[Isoo exclaims] [Ganghyun] Argh...

Go cover that.

[Isoo] Me?

[Ganghyun sighs] Gosh...

Okay. It's me who got him.

[sighing] Jeez...

Phew...

[tense sound effect]

[sighs] [♪ interesting music]

That bitch lured me first.

[Junyoung bangs]

Show some respect to the deceased.

That woman...

lured me first.

So?

[exclaims]

[Taesung] It makes me so angry, shit...

A man and a woman

were on the yacht

drinking champagne together at night.

You know what the next step is.

Why look at me? I don't know what it is.

[Taesung] I was about to kiss her.

[sighs] [Taesung] She pushed me out

tearing my hair off.

[groaning in pain]

I'm also a victim.

So?

[sighing] So...

I got mad and strangled her,

[Taesung] and she collapsed.

So I just left her and came out.

But it wasn't strong enough to kill her!

[Junyoung] You strangled her

and left her when she collapsed?

Damn it... Then,

should I have carried her on my back?

Gosh, you're an evil.

[Isoo] Guys like you are a disgrace

to all conglomerate families.

[Isoo tutting] [scoffs]

-Kyungjin. -[Kyungjin] Yes.

Go get a drug test kit.

[Kyungjin] Okay.

Drug?

[Taesung] You found drug on the yacht?

You think that's mine? Gosh...

[sighs]

It's Taeyoung's.

[♪ tense music] He does drugs

secretly on the yacht.

[shallow scoffing] [Taesung] After I left

Taeyoung must've come.

He really does it secretly at dawn!

[Taesung] Damn it.

[whispering] Go check it.

[Taesung] Shit.

What the hell...

[keyboard clacking]

[Taesung sighs shallowly]

-[Kyungjin] Here it is. -Thanks.

[Taesung] Shit...

[keyboard clacking]

[Ganghyun] Where's he?

[Junyoung] He's coming.

[Taesung] I knew it.

I was right, wasn't I?

-[Taeyoung] Taesung, you okay? -Bro.

[Taesung] Oh, my bro!

He's here. Cheon Taeyoung.

-The CEO of DN Studio. -[Taeyoung] You okay?

[Taesung exhaling]

"Cheon Taeyoung, junkie DN Group's second son"

-It's you, isn't it? -What?

You did something wrong.

What are you talking about?

[Taesung] Run a drug test on this punk!

No, wait.

This jerk has it now.

[Taesung] I know

it's hidden in his secret pocket.

-You, asshole. -Take it out.

[Taesung] You have one.

-It's here... -Taesung!

Stop it, crazy punk.

[Taesung] Look!

I was right.

[scoffs]

Shit, because of you, I was...

You punk! [Taesung groans]

[Isoo exclaims]

Just let them. [Taesung groans]

-[Junyoung] Back off. -Shit.

-[Taeyoung] Stand up. -Back off.

-Back off. -You punk.

-I told you to stop. -Get up!

You hit me? You did?

-What the fuck. -[Taejun] Shame on you.

Cheon Taejun.

[Isoo] The vice chairman of DN Media.

His nickname is "Model Sucker."

[scoffs]

[Taeyoung panting]

[Taejun] Great job, guys.

You both are fired from now on.

What the hell are you?

[Taesung] You're nothing.

I'm your elder, punk.

You're our elder?

[Taesung exhaling]

Are we even brothers?

Forget it.

No breath to waste on a junkie.

-You're screwed. -What the fuck.

Hey, get out of the way.

[indistinct chattering]

-[Taesung] Hey! -[secretary] Stop.

Who is the bitch that took my son?

[yelling] Do you know who I am?

[exclaims]

[Isoo] Chairman Cheon's second wife

Lee Sumin.

The CEO of DN Agent.

[exhaling] She was a hostess.

"Lee Sumin second wife of the chairman"

[whimpering] Mom...

-Mommy... -[Sumin] My sweet son...

[Taesung whimpering] [Sumin whimpering] Who did it?

That punk did. Jin Isoo.

[Taesung] And that bitch.

I didn't do anything wrong.

It's you? [Taesung fuming]

[Junyoung] Jeez, back off.

[scoffs]

Is he out of his mind?

Call your boss.

Where the hell is your boss?

[focusing sound effect]

[focusing sound effect]

Huh?

She's a cleaner.

[Ganghyun and Kyungjin] Oh.

You can leave. Keep working.

What the hell? [door closes]

[yelling] Where's your boss? You punks!

[Taesung gasps]

Chairman Cheon's first wife.

Choi Hyeonju.

Stop behaving mean.

Keep your dignity. [zoom-in sound effect]

[Isoo] The CEO of DN Broadcast.

Dignity?

