Luca...Luca...

Please, come this way.

Your promise...

I don't know what you mean!

You said that you would protect the world of the Duel Monsters Spirits.

I didn't promise anything like that!

Don't do it, Sunlight Unicorn!

Well done.

No matter how far we are apart, I'll still go on.

I'm going to engrave it even deeper.

So, don't be afraid of getting hurt and...

Go forth, race through even harder

and take all of your beliefs into your embrace!

The truth always comes in ones

so sense the voice inside your heart!

Hoist your sentiments firm

and seize the signs for tomorrow!

The Spirits' World Contaminated: Evil Intent, Id the Super Demonic Lord

The forest is angry...

It's saying that fighting isn't allowed here.

Sunlight Unicorn...

No, I won't let Sunlight Unicorn die.

It's all clear. Your mind is currently in the world of the Duel Monsters Spirits, right?

I'd like it if you told me what kind of world is it.

You can do it, Luca-chan!

Don't lose!

--Luca! Luca! You can do it! You can do it! --Luca...! Luca...!

Luca is acting strange.

When Horn of the Unicorn is sent to the Cemetery, it returns to the top of my deck.

Next, I activate the Magic card, Emergency Aid, from my hand.

It can Special Summon a monster destroyed during this turn.

I revive Sunlight Unicorn.

What? Sunlight Unicorn again?

Due to Sunlight Unicorn's effect, if the top card of my deck is a Magic card, I can add it into my hand.

The top card of your deck is...

I equip Horn of the Unicorn.

I place two cards face-down to end out my turn.

Sunlight Unicorn!

I forgot. Even if that creature is destroyed, it'll still come back to life.

Hold on!

Kuribbon...

How did the forest end up like this?

The intent of the evil ones are trying to pollute the world of the Duel Monsters Spirits.

They are trying to bring the power of the spirits into its dirty clutches.

Evil ones? What do you mean?

What is that?

Luca, here. I'm here.

The voice is coming from that crag...

A dragon?

I know that dragon!

Ancient Fairy Dragon!

Luca, we meet again.

What's happening?

All done!

For you.

This place is really pretty.

Huh? Why did the flowers...

Luca, it's all because of the intent of the evil ones who are drawing near to this world of the Duel Monsters Spirits.

Eventually, the intent of the evil ones shall try to invade this world,

pollute it, and bend control of it to their pleasing.

However, there is one being which can put a stop to that.

Put a stop to?

Luca, that would be you.

Me?

This world of spirits is linked to your mind.

Your mind of good will repel away any mind of evil.

I wish for you to live with all of us in this world.

I'm so lonely...

Mom and dad are always so busy at work,

and Lua can only think about himself.

But this place is fun!

I'm gonna stay here and I'll protect all of you!

Luca...

That's right. I do remember.

I did make a promise back then. One to protect this world. But...

Luca!

Luca.

What in the world happened to these two?

Luca...Luca...Luca--

Lua! What's wrong!?

Lua-kun, y'okay!?

This looks bad. He's unconscious.

Lua!

Let's get 'im to the infirmary!

Luca...Luca...

But, back then, I heard Lua's voice.

Luca! Luca!

Lua!

That's right...I deserted all of you and ran away from here.

All because of Lua's voice, because of Lua's cries...

But, I was really afraid!

I was afraid to protect any of you, here, all by myself.

So, I tried to forget about you all and locked this world away inside my mind...

Luca!

What's going on here? Him too?

That light...!

We have a reaction! Yes, we do!

There is no doubt that Luca-chan is a Signer!

Lua!

Y'okay, Lua-kun!?

Lua!

It almost looks like they're unconscious...

It's my turn...

Draw!

W-What?

This is the world of the Duel Monsters Spirits.

For you to pull me in like this...

You really are a Signer!

Signer?

There are individuals who desire your powers.

Come now. Why not take a trip with the kind gentleman?

To a world that will properly unleash your powers.

Come now.

Why? I don't have any powers like that. So, why me!?

Just leave me alone!

Why must I protect this world? Why do you all need my power?

Lua, call out for me! Just like that one time! Bring me back home! Lua!

What's the matter, Lua?

Come on, snap out of it!

Ru-Luca...

Luca...Luca...

Lua? Lua? I'm right here!

Please, bring me back home!

Luca...Luca...

Where are you, Lua?

Luca...Luca...

Luca...Luca...

Lua, bring me back!

I can't. I was watching.

