Nowhere in the world

"Where can I go, for healing?

I left a trail of buried
albatross from coast to coast.

So, everyday, I grew lighter
and greedier for life.

It's a lovely thing to seek

the basic deeper
meanings of life,

but respect for each
other and for the law

which protects us from each
other cannot be flouted.

It is the judgement
of this court

that you be sentenced
to ten days in jail.

permanently absent

within the next hour.

If at any future

within the limits of