See? Humble origins are hard to conceal.

[scoffs]

[laughs]

[♪ tense music]

You made all this up, right?

This is my dignity, bitch!

[Taesung] Mom, Mom!

[indistinct chattering]

"Family tree of DN Group"

"Chairman Cheon Bangho 1st wife Choi, 2nd wife Lee"

"Sons: Taejun, Taeyoung, Taesung"

[indistinct chattering continues]

-[Taeyoung] You, punk. Let go of me. -[Sumin] Hey!

[Sunggu] What's going on?

Ganghyun.

[Changun] Clear these up.

[Taesung] Mom!

-[Taesung] Mom, I'll-- -I'll kill that bitch!

[siren wailing]

[Sumin] Hey!

[♪ interesting music]

Who wants to sue for assault?

Raise your hand!

[whispering] What?

[Taeyoung exclaims]

No one?

[loudspeaker thuds]

Okay, let's wrap it up

[Ganghyun] and go home, everyone.

Go.

[camera clicks]

[Isoo] Say cheese.

[camera shutter sound continues]

It's for private use.

Too nice to watch it alone.

[Ganghyun] Take care.

Thank you for cooperation.

-Take care. -That jerk.

[Junyoung] Cheon Taeyoung.

You're arrested for drug possession.

You can testify for yourself,

[handcuffs rattle] you can remain silent...

[Kyungjin] Cheon Taesung, you're arrested as a suspect

-for Jung Ina's murder. This way. -Taesung!

[Sumin] Taeyoung.

Don't worry, Mom.

[Sumin] Eat well on time. Mom will get you out.

Please come this way.

[Shallow laugh] Okay. [Sunggu laughs]

Oh, let me carry it.

[Sunggu] Wait. [blowing]

[Hyeonju] Thanks. [laughs]

[Sunggu] I'll guide you.

This way.

[Hyeonju] Gosh...

[door opens]

[door closes]

[Sumin fuming] [♪ interesting music]

[door opens]

[Taejun] Take care.

[tense sound effect]

[Ganghyun] As we looked into it,

it appears that one of your sons have murdered Jung Ina.

If you know anything about this case,

you can tell us now.

What did you mean earlier?

[Sumin] You made all these up, right?

I'll make you dismissed.

[Sumin] How dare you offend my family?

Is it such a great family?

What's your name?

I'm Lee Ganghyun.

[♪ light tense music]

[Ganghyun] I'm not offending your family,

but investigating in accordance with due process.

If you want to talk about the case,

you can call me

anytime.

[door opens] [footsteps receding]

[paper rustling]

[Ganghyun] Get some water.

[♪ dark music]

[Ganghyun] Okay.

Take it easy.

I went there for drug.

[Taeyoung] I had no other place to do that.

[♪ tense music]

[sharp sound effect]

[quirky sound effect]

[Taeyoung throwing up]

[Taeyoung] Then,

a woman suddenly appeared. [sharp sound effect]

[eerie sound effect]

She looked like an evil.

I was so scared

that I pushed her out. [grunts]

That's all.

[Junyoung scoffs]

How smart.

[Junyoung] You got caught for drug,

so you plan to claim mental weakness?

Then, why don't you tell us all?

[♪ dark music]

That's all I remember.

[Ganghyun] Jung Ina

was not drowned to death.

Someone caused her death

by hitting her on the head.

We think that was you.

No.

It was not me.

You remember...

nothing, right?

[Junyoung] Then...

How about this man?

It was a month ago.

You assaulted Yang Jinseok near your home.

[Taeyoung grunts] [Jinseok groans]

[♪ heavy music]

You said the same thing then.

[Jinseok groans]

You assaulted Yang Jinseok,

and after two hours,

you reported to the police [call starting sound]

that a man was lying in front of your house.

[Ganghyun] That's your pattern.

You turn violent after doing drugs [Taeyoung grunts]

and remember nothing when you wake up.

That's why you did drugs with no one around

on the empty yacht.

Let me describe

what happened.

[Ganghyun] You threw her to the river [Taeyoung grunts]

[grunts]

and she climbed back up.

[eerie sound effect]

[Taeyoung grunts]

You just left the yacht

after forgetting everything.

"Cheon Bangho, chairman of DN Group"

[sighs]

Why?

It's weird.

This is not the way a conglomerate family works.

It makes sense that when we got Cheon Taesung,

[Isoo] Cheon Taeyoung and Lee Sumin appeared.

But why did Cheon Taejun and Choi Hyeonju come here?

There's something we don't know.

[Kyungjin] How did it go?

[sighing] He remembers nothing due to drugs.

But it's clear that he's the culprit.

[♪ tense music]

[Taesung] Hey.

I'll tell no one.

