posted at 8:00am this morning

and 6 hours ago

has 5 hundred and ten likes already and 197 shares

this one was from yesterday

I I took this picture in my kitchen

my wife had some friends over

I made them cocktails

and I made a batch of strawberry vodka

lemonade with like some limoncello in it and stuff

and I was like I gotta get a picture of this

and put it on my Facebook page

so I did it and and it has 350 shares

so was the process you took a picture of your phone

push the Canva or did you edit it

yes a Canva on my phone

so I just said Canva on my phone

and I put in the title

and some of the ingredients on there

and I posted that

I did not put the recipe in the comments

I want the recipe look measurements

you got mad and maybe sometimes it is by the way

I used to do this where I would

I would do a post like this

and people and I would put the first comment like

I like it right here make it as a batch right

and then people are like recipe please

and I wouldn't give them the recipe

and people were like I want the recipe

where's the recipe

I get all these comments and it's engagement right

so then people are asking for the recipe or I would say

do you want the recipe and people like yes

send the recipe

and I'd send all these people start engaging

and then I would come back in

and add the link to the recipe

on my website in that first comment

you can change this

another thing people don't understand

you can actually change

you can edit this whole entire image

so um if you edit this post

I can come in here

and swap out this image for a totally different image

but you can't do that in other platforms

like Pinterest or whatever else

you have to delete it and like start over

but what I started doing

the beginning is I would put the measurements

I'd say five to six strawberries like 2 ounces of vodka

1 ounce of lemon shallow and like

you know 6 ounces of lemonade

and I would put that as the image

and then people would start sharing it wildly

and I would do a first comment right

so I'd save my spot as the first comment

I don't know if it

automatically puts the author at the top

but I always like to have the first comment

and then I would come back in

once it started going viral

got like 500 likes and shares

I would switch it out for an image like this

it didn't have the measurements

so then now you had it would be like

you know check out the recipe in the first comment

and then it would go even more viral

cause I changed the image

it was kind of crazy

there's a lot there

just talk experiment with using hashtags

you know I sometimes I do hashtag sometimes I don't

sometimes I have the caption with the

the link in the caption sometimes I don't

sometimes I have long captions of that short term yeah

check everything but this page does really well

like this one my business partner was at a bar

just posted a picture of

are you mostly doing this still

yourself and your partner

or vas or combo I VA helping a little bit

but I I basically managed this one um

we had one yeah

we have the tequila page that might be a

is doing everything but like here

look the link post what the post and why

because it's relevant Shark Week

and it's sending traffic to our page

you know um

so switch it up a little bit

you know do some stuff

I had let me see if there's the Toby post that I did

I have to believe

Facebook rewards you for doing like a diverse

these infographics do really

really well um

this one has 17 likes 868 shares

we these are basically just interest posts that I had

custom made in fiber

for roundups on our website

so like will side drink cocktails

and we take the top eight

create an infographic like this and post it out

and man they go crazy

and it sends traffic like people are hitting that page

they're sharing and liking this

you know even put the link in the first comment

um this one has 23 likes

I think these things if you're doing well

willing boost your engagement score

so try to do them like every other day

every few days um

on some of my pages I have them doing it every day

and honestly I don't

I think you can fail on these things too

um yeah

they're not a every hour type of thing

yeah diversity

you definitely yeah

this is obvious that you're taking care of this

with your business partner

not just a VA going through the motions

yeah I'll

I would say follow Brian more so that me I would take
