those scouts were standing
in front of Captain Flint

reporting to him the gold was gone,

on its way back to Spain.

The two scouts reported to me

what they had observed on the beach,

what had driven them to leave
their post ahead of schedule

and return to Nassau
with the utmost haste.

That a tropical disease had
befallen the Spanish camp.

The Urca gold is on that beach

exactly where we left it.
