Who are you?

Well...

Master,

the Young Master's driver is dead.

We found a photo left by the murderer at the scene.

It's of the Young Master.

Find a new batch

of servants for the house.

Call Mr. Gao.

What you need to protect

isn't just my son's safety

but also what he's working on.

Mr. Lin,

thank you very much for your trust in me.

I have someone else

for this mission.

Zhong Xiaonan,

born in 1992

and originally from Shandong,

is a two-time consecutive

National Lightweight Mixed Martial Arts Champion.

Later, she was selected into the SWAT unit

for outstanding marksmanship.

She received A plus ratings

in solo combat, emergency guarding,

and mixed firearm shooting.

Promoted to sergeant in August 2016,

she participated in six local operations,

arresting five suspects

and neutralizing three.

[Lianfa Seafood]

Yang!

The restock is here.

Be careful.

Can you wrap this up for me? I'd like this fish.

Thank you, Long.

Count it carefully.

You always want cash,

and I have to go to the bank every time for it.

So annoying.

Sorry for the trouble, Long.

- Thank you. - Take care.

Why are you following me?

You are really good.

Is this the best

Zhong Hechen's men can do?

You know whose man I am?

When your dad was the captain,

I served under him for six years.

I've come to you

[Gao Bin]

To ask you

to protect an important client for me.

You've got the wrong person.

This sum of money should be enough to cover her medical bills.

What did the doctor say?

The doctor said

if she doesn't have surgery within two weeks,

she won't be able to walk.

Wenwen!

Wenwen!

Wenwen!

Wenwen!

Wenwen!

Don't scare me, Wenwen!

Wenwen!

[Gao Bin]

Lin Zihao is the biological genetics expert

at Shuangta whom you need to protect,

Lin Heng's only son.

A mistaken killing?

The local police believe it was a mistaken killing,

but it's actually a warning to Lin and his son.

His father is hesitating

about whether to collaborate with the Huayao Group.

If the collaboration happens,

the market for some expensive medicines will be shaken.

So many people...

want to make things difficult for the Lin family.

Seven days.

You only need to protect him for seven days. The meeting to officially sign

the cooperation agreement will be held in seven days.

[Zhong Xiaonan]

[Zhong Xiaonan]

Are you Mr. Tetu?

I'm Zhong Xiaonan.

Well, didn't Mr. Gao tell you...

Gao Bin sent me here.

Let's go.

Okay, okay.

Ms. Zhong,

this is your first time at Shuangta, right?

Master has specially asked me

to fully cooperate with you

for the next seven days.

Thank you.

By the way,

Ms. Zhong.

Well...

later,

the Young Master will definitely react

to this arrangement of Master.

Well...

Ms. Zhong, please understand.

Don't take offense.

My duty is to ensure his safety.

The rest has nothing to do with me.

Ms. Zhong, please wait a moment.

Uncle Tu, you're back.

Young Master,

this is the bodyguard that Master has found for you.

Is this really necessary?

Didn't the police already say it was a home robbery?

I don't know what he's even thinking,

hiring a woman.

Hello, Mr. Lin.

I'm your bodyguard, Zhong Xiaonan.

Hello, Ms. Zhong.

I don't need your protection.

My contract

has been effective since the moment I saw you.

For the next seven days,

your safety is fully under my responsibility,

which began three minutes

and twenty-four seconds ago.

Ms. Zhong.

Thank you very much.

But you can clock out now.

Mr. Lin,

it's not up to you to decide when I clock out.

I need to ensure...

that you are within my sight 24/7.

Send her back.

I don't need a woman to protect me.

Ms. Zhong, I'm sorry.

You didn't tell him I'm a woman?

What's the situation now?

First, he doesn't think there's any danger.

Second, he doesn't want protection from a woman.

You are Zhong Xiaonan.

I believe you can handle him.

Ms. Zhong, what's going on?

When did these people start working here?

After Young Master's driver died,

the Master said to replace all of the servants with new ones.

We can't stay here anymore.

We should leave here now.

I'll just grab some clothes.

Forget the clothes.

Wait.

This car isn't safe anymore.

There are other cars in the garage.

I'll go get one.

All the vehicles may be tracked.

Then, what should we do?

Young Master,

you'll have to bear with it.

Thank you, Ma'am! Thank you, Ma'am!

Why are you both looking at me? Where are we going?

[Wah Long Hotel]

Wait, we're staying here?

Trust Ms. Zhong.

No, it's not about whether I trust her or not.

Wait.

Uncle Tu.

Let's go.

Can we go somewhere else?

Well.

W-W-We...

It stinks!

I'm taking a shower.

Ms. Zhong,

these are the clothes for the Young Master.

Where is the Young Master?

He's taking a shower.

Ms. Zhong.

Thanks to you today.

By the way,

I've already called the police,

and they'll be sending police to protect us soon.

Also, Ms. Zhong.

Our Young Master has a bad temper.

He's always like this.

Please don't take it to heart.

Actually,

he is a very kind person.

Whether he's kind or simple has nothing to do with me.

I'm paid to protect him,

so I'm just doing my job.

You must be hungry.

I... I'll go buy something to eat.

Well, what's wrong?

Let go of him!

Young Master!

Uncle Tu.

Young Master, are you alright?

Sheriff Du,

my men were taken down once more by that new bodyguard.

Think of something for me.

How many times have I caught you already?

[Royal Maualeng Police]

What kind of captain are you?

You sent so many people out and still didn't catch any of them.

Watch your attitude.

I don't care about your excuses!

Come on. What else do you want to say?

I know you're sad right now,

but we need to deal with the current situation first.

What are you two doing? Come inside and make a statement.

Are you there?

I'm already on the stairs.

The car has been arranged.

