(male narrator) Close by Jellystone Park a circus train en route
to the big city waits on the siding
for an express to go by when suddenly..
Hey, you guys, look, the bear is gone.
'He broke the door down and got away.'
After him, quick, he's the star act of our show.
Don't worry, boss. We'll follow his footprints
and bring him back.
[growling]
[snoring]
The footprints lead right into that cave.
Let's be careful now, 'cause he's a mean one.
[snoring]
(male #1) 'Good, he's sleepin'.'
'Hand me the rubber pacifier.'
clang
'Now he won't give us no more trouble.'
'Now, let's get back, before he comes too.'
(male #2) 'Right.'
I wonder where Yogi is.
I didn't hear him leave.
I better go find him. He's my best friend.
What a dream I'm havin'.
Wait till I wake up and tell Boo-Boo about this.
[laughing]
- 'Hey, Yogi.' - Boo-Boo.
What are you doin' in my dream?
- Go find your own dream. - But, Yogi..
Okay, okay, okay, as long as you're here, be my guest.
Oh, it's no dream, Yogi.
We're on a circus train.
Look at that hat.
It doesn't do a thing for me.
[crashing]
[train chugging]
We're moving, Yogi.
Instead of runnin' away with the circus
the circus is runnin' away with us.
Look, Boob, they're ready to put on a show.
Let's go home, Yogi.
Come on, bear, get in the parade.
Now, you hear that, Boob?
He wants me in the parade.
Please, Yogi, let's go home.
Not when I can be in a parade.
Havin' fun, Boo-Boo?
Oh, Yogi, the parade's over. Let's go home.
(Yogi) 'The circus life is just gettin' in my blood, Boo-Boo.'
But lead on, it's home we go.
Hey bear...and just where do you think you're goin'?
Well, uh, back to Jellystone, sir.
Oh, no, you don't. No more Jellystone for you.
The show must go on, and you're the star.
Look at your billing.
"Star attraction.
'The world famous bear in death defying feats."'
I'm the star, shee.
How good could I beat a drum?
The man said we couldn't go back to Jellystone.
Who needs Jellystone when my public awaits.
All the same, Yogi.
I bet things are quiet without us at Jellystone.
chomp chomp chomp
The nerve of that Yogi, filching outta picnic baskets
'after I warned him.'
Yogi, put that food back.
[growls]
How dare you rarr at me!
I'll teach you a lesson, Yogi Bear.
Okay, Yogi, you asked for it.
(Mr. Ranger) 'Put me down, Yogi, put me down.'
[crashing]
[growling]
Hello, hello, ranger station.
Send a couple of men down to section two.
Rogue bear on the loose.
[siren wailing]
[tires screeching]
[sniffing]
I smell potato salad.
Then he's around here for sure.
[growling]
[crashing]
Hey, put that car door down.
crash
Emergency! All men needed to catch Yogi.
Last seen leavin' the park.
(male #3) 'Come on, bear, make your dive.'
What're you waitin' for?
There's plenty of water in the bottle.
I can't look, Yogi.
I'm going home.
I'm with you Boo-Boo-o-o!
Nothin' to it so far.
thud
[splashing]
[bubbling]
And they said it couldn't be done.
What're you scared of?
You've looped the loop a hundred times before.
I have? You think I'd remember a little thing like that?
Well, just remember, don't put on the brakes.
Right, no brakes.
One, two, go.
Some kinda mistake has been made here, that's it.
You didn't count to three.
Just hold everything.
Somebody goofed.
screech screech
thud
I know, I know.
Don't put on the brakes.
- But are you sure, boss man? - Of course, I'm sure.
The odds are all with you.
There's 170 million people in the country..
- Right? - Right.
(male #4) 'And last year not one person'
'was injured gettin' shot out of a canon.'
Then it's alrighty right with me.
I just wanted the round facts first.
Okay, bear, ready?
Certainly, not.
Don I get the usual blind fold?
(male #3) 'Aim at the net.'
Uh, could I say a couple a hundred, uh, farewell words?
(male #3) 'Fire.'
boom
I wonder if this could be construed.
As shootin' bears out of season.
thud thud
- Are you hurt, Yogi? - Don't be silly, Boob.
How could anyone get hurt gettin' shot out of a canon?
[growling]
- Who was that, Yogi? - I don't know, Boo-Boo.
But it was thoughtful of him to return my chapeau.
Or is mine still at Jellystone?
Let's go home, Yogi, and find out.
(male #5) 'Attention, all rangers, police and state troopers.'
'Yogi Bear headed toward Jellystone on Highway 42.'
I'm sure glad we're almost home, Yogi.
Boo-Boo, they missed us.
They're comin' to greet us.
What a welcome.
State troopers, policemen.
- And the air force. - Hey, fellows, here I am.
- 'Hey, over here.' - 'Here, no. We got him now.'
- 'Tied him up.' - 'Battle now.'
- 'Just ropin' on him.' - 'Alright.'
Don't worry, Yogi.
The 60 days will go fast.
That's not what's got me worried Boo-Boo.
There's talk of sellin' me, to a circus.
Oh, boy.
