After that. everybody knew there was
bad blood between Baker and me.

Things finally came to a head
a few days later.

I ordered him not to fill in
the pillars with cement...

...until I had a chance to put a gauge
on the steel reinforcements.

I got there and every form
was full of cement.

He had poured during the night.

I was determined he wouldn't
get away with it...

...so I started out to look for him.

Baker. I've had enough
of this runaround.

and get this job stopped cold.

Something fishy's going on here
and I’m gonna find out about it.

When the police searched the place
