of being a masher.

To wit,
precipitating involuntary back scratching

The Mertzes are suing the Ricardos
for attempted eviction

and for defamation of character.

Specifically,
the defendants Ricardos are accused

in a one-family dwelling.

when I was a poor boy in Toledo, Ohio--

A poor boy playing in the streets

And the rest of them got in,

and they were fighting

Oh, there was a snowball fight.

Mrs. Ricardo, that--

That still doesn't explain
how you got larynyitis-- gitis!

Then-- All right.

Uh, Mrs. Williams--

Uh, she slapped you. She--

She pushed you. Pushed you.

Gave you a massage?

She went to the window. Uh-huh. Uh-huh.

She rubbed snow in your face?

Mrs. Ricardo,

before the court fines you
for contempt, sit down.

I am dismissing all the charges in all
these suits as irrelevant, immaterial

- and ridiculous.

And I further enjoin all families neither
to molest nor see one another again.

but I'm afraid it won't work.

and we'll stay in the guesthouse.
