Dear Malathy...

Here's a secret recipe for a spicy
but not hot chicken curry.

Resembles Thai cooking as it uses coconut milk.

Powder the following together.

Turmeric powder quarter teaspoon
chilly powder half teaspoon
coriander powder one teaspoon.

Cumin seed 1.5 teaspoons.
Cloves five to six.
Cardamom one.

Cinnamon sticks two to three.
Clean the chicken pieces
mix it with one table spoon of salt...

and two pieces of lime juice and keep it
aside for half an hour.

Add the coconut milk and curry leaves
heat oil in a thick bottomed vessel,

add chopped onion ginger garlic and green chillies
and brown it. Add the powdered masala and fry it for a minute.

Add the chicken pieces and stir it
till the juices from the pieces come out.

Cover and cook for about half an hour.

To impress ignoramuses you can garnish
the otherwise fine curry with some leaves from the garden.

you the above mentioned chicken curry and...

other exciting stuff like the
oink oink pork curry where you marinate
pork overnight.
