When I was growing up
during the Great Depression,

connected us with the rest of the world

where a fateful decision was
to be made by a new friend,

I've long been torn as to
the subject of my first sermon.

Somewhere I read a story
about Christ and the children.

Picture Jesus Christ
surrounded by children.

One on his knee

and a little girl with her
baby brother in her arms.

Christ is talking to them.

He's telling one of
your Bible stories.