You can tell me everything.

Was it really you?

[sighs]

[static sound effect]

[Ganghyun] Hit from the back! [whooshing sound effect]

[sighs]

[Junyoung] Or...

after Jung Ina was drowned into the river,

[Junyoung] Cheon Taeyoung jumped in

with a weapon?

[♪ quirky music]

No, that looks weird, too.

It's hard to hit strongly in the water.

[Isoo] Hey, there.

Let's share what's going on.

[thuds]

[Ganghyun] Taeyoung seems to be the culprit

but we don't know where he killed her.

There was no spatter stain on the yacht.

What's spatter stain?

[Junyoung scoffing] He doesn't even know what it is.

I don't know. It's not to be shameful.

Pretending to know is a shame.

I told you to watch your tone.

[whispering] It's bloodstains from a wound.

That's not such a big thing.

[sighs]

He druggily murdered her

[Ganghyun] and left her body there,

but cleaned out all the bloodstains?

Doesn't make sense.

So, the problem is where she was killed.

[Isoo] Right?

She was strangled

[♪ tense music] [Isoo] and drown into the river...

[clicking sound effect]

[bell sound effect]

There was another boat.

It's another boat! Another boat!

Yes, it's another boat!

That's it!

She was killed there.

I saw a scratch mark on the yacht.

Wow, I'm a genius!

It's another boat! That's it! Yes!

[Junyoung] Enough of playing a detective.

[Isoo] I left the scene by my boat.

Yes, it annoyed me.

I saw it when I was coming back.

[♪ tense music]

[Isoo] On such a large yacht,

that kind of scratch mark hardly occurs.

He killed her on another boat

and to move the dead body,

he drove the boat too close to his yacht.

[scoffing] Wait.

That's impossible.

If there was

another boat--

[Junyoung] So, you mean someone on the boat

passing by at 1:00 a.m. saved her and killed her?

Not sure if it was a coincidence.

[Ganghyun] But it's clear that someone saved her.

There were bruises on her arms.

[Ganghyun] They occurred when she was picked up onto the yacht.

We can go check it.

Where are you going?

You know how to collect evidence?

Go with me.

[Isoo] You're asking?

[Ganghyun] I'm ordering.

Hey, Star-Lord, let's go.

Yes.

[Kyungjin] See you.

[Junyoung sighs] Gosh...

[Isoo] Okay, just in case,

let's connect an emergency stop switch.

[boat engine starts]

[Isoo] Pull it slowly. Good.

[Kyungjin] It's awesome!

[Isoo] You're so good.

We're not here to play.

[Isoo] Jeez...

Don't care about her.

Pull it. Good.

That's it. Very good.

Turn inward, softly. That's it.

Look at there.

Over there, you see?

-[Isoo] Gosh... -Stop.

[Isoo] I got it right.

You see? [camera shutter sound]

I was right.

[camera shutter sound]

[Ganghyun] Too close.

Pull it back.

[boat engine revs] [Ganghyun and Isoo gasp]

[Ganghyun screams] [Isoo] Jeez.

[♪ funny music] [exclaims]

[Isoo exhaling] Stop that, punk.

I didn't do anything.

[siren wails in distance]

"Jung Ina Headed out to meet someone at night."

[Ganghyun] As Jin said,

there was a scratch mark.

It occurred recently.

Apply for a warrant.

Let's check all the boats registered at the quay.

Okay.

You think there was another boat?

We'll see.

We don't even know where the murder site is.

[sighs]

[Isoo sighs shallowly]

[wine drinking sound]

"Cheon Taeyoung"

"Cheon Taesung(Head of the Strategic Planning Team)"

[♪ foreboding music]

You don't even say hello to me.

We're not close enough to.

[Isoo inhaling]

Jeez...

Barging into another person's house with shoes on

is what only gangsters do.

[laughs]

[Heeja] Another person's house?

It's my house.

Apparently, your father has given you up.

After the election,

you'll be sent to an overseas branch.

[exclaims]

Congratulations.

Your dream finally came true.

[Heeja exhaling] I decided

to rent this house to my friend.

Clean up before moving out.

[Isoo] So you figured

[inhaling]

that you don't have to pretend to be a good stepmom anymore?

You've fooled Seungju so far,

but you can't do that to me.

You can never hide from me how your humble background

has ruined like you hell.

Plastic surgery again?

You need mental treatment rather than plastic surgery.

Paranoia and sense of inferiority are mental disorders.

I'm so worried.

[clicks tongue]

[shallow scoff]

[glass shattering] [♪ tense music]

[Heeja] How messy.

Clean up and move out.

[sweeping sound]

[blowing]

[♪ foreboding music]

Do you know anyone in DN Group?

Is there anything on your mind?

