But when the girls stopped working, the factory didn't make any money,

so eventually the boss had to give in.

Matron's desperate for us to impress Melrose.

So if we refuse to sing until she gets Winterson back,

she'd have to give in!

Matron would just punish us.

She can't punish everyone. If we're together, we're protected.

We'll outnumber her, like, 30 to one.

So how do we get the other 22 onside?
