Get them!

They're over there!

Stop!

Don't run!

Freeze!

Stay where you are!

Zhao Shuangshuang, are you leaving with him?

If you choose to come back,

I'll pretend nothing happened

and you'll still be my fiancee.

I,

Zhao Shuangshuang,

was blessed

with the ability to see destined relationships for everyone

except myself.

Shuangshuang,

come with me.

Where does my fate lie?

Do I trust fate or myself?

[When Fate Plays Matchmaker]

[Episode 1]

[An Yurou] You're the top matchmaker in Lin'an,

Zhao Shuangshuang?

That's right.

I'm the one who has a divine matchmaking vision,

the top matchmaker in Lin'an, Zhao Shuangshuang.

[Zhao Shuangshuang]

Miss Zhao, why did you

invite me here?

I have found

your destined one.

This is Li Jianshen,

whose father, Li Xian, is the wealthiest man in Lin'an.

He's intellectual and talented.

If it was for this matter,

I appreciate it,

but I have no intention of getting married.

I'll take my leave.

Miss An,

I know you dream of a courageous adventure,

but since you're here, why not take a look?

Slow down.

Yes,

this man who looks so sickly

is Li Jianshen.

Why is he acting this way?

It's because

he also has no desire to get married.

Mr. Li,

why are you coughing up blood again?

Hang in there a while more.

I,

Cheng Yin,

[Cheng Yin] am the Unfeeling Sect's top disciple.

I've come to break up all these romantic destinies.

I don't believe anyone would want to marry someone about to die.

If I marry someone like this,

won't I become a widow very soon?

Miss Zhao, you're indeed good.

I'll marry him.

What?

Mr. Li, don't worry.

During today's date,

both of you can

have a slow chat.

[Li Jianshen]

Don't kill me.

Don't kill me!

Don't kill me!

Sir,

are you alright?

The thugs were after me.

Why did you take such a risk?

I couldn't stand by and let them bully you.

Let me help you up.

It's you.

What?

Hello, Miss An.

It's you?

Yue Lao ties two people together forever.

I swear on my life

that this is no mistake.

Both of you are meant to be together.

Meant to be together?

Mr. Li doesn't have long to live.

I suggest you look for someone else.

Let's go.

Miss Zhao, we'll go ahead with this marriage.

Please speak well of me to Miss An.

But

you need to put

this gold hairpin on Miss An

for this marriage to be settled.

What hairpin?

Mr. Li, are you behaving like this because of your illness?

You will hold Miss An back.

Hey!

We're going.

She...

She's my destiny!

Get over here!

How dare you

steal my gold hairpin in broad daylight!

I'll report you and get you arrested!

Besides, why are you interfering

in your master's matters?

Miss Zhao, please help me put it on her!

I'll pay you double!

Alright!

I'll bring the wedding gifts and notes

for the wedding to your manor later.

Okay!

My labor fees need to be doubled too?

Sure!

Miss Zhao!

Have you settled Mr. Li and Miss An?

Of course!

With me on the case,

nothing is impossible!

That's true!

[Lian] Miss Zhao, is this your 80th couple?

That's right. I just need to put another fated couple together

and I'll be able to see my destiny.

Then, I can find my husband.

Your destiny

is bound to be the best!

You sweet talker!

Miss Zhao, you earned a good amount today, right?

Fine,

your eyes are sharp.

I can't hide anything from you.

I'll get Mr. Liang to make us something nice tonight!

Let's have a good meal!

No need for that.

Our matchmaking agency should get an assistant

since we're too busy.

Alright.

Let's get us an assistant.

Whatever you say.

Li Jianshen!

You traitor!

You've been lying to me, right?

Cheng,

I'm at fault.

But before this,

I really didn't want to get married.

That's why I joined the Unfeeling Sect.

Now that she has appeared,

how can I let her go?

Do you forget how Senior died?