I think...

this is not a simple murder case.

[Kyungjin sighs shallowly]

Isoo isn't coming yet.

[Ganghyun] He finally got bored.

Or he's not confident.

Gosh, Lee Giseok, this punk.

[Giseok] A model with an eye on a rich son

found dead

[mouse clicking]

What she wanted was

to be a daughter-in-law of a tycoon?

Forensic results for her phone came out.

"Callers Cheon Taesung, STM CEO..."

"[Incoming] Come inside. [Outcoming] I'm here."

"Cheon Taejun"

Jung Ina met Cheon Taejun.

Right.

[Ganghyun] Why did she meet both of them?

[♪ dark music]

"[Memo] Process for Mom's funeral"

"[Memo] What to prepare for Mom's funeral"

"[Memo] Preparing for Mom's last moment"

Let's go see Cheon Taejun.

You go investigate Jung Ina's mother.

She died ten days after her mother's death.

There might be some connection.

-Check this address. -[Kyungjin] Okay.

[Taejun] Yes, I met her.

I was going to tell you yesterday, but I couldn't.

You know, there was a fuss.

Why did you meet her?

[breathing]

When a pretty model

wants to have a meal with me, I have no reason

[Taejun] to reject her.

[♪ dark music]

But I didn't have a meal with her.

Something important came up,

so I had to leave.

[Ganghyun] Okay.

What did you talk about?

Nothing special.

[inhaling] What did we talk?

I don't even remember it.

[Junyoung] Then...

Where were you at 1:00 a.m. on September 6th?

Let me check it.

[Taejun sighs shallowly]

[Taejun] On the 6th.

Oh, right. I was here.

You can check the security camera in my company.

Do you own a yacht

[Ganghyun] or something?

Yes, I have one.

I haven't had time for that recently, though.

By the way,

she was weird.

I heard

she also visited the chairman's room.

[Hyeonju] Who said

she visited here?

The vice chairman, Cheon Taejun, said that.

That's right.

I met her.

[Ina's footsteps approaching]

[Ina] Excuse me...

I'd like to see the chairman.

[Ganghyun] Why was she here?

[Hyeonju] It's obvious.

She had an eye on a rich man to change her life.

That kind of girls still exist.

Where's the chairman?

[Hyeonju] He's away on business.

I'm taking charge of his job for now.

[knocking] [door opens]

[footsteps approaching]

[secretary] I'm sorry to interrupt.

You have a meeting, ma'am.

[Hyeonju] Excuse me.

I have a meeting.

[door closes]

[phone rings]

[button sound]

Mr. Choi.

Found out anything?

[Jeonghun] It's obvious there was a problem between DN brothers.

I heard a rumor...

[tires screeching]

[engine revving]

They were sitting over there.

[♪ dark music]

You look prettier in person.

Did the shooting go well?

-In fact-- -Thanks to you, the image of our company

will become sexy.

- I have something to tell you-- -[Taejun] Hold it

for now.

[manager] Vice chairman suddenly left

and she followed him.

She came back, so I thought she forgot something,

but she just left.

[Isoo] Oh!

[♪ funny music]

I like this spring.

This is exactly what I wanted.

Where did you get this?

Where did we get it?

[shallow laugh]

[shallow exclamation]

But the view is not as good.

I like a big window.

Can you show me a better room?

[Isoo inhaling] The next room looked better.

Oh, here.

That's already occupied.

You're not allowed to get in here.

Oh, I'm sorry.

Seems like someone huge is here.

-So, how about the reservation? -I'll call you.

[♪ tense music]

You're not allowed to get in here.

"Ahn Taekyung Chairman secretary's office"

Bingo!

[Ganghyun] She approached these three with intentions, obviously.

But why did she do that?

Whatever it is,

we should dig into Taeyoung and Taesung.

They were on the yacht at that time

and they are related directly with her.

There's something more.

[Ganghyun] Cheon Taejun and Choi Hyeonju,

those two

seem to be hiding something.

Found anything about Jung Ina's mother?

Her mother once worked at DN Media.

What? [♪ tense music]

"Chairman secretary's office in DN Media"

Her mother was a secretary of Cheon Bangho?

[Kyungjin] And this is a list of company addresses found in her memo.

[Isoo] Good afternoon.

You come when you want to come?

You were waiting for me?

I've found out something huge.

[Isoo inhaling]

[Isoo] Guess why they were so sensitive

and made a scene even at the police station.

Gosh.

It's a huge secret which is hard to find out.

Cheon Bangho, the chairman,

is dying of cancer.

[♪ dark music]

-Wow! -[Isoo] They're hiding it

due to their stock price,

but it's true.

His sons have fought each other for six months

for inheritance and the chairman position.

