Sick him.

We have an outcome! Hurry and get the emergency squad down there!

She will be advancing on to the finals! Aki Izayoi!

Winner, Aki Izayoi!

By magnificently defeating Kodo Kinomiya, she has moved a space forward toward the final stage where Yusei Fudo awaits!

What do you make of her card?

There's rejection and anger, but...

...there's still something else lying dormant.

Aki Izayoi...

Now we have confirmed that she is also a Signer, it seems.

No matter how far we are apart, I'll still go on.

I'm going to engrave it even deeper.

So, don't be afraid of getting hurt and...

Go forth, race through even harder

and take all of your beliefs into your embrace!

The truth always comes in ones

so sense the voice inside your heart!

Hoist your sentiments firm

and seize the signs for tomorrow!

Final Match: Heart Hidden Behind the Mask

Wretched mark!

Why is it a "wretched mark"? What does this birthmark mean to you?

I hate those who hold this mark...

...detest them.

Yusei!

--Geez, this is where he was? --It's almost time for the finals!

It's the witch lady!

Why, hello there, Izayoi-sama.

We were quite impressed by your last duel.

Director Godwin would like to have a quick word, commending you, before the finals begin.

Allow me to escort you to him.

Aki is tired.

Who might you be?

Why don't we just say that I am Aki's "caretaker."

Though, I do believe you all have already done an investigation.

We must get Aki back into form before the finals begin in any way we can.

I hope you understand.

What a fraudulent group, playing the mystic angle, as they do.

Hey, you. Where did you put Rally and the others?

I would consider exactly where you stand in all of this.

Otherwise...

That witch really is scary.

But, she's not.

What's wrong?

Mm-mm...

I get a throbbing sort of pain...

When I see that lady...

...my arm and my heart does, that is.

Aki, you do understand, correct?

By making our existence known in this tournament,

the risks we take are stacking up dramatically.

People trying to deceive you like the ones from earlier will be hounding you from now on.

It will do them no good.

My mission is to let the ideals of the Arcadia Movement be known across the world.

I wouldn't subject myself to their drivel.

My heart is being rightly guided by you, Divine.

You are quite wise, Aki.

That's right. Those Yliasters' have ambitions of resurrecting the symbol of the wicked, the Crimson Dragon.

People are unaware that they are trying to get the world to kneel before them through the Crimson Dragon.

We, who have abilities bestowed upon from the Gods, are the only ones aware.

Yes, we are.

The finals are about to start.

Fudo Yusei, your opponent, might be a part of the Yliasters.

But, you should be fine, Aki. Once you beat Yusei

and defeat the Yiliasters' puppet, Jack,

the people's jeers will turn into cheers.

The time to realize our ideals is at hand.

Yes, sir.

That wretched mark...

Rejection and anger--both of which feelings pointed squarely at that birthmark.

And supposing the other feeling Izayoi has is being concealed among those...

I get a throbbing sort of pain...

When I see that lady...

...my arm and my heart does, that is.

I'm positive these birthmarks are tying us together.

So, they've caught on to this and are trying to use us, are they?

And that group hanging around Izayoi will end up doing the same to her, as a Signer.

We must not let them use us.

And for that to happen, I'll have to pry open her shut heart...

...and meet with the "true" Izayoi.

I'll have to face this with all I have.

I'll have to put my entire existence on the line and meet Izayoi head-on.

And at the end of this battle...

...you're going to be there.

I'm going now.

When it seems like you'll give way to your powers,

this hairclip will keep your powers in check, Aki.

You're going to win. Now, head out.

Beat that witch!

I'm cheering for you, you Satellite scum!

Pulverize that witch!

They're sayin' all that awful stuff, same as ever.

She's just an innocent kid.

But, the fact stands that she's implanting fear into us all with those strange powers of hers.

But, being as scary as she is, why are so many people here?

People are a cruel lot.

They know there'll be danger, but they still want to watch...

the sight of someone they despise being put up for slaughter.

It looks like this'll be a tough duel to bear.

Accept my apologies, sir.

That Arcadia bunch are constantly around her.

No need to lose your head over the matter.

We needn't be hasty.

Now, let us enjoy the final match.

Not to be cynical,

but, while she is a part the Arcadia Movement, who are opposed to us,

Izayoi-kun will be doing a job that is very important to us.

She is a suitable opponent to draw out Yusei Fudo's potential as a Signer.

We will have her serve as our assassin.

I would like to see it, King.

Your Red Demon's Dragon...

and Yusei's Stardust Dragon clashing together.

I would like to experience that surging energy for myself.

Hmph, I'll let you experience so much that you wish you didn't.

Yusei, I don't think that you will lose...

but, Aki Izayoi...

she has strength unlike any duelist I've seen so far.

Yeah! We've reached the finals!

The winner of this final match will get the right to challenge the King!

Who will have audience with the great King and win the chance to overthrow him!?

The first challenger is the Black Rose Witch...

...Aki Izayoi!!

Beat that witch!

Put that witch up to slaughter!

And here's the Shooting Star of Satellite, Yusei Fudo!!

You can do it, Yusei!

