(Episode 13: Escape)

(Fictional anime set in a fantasy world. Parental guidance for underage viewers.)

Old Man Yun,

you summoned all of us in a hurry.

What could possibly be this urgent?

(Head of Feixiong Blade School, Yun Tiansheng, Peak of Triple Qi Blood)

If the survival of the Warrior Alliance was not at stake,

I would not have bothered everyone.

(Loot at Mount Tai from Huishan)

The head of Tiesha Fist School is usually punctual.

Why isn't he here yet?

Is he drunk again?

(Head of Tiesha Fist School)

What are you doing?

I'm sure everyone is aware of the recent situation.

The Seven Family Alliance are eliminating their rivals fanatically.

I'm afraid the fate of Yonghe Escort Agency and the Guan family

might soon befall us.

(Head of Xiangzhu Fist School, Head of Bat Fist School)

Old Man Yun, do you have a way to counter this?

I hired someone

to help us.

Young Master,

please come in.

I am Hong Ran from Hong Fortress.

Greetings, everyone.

(Head of Whirlwind Kick School, Head of Leopard Fist School)

Hong Fortress?

It seems like you have a close relationship with Hong Fortress.

Old Man Zheng,

I know the rules of the Warrior Alliance.

I just want to present you with a contingency plan.

A contingency plan? You are taking sides.

You must be Master Zheng of Huishan Fist School.

You're mistaken, sir.

I'm here today

to offer a proposal

on behalf of my family.

The Warrior Alliance is free

to join Hong Fortress any time.

Hong Fortress should know

that the Warrior Alliance never relies on any factions,

and is prohibited from participating in any disputes.

Therefore,

if the Warrior Alliance joins Hong Fortress,

Hong Fortress will never ask the alliance to do anything,

or affect the alliance's independence.

I'm sorry but I don't understand

Hong Fortress's kindness.

There are many things that you don't know.

The Seven Family Alliance has been poaching the Warrior Alliance's members.

Do you think

Hong Fortress doesn't have a way to counter this?

Those who stand with the Seven Family Alliance

are enemies of Hong Fortress.

I don't want to fight against the Warrior Alliance,

so I suggest all of you leave this place.

This is beneficial for both of us.

Young Master Hong is right.

If we stay in Feiye City,

we will have a hard time surviving.

He entices us with sweet promises,

but once we join Hong Fortress,

we will have no choice but to obey them.

I can understand your concerns,

but what Hong Fortress can do

is to help all of you leave Feiye City.

Gentlemen,

the best way to avoid a feud

is to stay away from it as soon as possible.

Whether you join Hong Fortress or not,

you can decide for yourselves.

I think Young Master Hong is right.

Leaving the battlefield is our priority.

We can discuss the rest later.

This matter will affect everything else.

We must be cautious.

Otherwise, we will be in deep trouble

if we make a wrong move.

You are right,

but I'm sure all of you have witnessed this.

Residents of Feiye City are living in misery

under the Seven Family Alliance's rule.

Many noble families in the inner city

were wiped out because they refused to surrender.

Right now,

only the Jiang family survives among the Three Great Families.

Gentlemen,

who do you think will be their next target?

I'm not trying to frighten all of you,

but this is exactly what the Seven Family Alliance is doing.

Otherwise, they wouldn't have forced the Guan family into a corner

right after they eliminated the Guans' in-laws, the Cheng family.

If any of you still think you have time to spare,

you might regret your complacency soon.

It's terrible!

Master!

I was told just now

that the head of Tiesha Fist School has been killed by the Seven Family Alliance

on his way here.

(Huishan Martial Arts School) Since the school's establishment,

I have set some strict rules

and asked every disciple to obey them.

There is a dishonorable

and unforgivable disciple among us.

He squandered my teachings away.

I've decided

to expel Xiao Ran,

who has colluded

with Seven Family Alliance to hurt his peers.

He will never be allowed to step foot into Huishan Martial Arts School again.

Apart from that,

Wei He has achieved Triple Qi Blood successfully.

I've decided

to elect him as the heir of Huishan Martial Arts School.

Thank you for your guidance, Master.

Wei He,

what's with your levity?

It's rare to see a Triple Qi Blood disciple from our sect.

I will invite all leaders in the Warrior Alliance here

to celebrate Wei He's achievement three days later.

I will use the occasion to announce that he is appointed as the next heir.

Go and train.

Yes.

Zheng Qing.

Wei He.

Jiang Su.

Stay and prepare for the celebration.

Listen well.

You must carry out in secret

the task I'm about to give you.

Don't tell anyone why.

Understood?

If Wei He wasn't there,

we would have already usurped the Jiang family.