Yang Jinseok, Taeyoung's assault victim,

was Taejun's informant. [Jinseok groans]

That's why he did drugs secretly on the yacht.

They did bugging and everything to find each other's weaknesses.

[sighs] [Isoo] In that battle,

Jung Ina was involved.

[paper rustling]

Stop investigating without permission.

[laughing] Mind your own business.

Jung Ina was...

an illegitimate of Cheon Bangho.

What?

They resemble each other.

Her mother gave birth to Jung

[Ganghyun] six months after she quit.

What Jung Ina wanted was a sample for a paternity test.

[Isoo scoffs]

Her mother may have told her before she died.

[heavy breathing]

Your father is...

[Junyoung] To carry out the test,

she shot the CF of DN Media

and approached the brothers?

She failed to secure Cheon Taejun's cup,

[Ganghyun] so she tried to take

Cheon Taesung's hair in this bag.

She was trying to find her father,

but killed by her stepbrothers.

[Ganghyun] Cheon Taejun has a yacht,

but the problem is

that he has an alibi.

Someone else must have executed it.

[Ganghyun] To catch the culprit,

we should investigate his yacht.

[door closes]

-No more warrant. -Why not?

After capturing DN's two sons,

you'll investigate the eldest son's yacht?

What the hell are you doing?

It's becoming a hot issue among reporters.

Whoever the culprit is

he was sent by Cheon Taejun.

He killed his stepsister for the inheritance.

Come back with more evidence.

The murder site is his yacht.

Where else can we find it?

You should find out how.

Why?

You're not confident?

[shallow sighing] [Changun] You need more evidence.

[Isoo gasps] Gosh...

You scared me.

[door closes]

[Isoo] I'll find it.

I'll get in there and find it.

No way. Without a warrant,

even if you find it out, we can't use it in court.

But we can't even go to the court without the culprit.

We don't have much time.

He must be preparing to go abroad.

[♪ rhythmical music]

[engine revs]

We're here.

[Ganghyun] It's luminol.

Bloodstain. Send me the picture.

Okay.

I'm not sure if this is right.

[sighs]

Okay.

[Isoo breathes deeply]

[grunts]

[grunts]

[exhaling] Light, light.

Oh.

[shallow sigh]

I'm here.

[Ganghyun] You see anything?

[Isoo] Nothing.

Spray the luminol.

Oh, luminol.

[shallow sighing]

Jeez, they've already cleaned them up.

[Ganghyun] Blood spatters further than you think.

Try it onto the ceiling.

Ceiling?

[grunts]

[exhaling]

[Ganghyun] How is it?

[shallow sighing]

[scoffs]

It's amazing.

[♪ tense music]

Okay, let's collect them.

I found a better one.

[camera shutter sound]

"share"

"Choi Kyungjin"

[Ganghyun] Scan it.

[Ganghyun] Hey, Jin.

The manager is approaching.

Damn it.

[Ganghyun] Jin Isoo! You hear me?

[Isoo exclaims]

[♪ bright music]

[exclaims]

[manager] Mr. Jin.

That's not your yacht.

What?

[Isoo] No, it's mine.

Gosh...

-[manager] Come out. -Hey, sit with me.

I have a sad story. [manager chattering]

Please, sir. Put it down here.

-My life always sucks! -Jeez... Okay, okay.

-Okay. Come out first. -It's no use to be rich, shit.

[Isoo] What is life? [manager gasps]

[manager] Watch out, sir.

I'll call a driver service for you.

No, it's okay.

My secretary is coming.

Make sure to call him. [Isoo exclaims]

Go ahead.

-You shouldn't drive. -Okay.

[exclaims]

[throwing out sound]

[exhaling]

Mission completed!

[phone vibrating] [Isoo laughs shallowly]

-Yes. -Park Jongwook, 52 years old.

How did you get his fingerprint?

Where are you? What are you doing?

[shallow sigh] I don't know.

We need to find Park Jongwook.

He's the culprit.

[Junyoung] This man...

was here with Choi Hyeonju. [♪ dark music]

We saw him at the chairman's office.

[Jongwook] I'm sorry to interrupt.

Ma'am.

You have a meeting.

Was it Choi Hyeonju

who ordered him to kill her?

You want to meet the chairman?

I have something to ask him.

Just tell me.

I'll relay it to him.

No, I just...

want to talk to him

myself.

[Isoo] A wave of anger for an illegitimate.

It's a common story.

She might have already known the existence of Jung Ina.

[♪ tense music]

[Ganghyun] Park Jongwook, who was watching Taeyoung,

spotted Jung Ina,

[phone ringing]

and Choi Hyeonju ordered him to kill her?

