[cackles]

These tires are awesome!

[grunts in frustration]

[revs engine]

[Wicked Witch Jestah] Ugh!

[laughs maliciously]

You'll do no such thing.

Now be gone before she embarrasses you some more.

You might have the upper hand now,

but those ruby tires will be mine!

[Wicked Witch Jestah cackles]

[sighs]

There is someone who can help you get home.

You must seek the Wizard of Oz.

Why he lives in the Emerald Manor.

And to get there,

you just follow the Yellow Brick Road.

since I got straw in it.

[Wicked Witch Jestah gasps]

Those magical tires are too powerful.

Well, if I can't "take" them,

maybe you'll trade them for one of your friends.

Zoomers, grab the little one.

[Redbird Toto] Bibi, help!

[Bibi] Come back here with him.

If you want to see your Toto again,

you better give me those ruby tires. [cackles]

but I can't go home without saving Toto.

[sighs] Probably back to her lair.

And only the Wizard knows where that is.

Then we better get to the Emerald Manor

as fast as we can.

[engines revving]

Or some courage.

And I want to go home.

But the Wicked Witch took our friend,

and we just want him back.

even when things get a little glitchy.

And, Tin Wing, the Wing I know has so much power in her heart.

She wouldn't let anything stop her.

And you're not cowardly.

You're Buff. And the Buff from Gotham

is the bravest truck I've ever seen.

Even when he's scared?

Especially when we he's scared.

Because that's when he's the bravest of all.

And that's what makes the Batwheels heroes in Gotham.

And you can be the heroes of Oz.

[thunder rumbling]

[barks]

Oh! I see you finally came to your senses.

I can't wait to try those on. [cackles]

Now this is what I'm talking about.

You got what you wanted.

That was the deal.

I'm the Wicked Witch.

One of the greatest villains in movie history.

And now that I have these ruby tires,

nothing can defeat me!

Well, you know what always defeats a movie villain?

[laughs]

It's just that ol' Cowardly Buff.

Get 'em, my Zoomers. Drive!

I'm not the Cowardly Buff.

[grunts]

[Tin Wing] Woo!

My heart battery still has enough power

left to deal with you.

[Wicked Quizz cackles]

[Scarecrow Bam] Boo!

[Wicked Quizz] Whoa!

than fancy new tires and big adventures.

[all laughing]