Zheng Fugui would make me the heir of the school,

and I could easily take down the Warrior Alliance.

But it's okay.

I now have an excuse to join the Seven Family Alliance

and serve the alliance.

What do you think about Huishan Martial Arts School

and its celebration?

Zheng Fugui has always been petty and low profile,

but he's organizing a banquet

during this sensitive period.

I find it strange.

I've asked Master Han to plan accordingly.

All right.

I'll send another squad your way.

Keep a close eye on Huishan Martial Arts School.

If they

or the Warrior Alliance revolt,

you'll get rid of them.

Yes.

Once you get rid of the Warrior Alliance,

you will be a benefactor to the Seven Family Alliance.

Yan is no longer around.

You need to

work hard.

I have high hopes for you.

Feixiong Blade School from Yunsuding is here!

Bat Fist School from Dongshanding is here!

Whirlwind Kick School from Nanshanding is here!

Wei He.

Wei He,

come here.

Come,

Wei He.

Introduce yourself to everyone.

Greetings to all masters,

and martial brothers, I am Wei He.

Old Man Zheng,

your disciple doesn't look like a Triple Qi Blood expert.

Are you sure you didn't make a wrong decision?

Uncle Yun,

you can't say that.

My father isn't as blind as you.

You

still don't respect the elderly.

Martial artists like us

often need to prove our worth.

If you think Wei He is not good enough,

it's all right.

Come up and fight him

so that he learns modesty.

Wei He,

I leave this place to you.

The reputation of our school

is now in your hands.

I look forward to my lessons.

(Whirlwind Kick School, Cheng Xi) I am Cheng Xi, Whirlwind Kick School's disciple.

Greetings, Wei He.

Cheng Xi,

after you.

Peak of Double Qi Blood.

Cheng Xi, bravo!

Everyone is in position.

We have men positioned at the southwestern gate, which is closest to the school.

There's nothing unusual at the moment.

Understood.

Go inside and keep an eye on them.

Report immediately if you find anything.

Forgive me.

Wei He,

you are strong.

Old Man Yun,

Does my disciple look like a Triple Qi Blood expert now?

Zhou Jihan.

Aren't you close to achieving Triple Qi Blood?

Go and experience the might of a true Triple Qi Blood expert.

Yes, sir.

(Feixiong Blade School, Zhou Jihan) I am Zhou Jihan, disciple of Feixiong Blade School.

Greetings.

After you.

Father, is Feixiong Blade a blade technique or a palm technique?

To be precise,

it is a palm technique combined with a blade technique.

When combined with Feixiong Blade School's Horizontal Body Technique,

every palm strike will be as sharp as a blade and as powerful as a bear.

It's extraordinary indeed.

However, Zhou Jihan is still lacking

if he wants to defeat Wei He.

Enough.

I look forward to our future exchange, Jihan.

Right.

Old Man Yun,

what do you think of my disciple's skill as a Triple Qi Blood expert?

All right.

Let the young people spar.

We should go inside and drink.

The celebration will begin

when the auspicious hour arrives.

All right.

I'm dying for a drink.

Let's go.

I almost fell asleep.

Hahaha.

Old Man Yun.

Enough of your tantrum.

Come with us.

I am Long Shan, disciple of Leopard Fist School from Jiujieding.

(Leopard Fist School, Long Shan) Greetings, Wei He.

Martial brother,

everyone has arrived.

The banquet will be held in the city.

Follow my instructions later.

You've infiltrated my school for so long.

Have you finally decided to betray me today?

He is from Seven Family Alliance.

I think they are ready to strike.

In that case,

we don't need to wait two more hours.

Let's take action immediately.

Hold it. Prepare to retreat.

Disciples of Whirlwind Kick School, follow me!

Disciples of Bat Fist School, come with me.

Disciples of Feixiong Blade School,

come with me immediately!

Yes!

Do you remember everything I said?

You have 15 minutes

to bring your luggage and your family to the courtyard.

We will depart immediately.

Go. Hurry.

Yes!

Ying!

He,

I'm done packing.

Let's go.

Go!

What's the matter?

Alliance Master.

The Warrior Alliance...

The Warrior Alliance has sided with Hong Fortress.

What?

Did you stop them?

The celebration was just a pretext for them to gather everyone.

They outnumber us.

Our men guarding outside Huishan Martial Arts School

can't hold them back.

There are many casualties.

I almost couldn't make it back alive.

We must send some experts to go after them.

Otherwise, they will seek shelter in Hong Fortress.

(I lift my head and see the dense foliage, I lean and hear the roaring streams.)

(The scene before me is a picturesque mirage, I may lose myself in this beautiful dream.)

Send someone to inform Master Han.

We strike now.