[rustling]

[Isoo] To keep the inheritance

and push Cheon Taeyoung away,

it was the best way for her.

[Isoo scoffs]

Park Jongwook is running away

with Choi Hyeonju.

They applied for departure. [♪ suspenseful music]

[tires screeching]

[Kyungjin] They're moving

from Isu Junction to Olympic Highway!

They're heading to Gimpo.

They'd take a private plane.

Come to the Business Aviation Center!

[engine revving]

[tires screeching]

[tires screeching]

[engine revving]

What are you doing? Hurry up!

-[Hyeonju] Drive faster! -Yes, ma'am.

[tires screeching]

[engine revving]

[horns honking]

[tires screeching]

[horns honking]

[sudden stopping sound]

The road is blocked.

[honking continues]

Damn it. [horn honking]

[horns honking]

[engine revving]

Mr. Choi.

Please get my Coo Coo ready.

Right now.

"Gimpo Business Aviation Center"

[♪ rhythmical music]

It's ready.

Please get on.

Come on.

[shallow sighing]

[helicopter sound receding]

Hey.

You have a license?

Yes, I have confidence.

Put them on. I can't hear you.

-Do you have a license? -A license?

-Where was it? -Hey!

-Somewhere here. -Hey, hold it.

Hold it.

[sighs]

Okay.

Let's go! [Isoo cheers]

[♪ foreboding music]

Where are you landing?

-Can you do it? -Be quiet.

Okay, go.

[gear adjusting sound]

[♪ tense music]

[tires screeching]

[gasping]

[tires screeching]

[gasping]

[engine revving]

Gosh...

[gear adjusting sound]

[screams]

[tires screeching]

[gasping]

"Business Aviation Center"

What?

What are you doing?

Hey!

Hey, hey!

Run!

Quickly!

[gun clanking]

[music stops]

[gunshot]

[tires screeching]

[♪ rhythmical music]

[door opens]

[Ganghyun] Park Jongwook.

You're arrested for Jung Ina's murder.

Get off.

[exhaling]

[handcuffing sound] [door opens]

[Isoo] Get off.

I'll guide you to the place you can't use your money and power.

[Isoo] Hey.

I'm the one who caught them.

Why?

Why?

We'd never have caught them without my helicopter.

Who stopped them with a gun

and arrested them in the end?

That was me.

You're so cheap.

[Ganghyun] You wait outside.

[Isoo] You're so mean.

This way, bro.

[shallow sighs]

[Isoo exclaims] [door closes]

[Ganghyun] Why did you kill her?

Because she was too greedy.

[♪ dark music]

I'm the one who has grown DN Group.

[Hyeonju] Cheon Bangho, that jerk,

had an affair and caused trouble.

Her mother could quit receiving a severance pay

thanks to me.

And Jung Ina appeared

at this critical moment,

so I had to kill her.

[footsteps approaching]

Cheon Taejun?

[shallow sigh]

What's with her?

Your mother has just

confessed.

[sighs] [Isoo] Why don't you

go wait in the meeting room?

Okay? Kyungjin.

Yes.

Please go in. [Taejun sighs]

[♪ foreboding music]

[shallow laugh]

[door closes]

[Isoo] Where are you going?

Let's talk for a second.

What?

[Isoo laughs shallowly]

Make it quick. What's up?

Choi Hyeonju has confessed

that she killed Jung Ina.

[♪ interesting music]

You're shocked, right?

[inhaling] Oh, you already know

she's not the culprit?

What are you talking about?

I felt it was weird.

Every evidence showed that the culprit was Park Jongwook.

[Isoo] So, it could be all over

if she killed him or sent him away.

But she ran away with him and got caught.

Then, she confessed right away.

You know,

she could call expensive lawyers and escape from it,

but she's doing nothing.

She's trying to protect her son, who's the real culprit.

[Isoo] Right?

So what?

[Isoo] I think you have the critical evidence

that could be the game changer.

You bugged Cheon Taejun, right?

I heard you got caught while bugging before.

You did it again, right?

Your plan is to threaten them with that,

but I think it'd be better for you to make him a murderer.

[inhaling]

You can also catch Choi Hyeonju in this way.

[sighs]

You're in a battle of maternal affection.

Choi Hyeonju became a murderer to protect her son,

and you could be arrested for illegal wiretapping

for your son, right?

[Taejun] You mean,

Jung Ina was my stepsister?

Yes.

Your mother was already aware of it.

[sighs] [phone vibrates]

[♪ dark music]

She ordered Park Jongwook

to watch Cheon Taeyoung

and find the evidence of his drug addiction.

[Ganghyun] Then, Park Jongwook found

Jung Ina, who was drowned into the river.

That's...

so chaotic.

