[Episode 40]

I did not!

I just do not want you

to fall deeper for Ji Yingying.

I envy her.

But above all else, I am scared.

I am scared that

you will end up destroying yourself because of her!

Chi Hu!

Yes!

Take everyone to the weavers' camp

and send all the craftsmen back to Yizhou!

But...!

Your Highness!

Go now!

Yes.

Your Highness, take care of yourself.

Everyone, come with me!

Get down.

Your Highness, you should not go!

Your Highness!

Made in ten months.

What a rare talent.

It is such a shame.

Were they sacrificial soldiers you sent?

Yes.

They will never rest until the mission is complete.

However...

Speak.

Although they will not leave behind any evidence,

Prince Bai

is still likely to suspect you.

After this,

you and Prince Bai

will truly be at odds to the bitter end.

Even if this never happens,

do you think there is a chance

for me and Prince Bai to reconcile?

But

Prince Bai cares about Ji Yingying so much.

He would come

after you relentlessly soon.

Do you know why I want Ji Yingying dead?

I am mad at her

for humiliating me numerous times.

But killing her

is for Prince Bai's sake.

We have yet to find the target.

[Brocade Bureau]

Officer,

the brocade for the tribute to the military commissioner

and the clothing needed for the general's birthday

are all here.

Who is the one who made the clothing

the Commissioner is wearing tomorrow?

That would be me.

You can head in alone.

Officer,

I am his wife.

I can handle the tailoring.

If the Commissioner's clothing

I can make them on the spot.

Do not worry.

But

sometimes, the best way to cover up a mistake

Is it not?

My father always said

What matters is

Nicely said!

If I am willing to do it,

would you stop hating me?

No.

I harbor a deep hatred for you, General.

My father died because of your schemes,

There you have it.

There is no turning back now.

Yes.

It is too late now.

You are right.

It is late now.

Why hasn't Yang Jinglan arrived yet?

After

Yang Jinglan saved him,

I regret hanging him there.

I do not know how Yang Jinglan got in

or who is helping him,

but I know he will come for me.

And this is the only chance you, the brocade craftsman,

will have to face me directly.

So,

you decided to play along.

Do not worry, miss.

I, Yang Jinglan, have returned.

Since you have your own plans, General,

we have also prepared a backup plan.

To you,

we are insignificant in the brocade industry.

But Yizhou is our home.

If anyone tries to destroy it,

we, the insignificant, will unite
