=Episode 20= (The Biggest Villain Appears!)

I want you to ascend the throne.

Ascend the throne.

Ascend the throne.

There is one thing I don't get.

So

I'm here for advice.

You once said

that she and I

couldn't be a couple.

Is that so?

In fact, what Miss Lin said last time

enlightened me.

Marital fate is beautiful but fleeting, like fireworks.

But true love is not about possessing each other.

Rather, it's about wishing each other the best

and achieving personal growth.

That's easy to say

but extremely hard

to achieve.

And now,

she's the only weak spot you have

as the top martial artist.

How do you know this?

I can feel

all her emotions.

And she can feel

all my emotions

as well as physical pain.

It could have been a good thing.

It's just that

the court is in turbulence.

I can't give her a peaceful life.

So, Madam,

is there a way

to sever this connection?

This is the last time

I call you father.

I'm telling you this

right now

to show you that

I've always

trusted you.

Do you know

what evil deeds the Big Dipper Sect has done?

Think about it.

His Majesty

may be debauched,

but he has promoted irrigation works

and built roads.

The imperial examination system

may not be perfect

but he has made sure that everyone could make a living.

What about the Big Dipper Sect?

It does all kinds of evil deeds.

Have you done anything good for the people?

What about

all those corrupt officials I've eliminated

and the effort I put into

training you kids?

I did it to ensure world peace one day.

Especially you.

I made you upright

and impartial

to be a wise ruler

for the people.

Training us?

You killed 14 of my juniors.

Me? A wise ruler?

I am just a pawn of yours, that's all.

This is the worst torment in the world.

Don't

rescue Zhao Wumian just yet.

As long as we don't rescue him,

he will stay alive.

Why is that?

As long as Wumian is still in prison,

Shangguan Yunxiao will wait

until next week's royal ceremony.

If we get him out of there...

Things will be different.

For example,

he could confirm

that Zhao Wumian killed your father.

And

he could bring the entire Daoming Court down.

He could even

eliminate the person he has never been able to control,

Mo Shanghua.

Then we must contact Lusheng now.

You can only achieve something great through legitimate and reasonable ways.

That's what I teach you.

Do you think

a person like me

would make the people suffer?

If I had no principles,

I would have utilized various powers

and your martial arts skills

to launch a major attack

on the capital.

Why would I wait until now?

Look at you.

Right now,

you are just a prisoner.

The only thing you can do

is to join me in the rebel

to turn the tables.

I have mastered all the martial arts

because you taught me well.

From the day I joined the army, I knew that I couldn't

turn against my own people.

You want me to seize the capital?

In your dreams.

There are two ways.

The first is to sever your love

and block your emotions.

That will break the tie.

The second way

is to incapacitate your martial arts.

Hedgehog.

Please be alright.

Little Deer was saved by Zhishui.

They must be hiding

at the Zuisheng House in the Dark Capital.

You can only enter the Dark Capital

during the day.

Right.

What festival is it today?

It's Qixi.

That's not good.

You...

You actually

incapacitated your martial arts.

Wumian.

You've gone to the extreme.

You've disappointed me.

What a pity for your Wuxin Swordsplay.

Kill him.

Be careful.

Miss Lin.

I was planning to...

Step aside.

Hedgehog.

Are you alright?

Wumian

suffered torture

and became incapacitated.

Come on.

Write down

what you want to say.

Wumian.

Wumian.

Wumian.

Wumian.

Master Xu.

It may not be

the right time to rescue him.

Will it make you happy if he dies in prison?

Miss Lin.

Don't get worked up.

We are just worried that the Big Dipper Sect

will take advantage of it.

It's not safe here.

Let's get going.

How does that idiom go?

Yeah.

Walking into a deadly trap.

Shangguan, you've gone too far!

You used my sister-in-law to manipulate my brother and me,

leading us astray.

Fortunately, Tingyu never gave up on me.

Today

one of us has to die.

Why don't you reunite with your brother and sister-in-law?

My lord.

We have solved the case.

Qiu Shisanniang

and the Daoming Court members

raided the prison.

Zhao Wumian is guilty of murder.

Xu Zhenqing committed treason.

All of them are here.

Good.

This trap was set to get rid of you.

Now that you're found guilty,

I have an excuse to mobilize military power

to take all of you out.

What a pleasant surprise

to catch Master Xu here.

Perfect.

Now I have no further concerns.

Even the heavens are helping me

to ascend the throne next week.

Wang Linsheng, heed the command.

Here.

I now appoint you as the temporary Commander.

Thank you, my lord.

Thank you, Your Majesty.

All soldiers, heed the command.

Capture Qiu Shisanniang and Xu Zhenqing alive.

Kill everyone from the Daoming Court.

Miss Lin.

Take care of Wumian.

Form the array.

Beisu Qingfeng Powder.

Hold your breath.

Oh no.

Is Tang Bocheng still alive?