You made a promise with them, didn't you?

Lua!

I want to be strong like Yusei.

Luca...

I'll protect you, so you have to protect that world, Luca.

Lua...

I will...I will...

Luca's eyes...

I will protect this world! I will protect Kuribbon and everyone else!

Reverse card, open! Gallitrap - Pixie Circle!

If there are two or more monsters on my side of the field,

the opposing player cannot attack the monster on my field with the lowest attack power!

I won't let you attack Kuribbon anymore!

In that case, I activate the Permanent Magic, Wave of Mal-Intent, from my hand!

Whenever a monster on my field is destroyed by battle,

the opposing player receives 300 points of damage!

Id the Super Demonic Lord attacks Sunlight Unicorn!

Violent Egoism!!

That hurt, little deary.

But, you will be taking on this pain for yourself!

Wave of Mal-Intent's effect activates!

I can take it...

How much longer will your brave front hold?

I activate the Magic card, Mental Contamination!

Its allowed to activate in the turn a monster is destroyed.

It can destroy one Magic or Trap card on my opponent's side of the field!

Kuribbon's guard was disabled!

During this End Phase, Id the Super Demonic Lord will be revived.

I end my turn.

It's my turn. Draw!

And now,

since Kuribbon's attack power is still changed,

you will take on Immortal Homeostasis' effect!

300 points of damage!

Even if I attack and destroy his monster, it'll all just lead to suffering.

What should I do?

I place one card face-down,

and then, activate the Magic card, Healing Winds, from my hand!

I regain 200 Life Points for each monster on the field.

I end my turn.

To tell the truth, your powers are of no concern to me.

I would be satisfied with just being able to defeat you!

I would be satisfied with seeing the look on your--the spirits'--this world's face as it suffers!

This all...This man...he's a bad person!

I can't let him do this! I can't!

Id the Super Demonic Lord attacks Kuribbon!

Suffer, Kuribbon!

Violent Egoism!!

I won't let you! Trap card, open! Fairy Winds!

It destroys all face-up Magic and Trap cards on the field, aside from this card!

What!?

Both players then take 400 points of damage for each card destroyed by this card's effect.

Now that your Equipment Magic is gone, Kuribbon's attack power returns to 300.

Battle resumes!

It's back to 300, but what good is it!?

I will devour that spirit!!

Kuribbon's Monster Effect!

By returning Kuribbon to my hand when its targeted with an attack,

it reduces that monster's Battle Damage to 0, and that monster's player

regains Life Points equal to the attack power of the monster targeted by the effect.

You won't lay a hand on Kuribbon or anybody in this world!

I'll just contaminate your little world, then!

Ancient Fairy Dragon is angry!

It's so angry at that man that it doesn't even realize that its being hurt!

If I don't do something, that man will...

Please, Ancient Fairy Dragon! Settle your anger!

If I just end this duel...

Reverse card, Mischief of Oberon!

It negates any effects that recover Life Points and both players receive damage equal to that amount!

The intent of the evil one who sealed me away...That...

Where is he?

Thank goodness...

Where is Lua?

Lua! Am I ever glad.

Huh? Where am I?

You fainted and collapsed!

Huh!? I did!?

Feels like I've been dreaming. If only I remembered what it was...

You're just too much.

Oh, right. What's up with Luca?

Look there.

The first consolation game...

...has ended in fierce tie!

It's a double elimination...

Eh!?

Don't worry. I'll protect your world.

I'll be okay. I can walk by myself.

Do whatever you want.

That kid also has a birthmark...

What are you grasping for? What good will it do you?

We're moving forward and we'll make sure to discover what.

Never-ending sentiments, the passionate beats of our hearts--

and the voice of truth are all what we heard.

We got busted up and we learned...

of where we can get stronger.

I pile up the dreams in my hand and one day I'll lead them all to you.

Shouting the signal for the start, we'll do what our hearts want

and vault over our cramped and mediocre lives!

We'll make a dash and attain every bit of our brilliant futures!

Embracing the bonds we so believe in, we'll go toward tomorrow to race on.

Luca and I go looking for Lua after he goes missing.

And there appears my opponent for tomorrow, Bomber.

Bomber asks for my reasons for fighting and I answer him.

"I'm fighting for my hometown!"

We're going to settle things by clashing our beliefs. This duel goes towards that!

Next time, on Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's, "Uncompromisable Feelings: My Mission is With My Hometown"!

Riding Duel! Acceleration!!
