Whether or not autonomy comes,

Tibet lives in the hearts of many,

and, so, can never die.

Perhaps in this way, the Lama
did achieve his purpose.

Now other purposes can flourish,

perhaps not ones
beneficial only to Tibetans,

but to all mankind.