"Jin Isoo"

[picking up the phone] Excuse me.

Gosh, why isn't she answering?

[inhaling] How...

[whimpering] did it happen...

I just...

[phone vibrates] [Taejun] Gosh, this is so...

[Taejun sighs]

[tense sound effect]

[weakly] Then...

can I just...

get going?

We were going to let you have some time

with your mother.

[Taejun] No, not now.

I'm not ready for that.

I'll come back

later. [breathing shakily]

Wait.

[Ganghyun] You need to fill out something as a process.

-Bring the statement. -Yes.

[Taejun sighs]

[door opens]

It's the summary of your statements.

[Ganghyun] Just sign here. [ballpoint pen tip clicks]

[pen rattles] [statement paper rustling]

[shallow sighing]

[ballpoint pen tip clicks]

Now, it's all done?

Okay. Let's wrap it up.

[siren wailing in distance]

Thank you.

Yes.

[phone vibrates]

[Isoo] Hold Cheon Taejun there.

He's the culprit. [sharp sound effect]

Oh, wait.

[♪ foreboding music]

Well...

[Ganghyun inhaling]

Thank you for your time.

Take care.

Okay.

[door closes]

[door closes]

[engine revving]

[horn honking]

[♪ bright music]

[tires screeching]

[door opens]

Why didn't you answer my call?

Why are you so late? [door closes]

I'm not late.

-I came right on time. -What did you find?

[Isoo] Cheon Taejun.

Please open it.

[Isoo breathing]

What's up?

Not the window. Open the door.

[Isoo pushing]

[Isoo exhaling]

Why? [door closes]

[Isoo] Here's a gift for you.

Listen.

[Taejun] Kill the bitch and leave her on Taeyoung's yacht.

We could remove this freaking bitch

and rule out this jerk in this way.

If you sacrifice yourself only once,

I could take up the whole company, Mom.

[exclaims]

[Isoo] Well done.

Jin Isoo, great job.

[exclaims]

[Isoo breathing]

You're arrested for abetment

-to murder Jung Ina. -No!

[Taejun] Unlock it!

How dare you touch me?

Remove it!

Get off of me!

-[lawyer1] Sir, sir! -[lawyer2] What are you doing?

Cheon Taejun,

you're arrested for abetting a murder.

You can testify on behalf of yourself, and remain silent...

[Taejun] What freaks.

I won the bet, right?

No?

Hey, don't you remember

-that we made a deal earlier? -Okay.

[Isoo] Huh? Hey.

[Isoo inhaling]

You sound insincere.

Here.

[Ganghyun] You won.

Win!

[giggling]

She's upset?

Jeez, she is.

[♪ soft music]

[Ganghyun sighs shallowly]

[Junyoung exclaims]

Damn, I could've sent him away this time!

[sighing] He'll brag himself for it.

We lost because this case was about a conglomerate family.

No room for him to participate again.

You really think so?

[Ganghyun] My work is already harsh enough.

Now I should take care of that silver spoon.

[exclaims]

Isoo reserved a Korean beef course for us.

[Isoo] Bring everyone here. It's on me.

Let's go.

[chopsticks clink]

Kyungjin.

Did you not hear what I said now?

You follow anyone giving you food?

Here is much better than that place.

It's more delicious and generous!

You like this place, right?

[Kyungjin] That's true, but...

why do you try to divide our team?

Why don't we just get along since we've come this far?

[bottle thuds]

You both are drunk.

Let's go home.

To be honest,

we wouldn't have caught Choen Taejun without his help, right?

[Ganghyun] You think

we couldn't catch Cheon Taejun

without Jin Isoo?

[Ganghyun] Stake out, find the proofs and witnesses,

and ask Interpol for aid if he runs abroad...

I would have caught him at any cost.

Don't you think so?

Hey!

[phone alarm sound]

[♪ romantic music playing]

[message receiving sound] [Kyungjin] We can't go.

T.T [shallow laugh]

[shallow sighing]

[phone vibrates]

-Hello. -Mr. Choi.

Where are you?

[Jeonghun] I'm reading nearby.

Did the helicopter help?

Of course.

I arrested a culprit using that.

Great job.

Oh!

I'm moving out.

To where?

You know the place

which has no relation to Hansu.

My own house.

Okay.

I'll get it

prepared.

Thanks.

[call ending sound]

[phone ringing]

Oh?

[laughing] Hey, bro.

[♪ mellow music playing]

[door opens] [Isoo] Seungju.

Oh.

[quietly] Hello.

You know

what I did today?

I heard the news. [liquor pouring sound]

'A rich son caught a culprit using a helicopter.'

You asked me why I need a license for that?

That was for today.

[laughing together]

[exclaims]

[grass bugs chirping]

[♪ soft music]

[Isoo] Seungju.