Yusei!

This is pretty excitin'.

Yusei, be on your toes.

You're scared too, right?

Something is about to happen.

Aki, let your--no, our true powers, be known.

Everything has come to right here and now!

Duel of Fortune Cup, Final Match, start!!

Duel!!

Duel!!

It's my turn. Draw.

I summon Ivy Wall in defense mode.

I place a card face-down to end my turn.

It's my turn.

I summon Speed Warrior!

Speed Warrior has its attack power doubled during the turn its summoned.

Speed Warrior, attack Ivy Wall!

When Ivy Wall is targeted with an attack,

it Special Summons one Ivy Token on my opponent's side of the field in defense mode.

Sonic Edge!!

Oh, my! Summoning a token on the opponent's side of the field

is a strategy that Aki Izayoi has shown us time and time again!

What kind of surprise does she have in store this time!?

This token...

I end my turn.

It's my turn. Draw.

Reverse card, open. I activate the Permanent Trap, Cursed Ivy.

Its effect

allows me to Special Summon an Ivy monster

from my Cemetery in face-up defense mode.

I'll summon back my Ivy Wall.

When Cursed Ivy is equipped onto Ivy Wall and removed from the field,

the equipped monster will be destroyed.

Ivy Wall again?

Is she trying to pile up more Ivy Tokens on my field?

When one of these things is destroyed, its controller takes 300 points of damage.

I end my turn.

So, they've both been testing the waters for the initial two turns!

And the audience breathes a sigh of relief!

But, this is all just the calm before the storm!

It's my turn.

I release my Warrior-type Speed Warrior...

...to Special Summon Turret Warrior!

Turret Warrior increases its attack power equal to the attack power of the released Warrior-type monster.

Turret Warrior attacks Ivy Wall!

Ivy Wall being targeted with an attack Special Summons an Ivy Token on my opponent's side of the field in defense mode.

Revolving Shot!!

By Ivy Wall being destroyed,

Cursed Ivy will also be destroyed,

but once this card is sent to the Cemetery,

two Ivy Tokens will be Special Summoned on my opponent's side of the field in defense mode.

So, she's trying to fill up my field, is she?

I end my turn.

It's my turn.

Draw.

I activate the Magic card, Pseudo Seed, from my hand.

This card Special Summon a level two or lower Plant-type monster from my hand.

Appear now, Dark Verdure!

And then, I release Dark Verdure!

Advance Summoning Rose Tentacles!

Rose Tentacles attacks Turret Warrior!

Thorn Whip!!

Yusei only took 100 damage!

Could that have lightened the impact!?

But that's not all.

Rose Tentacles...

...can add to the number of times it attacks equal to the number of Plant-type monsters

on my opponent's field during the start of the Battle Phase.

Wait, what?

So, it can still attack?

And, once it destroys a Plant-type monster as a result of battle,

it inflicts 300 points of damage to the opposing player.

Oh, my! Yusei has four Plant-type, Ivy Tokens, on his side of the field!

Does this mean Aki Izayoi's attacks will go on for another four times after this!?

And in addition to that, Yusei will be taking 300 due to Rose Tentacles' effect!

Plus, 300 from Ivy Token's effect when its destroyed!

He'll be taking 600 points of damage each single attack!

Yusei...

No way. Four times?

Hey, here it comes!

Rose Tentacles attacks Ivy Token!

Thorn Whip One!!

Thorn Whip Two!!

Yusei.

That's right, Aki.

Vent all of your loneliness, all of your pain, along with your hexed words.

Yusei!

Yusei!

Thorn Whip Three!!

Rejection and anger-!

This pain is indeed Izayoi crying out.

But, I can feel it.

Feel your other emotion!

This is the last attack.

Last Thorn Whip!!

You're-!

Oh, my! Aki Izayoi's manifested attacks once again erupt, sending the stadium into a massive panic!

Truly, Aki Izayoi is-!

--A witch! --A witch!

--She really is a witch! --Witch!

My...turn...

I...summon Shield Warrior...in defense mode.

I play two cards face-down to end my turn.

I finally figured it out. The other emotion...

that's aside from your rejection and your anger.

Aki Izayoi...

You enjoy destruction--that power of yours.

You feel joy in those powers.

I...enjoy destruction?

What are you grasping for? What good will it do you?

We're moving forward and we'll make sure to discover what.

Never-ending sentiments, the passionate beats of our hearts--

and the voice of truth are all what we heard.

We got busted up and we learned...

of where we can get stronger.

I pile up the dreams in my hand and one day I'll lead them all to you.

Shouting the signal for the start, we'll do what our hearts want

and vault over our cramped and mediocre lives!

We'll make a dash and attain every bit of our brilliant futures!

Embracing the bonds we so believe in, we'll go toward tomorrow to race on.

Izayoi, you take pleasure in inflicting pain.

That's right. I'm the Witch.

A frightful woman who inflicts pain and enjoys doing so.

I can reach out to her in this duel.

Next time, on Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's, "Victim Sanctuary: Become the Star Enveloping Destruction! Stardust Dragon"!

All I can do is feel...your pain...and suffering.