Take him to the safe house behind the mountain.

Keep an eye on him.

What?

Now?

Yes.

Now.

How many times do I have to tell you

that I don't know them?

You're the police. Check it yourselves.

[Royal Maualeng Police]

Please remain calm.

We're police, and we don't need you

to tell us how to do our jobs.

Sir, this is their statement.

Sit down.

Young man, calm down. Sit down.

Sit.

I'm Peter from Team D9 of the Criminal Investigation Unit.

We're now taking over this case.

Since you've never met these two gunmen,

how did you know something was off about them?

Based on my gut feeling.

And you are?

I'm Mr. Lin's bodyguard.

I don't need a bodyguard.

Mr. Lin.

Don't worry.

From now on,

we'll take full responsibility for your safety.

Take me with you.

I must stay with him 24/7.

Looks like you've been fired.

You're no longer needed.

Where are we going now?

Mr. Lin.

Don't worry.

I'll make sure you get to a safe place.

Which route are you taking?

Seems wrong, right?

Bro,

which team are you with?

Who's your Senior Officer?

Shut up and sit still.

Stop the car!

Stop the car!

[Police]

Help!

Help!

Thank you, my dear friend.

I'll take care of the rest.

[New Message; To Lin Heng]

[Sending]

[Your email has been successfully sent.]

Mr. Lin.

Shouldn't you consider

about the cooperation?

Take good care of my son.

Then I'll agree to cooperate with you.

I'll contact you tomorrow.

I'm Mr. Lin's bodyguard.

I must stay with him 24/7.

I don't need it.

Aren't you responsible for keeping Lin Zihao safe?

Where is he?

Someone in the car is impersonating the police.

Let's go.

Eat up.

Make two more skewers.

It'll be ready soon.

Are you done?

Right away.

Come on. Cheers.

Come on, let's drink.

We have to continue tomorrow.

After work tomorrow,

let's meet at the usual place.

Big brother.

Let me tell you.

Go and see what's going on.

Okay.

Are you okay?

I'm fine.

Hello.

Come out.

I'm coming.

Where are you?

I want you to bring him back,

not to kill him.

Understand?

Shut up.

I want to kill that Chinese woman.

Nana.

Nana.

Where are you taking us?

Answer me.

Go back to the police station.

I can't.

This happened

because we went to the police station.

Ms. Zhong.

Tell me then,

where should we go now?

We can't go back to the police station.

There's a problem within the police force.

Can you listen to me?

No.

Ms. Zhong.

Mr. Lin's current condition

is not what I want to see.

No matter what,

the police station is still the safest place now.

I told you

there's something wrong within the police force.

I know.

If there's a safety problem at the police station,

The police station is the safest place now.

Who will take responsibility? You?

Where else can we go? Tell me!

I know where to go.

Shut up!

What you're doing now

is seriously threatening the safety

of my client and me.

Do you understand?

Let go.

Let go!

Are you crazy?

Enough!

[Du Er]

Where are you now?

Sir,

something happened today.

But...

we are all safe now.

Why didn't you report to me?

Is Lin Zihao with you?

I'm asking you.

Is Lin Zihao with you?

Yes, sir.

Peter.

Peter!

[Tracking]

Officer,

I've emphasized again and again

there's something wrong within the police force.

Let me tell you.

Those impersonators

must have something to do

with this person called Du Er.

Are you done?

Ms. Zhong,

please respect our police system.

Even if there are issues within our police department,

there's definitely nothing wrong with Senior Officer Du Er!

Are you sure?

If there's really something wrong with him...

If there's really something wrong with him,

he...

Mr. Lin,

wouldn't have lived until now!

You took such a big risk

for such a small amount of money.

Is it worth it?

Young Master Lin.

In this world,

not everyone is like you

who doesn't worry about money.

For some people,

money

is life.

Half a month.

If she doesn't do the surgery,

she won't be able to walk.

Mom, I want to go back to school.

Okay, when you get better,

let's go back to school, okay?

She's not even ten years old.

Her life

shouldn't be spent on a wheelchair.

Let me take you to a place.

Over there.

Hurry. Over there.

A few of you come over here.

Nothing.

Nothing.

What about you?

Did you find anything?

They're gone.

Search carefully.

Little rats.

You escape quite fast.

[Police]

[No smoking]

Let's go.

The experiment will be completed soon.

Those people

want to steal my original research information.

This way.

Time is running out.

We can only rely on ourselves.

These materials on the development process

can't fall into their hands.

We must destroy it.

She was an excellent SWAT.

Did she die in action?

[Police]

Xiaonan.

You have to understand me.

I understand.

I understand.

[SWAT]

But you don't.

What it means

if I take off this uniform.

He must've done that

because he loves you

and didn't want to lose you.

I chose to be a SWAT

to inherit her police ID.

In this way,

I think she can be with me forever.

Ms. Zhong.

You're so brave.

Why are they here?

[Shanheng Pharmaceutical and Huayao Biotechnology] [Strategic Cooperation] [Signing Ceremony]

Shanheng Pharmaceutical is happy

to achieve cooperation with Huayao Biotechnology.

This is not a difficult decision to make,

but it went through a difficult process.

Dad.

I'm going to say hello to Mr. Gao.

Mr. Lin,

I've heard a lot about you. We finally meet.

Nice to meet you, Mr. Gao.

What's wrong?

Are you looking for your bodyguard?

I thought she would come.

By the way,

I found a Shanghai-based expert for Wen.

How is she doing?

Since you've returned to China,

why don't you take a look yourself?

[Fortune]

The local police

have arrested Ju Yuanxi and his men.

My experimental results

have been handed over to the Huayao Group.

My mission has been completed successfully.

You don't need a bodyguard anymore.

I plan to stay in China.