How large is the asset size of DN Media?

Well, maybe...

over five trillion?

Five trillion...

[scoffs]

Did they have to keep that money even by committing a murder?

If it were Hansu Group,

I might not have been alive.

What are you talking about?

Bro...

When I first came to your house,

why were you so kind to me?

You must have hated me.

[Seungju] Well...

Right. I hated you.

[Heeja] I told you to separate the table.

Gosh, he's getting on my nerves.

Get him out of my sight!

[yelling] Why are you making me mad?

[Seungju] But...

Mom was already mad at you enough...

[Seungju] And when I saw you,

what can I say...

I felt a kind of pity.

You didn't do anything wrong.

[shallow laugh]

[laughs]

[shallow laugh]

Thank you.

If it were not for you,

I would've been twisted.

Hey.

I'm thankful to you that you grew up so well.

[inhaling]

I can't say I've never been twisted, but...

I'm grown well, right?

[laughing] Yes.

You grew well. [laughs]

Breaking news. Cheon Taejun, the vice chairman of DN

and Choi Hyeonju...

[secretary] Youths are responding well.

[news continues]

Isoo would be helpful to raise your approval rating.

"Jin's epic investigation"

[Myeongchul] Don't use him.

He's unreliable.

[button sound]

"Jung Ina's murder case Investigation report"

[phone ringing] [shallow breathing]

Where's she?

[phone ringing continues]

Violent Crime Investigation Team 1.

Oh...

Jung Ina's body?

[♪ dark music]

Yes.

[Ganghyun] I'm Lee Ganghyun from Gangha Station.

[weak chattering]

[Bangho] You are...

the one...

who screwed my family?

What do you want?

Your daughter's body

is still in a hospital mortuary.

If you don't attend, her body will be burnt unattended.

How about preparing a funeral for her?

You should see her face

before she leaves, don't you?

I...

don't have a daughter.

Now leave.

[phone vibrates]

Yes.

What?

Who?

[♪ mellow music]

[door opens]

[door closes]

What's this?

I just...

have plenty of time.

And even more money.

Showing off again?

It's my privilege.

It's true that I'm capable.

[Ganghyun sighs] I was fooled again.

I thought you're different from other rich sons.

I am different.

Because I'm not a real silver spoon.

If Jung Ina got the inheritance,

how much would it have been?

[Isoo] Ten billion?

Twenty billion?

Is that a value of her life?

Life is priceless.

Murdering someone

takes not only the victims' life

[Ganghyun] but also the future

and possibility of them.

It takes everything away.

[phone alarm sound]

[blind moving sound]

[Isoo tossing and turning]

"Conglomerate family arrested in a row"

"Five of a DN Media family arrested, an unprecedented case"

[Isoo laughs shallowly]

[shallow laugh]

"Noh Youngjae's private exhibition Invitation to the death"

Invitation to the death...

"Invitation to the death"

[♪ classical music playing]

[visitors chattering]

Hello.

"Invitation to the death Noh Youngjae"

[visitors scream] [♪ dark music]

[visitor1 and 2 gasp]

[visitors scream]

[gasping] Gosh...

[panting]

What the hell?

What if I collapse again?

[heavy sound effect]

[thuds]

Why did I collapse then?

Is that real or fake?

[visitors murmuring]

[visitor3] What's that? Is he dead?

[visitor4] He's dead.

Report to the police, quickly. Huh?

[visitors murmuring]

Everyone, calm down.

I'm a police officer.

[♪ dynamic music]

Who is in charge of this place?

[Dojun] I...

am Professor Noh's assistant.

[sniffling]

Block the gate.

The murderer is in here.

[visitors chattering]

This...

is a locked-room murder.

[♪ closing theme]

"When a case occurs, Jin Isoo appears"

Special thanks to Kim Sunkyung and Park Hyungsoo

[Ganghyun] Paint?

Do you know anyone who would want him to be dead?

We have three suspects.

An assistant worked for him for long.

[Dojun] I didn't know he's dead.

A wife showing no tears

on her husband's death. [scoffs]

I was with my boyfriend.

Bae Jinkyu found an investor

to start his business.

-What's this? -Someone came in

and sprayed red paint on it.

-He killed my daughter. -I don't need to keep it.

[gasping]

It's so interesting.

[Jeonghun] Your youngest son moved out.

-Where are you? -[Ganghyun] What's up?

[Isoo] Please help me.

Stay tuned for bonus clip

[phone ringing]

[phone ringing continues]

[Ganghyun tossing and turning]

[Ganghyun exhaling]

[croakily] Hello.

I'm off today.

What?

You're doing what?

Crime scene preservation!

Come here right now!
