The vicissitudes between life and death

is said to the child

The universe is uncertain

Go to the mountains and rivers together

Predestined success or failure to seize power

In the desolate sea of clouds, there is a sense of compassion

there's you, there's me

to seal and judge this good and evil

Moonlight pouring into the city, three trunks of karma fire

Heretical evil demons will be frightened when they see me

Treading on this difficult and dangerous thought of fortune and misfortune

No matter the wind or rain, we will make a soul contract

Reincarnation changes again and again, warnings are like blood

It has resounded in other worlds for ten thousand years and will never end

I've traveled all over the wilderness, but I've intruded into the another world

The myths of the ages linger around

Murmurs that remains unchanged for years

Doting everything alone, a single deep glance is forever

The Charm of Soul Pets

Remember to follow

Episode Nine

Jia Ming, you really are useless

Jia Ming, you really are useless Su Yu Eldest son of Blue Nightmare Palace Master

Su Yu Eldest son of Blue Nightmare Palace Master Today's position, is finally mine without a doubt

Today's position, is finally mine without a doubt

Jia Ming Nightmare Palace Young Expert

He's worthy of being the number one crazed person in the Nightmare Palace. He does have the ability

Yeah

Lord Xia

You don't seem to be a man that dwadles

What's the delay in delivering the results?

Is there anyone more suitable for this position than me?

Feng Xiang Xia Guanghan's attendant Just wait a bit longer

Feng Xiang Xia Guanghan's attendant

Lord Xia, my time is valuable too

but you can give me a reason

I, Su Yu, am still willing to wait

Is he's crazy?

Even if he has the entire Blue Nightmare Palace backing him

to speak to Lord Xia like this isn't it too

Remember what I have told you

there's a strong contender

If this person is still alive

this position may not be yours

What's this "if he is still alive"?

A man whose life hangs in the balance

is qualified to compete with me?

Ice Winged Tiger?

What is going on? Isn't that Lord Xia's

That's right

Lord Xia, you mean him?

If you don't want to give me the position, just say so.

There's no need for this nonsense

Lord Xia, even if it is really him

I'm not even interested

in fighting someone that reeks of stench

Lord Xia

Do you want me to take Chu Mu to clean up?

Why does a mere attendant have to butt in?

I don't have time to wait for this guy to clean up

If it is a fight

then let's start

What the hell do you think you are?

You don't even know the proper etiquette

Ignoring that you didn't pay respects when you arrived

How dare you speak nonsense?

I only know how to fight

Blue Nightmare Fifth stage, third level

Lord Xia

When I fight it is always without restraint

I might accidentally injure your man

Go ahead, if you can injure him

So it's not a life and death match

A mere fifth stage, ninth level Ice Air Fairy

want to use attribute restraint against me?

Handling this sort of trash

will only take three minutes

Ice-white and flawless

both pupils are unadulterated

this Ice Air Fairy is indeed extraordinary

Good, good, you still have some ability

A pity

I'll prove Lord Xia is wrong

Ning

Let's counterattack

The surrounding frost weakens the flames

Blue Nightmare! Go and fight close combat

Flashy tricks T/N: huá ér bù shí is an idiom that the flowers are beautiful but do not bear fruit; it is a metaphor for something that looks good but is not practical

I'm going to turn your Ice Air Fairy into a puddle of cold water

Reckless T/N; Chu Mu is saying the latter half of an idiom - "Courageous but without strategy" it is used to describe people who do things or fight wars recklessly without using any strategy.

Ning! Overlaying Ice Air Dance!

Overlaying elemental skill

This Ice Air Fairy is not only highly perceptive

it's also trained very hard

Heh, with this little ability

dare to compete against my Blue Nightmare?

Demon Flame Whirlpool!

Ning! Prepare yourself!

So slow in using your skill

it's too late!

Unable to withstand a single blow

There's a skill

called Ice Mirror

Blue Nightmare! Get out of there quickly!

The use of skills and combat awareness

you are practically worse than some Soul Disciples

How can this be?

How can I, Su Yyu, lose?

Preaching to me?

You don't have the qualifications

The match is limited to one soul pet

no replacement is allowed

Su Yu

you've lost so horribly

The new kid actually won

There's also a Six-Tailed Demon Fox

I've never seen anything so impressive

If this wasn't a competition

You and your soul pet have died no less than ten times

Lord Xia, may I ask who this man is?

All of us have never heard of him

Know of Eternal Ocean's Prison Island?

How can this be? I don't think he is even twenty yet

If that's the case, wouldn't this have broken Lord Xia's record?

That's right

Father! That bastard is so arrogant!

You must not let him off lightly

Better look to yourself first

When I was up there when I saw you embarrassed yourself

I've already made plans

Tian Ji

go and suppress that boy

Tian Ji Nightmare Palace Young Expert

Three years ago you said

I would be free if I got out of Prison Island

Now I'd like to get back to the family first

So anxious to leave?

Hold it right there!

That's Tian Ji!

Isn't he the trusted aide of the Blue Nightmare Palace Master?

Even if Chu Mu won against Su Yu

It's hard to compare with him

Today I met an expert

Tian Ji is thrilled at the prospect of a hunt T/N: Idiom - when you see others doing something that you used to like, you can't help but want to try it

I requesting Lord Xia to permit us to fight

Naturally, this result is not counted in the competition for the position

and it won't get in the way of your task

There's no issue

Don't you hate ordinary sparring?

I also kill to sharpen my skills

You and I can fight without any restrictions

Of course, I can wait for you to rest for a while

to restore back to your most optimal state

There's no need, if you want to fight then do it now

Very well

I respect your disposition

I’ll try my hardest not to kill you

The same goes for me

Ning

Place Ice Armor on the Demon Tree

Demon Flame! Target the Demon Tree Warrior!

It's enough to start with the usual strength

Not bad defensive capabilities

but still easy to break through

Nightmares! First deal with the Demon Tree Warrior!

As expected

he started with the weaker party

Demon Tree! Take Root!

Ning! Stay in the air!

Use Flaming Meteor! Smash down the Ice Air Fairy!

Ignore it!

Nightmares!

Directly attack the soul pet master

It's a good thing I was on guard against you

Ning, Ice Sword

Blue Nightmare! Dodge!

Splendid!

It's been a long time since anyone Lu Lishan Nightmare Palace, Eighth Titled Strong Expert Youth

Lu Lishan Nightmare Palace, Eighth Titled Strong Expert Youth is able to force Tian Ji to fight a war of attrition

Lu Lishan Nightmare Palace, Eighth Titled Strong Expert Youth

Princess, Nightmare Young Master Lu, apologies

Why did you two come all of a sudden?

I've heard that my attendant is battling Tian Ji

I just want to take a look

Then who does the Princess think will win?

He serves as my retainer

I naturally believe he will win

Good job, Demon Tree

Next up

It's time to let the opponent see real fighting

Oh? That's the one from before

One cannot just rely on their own strength

Raising three Blue Nightmares

since it is based on external things

There will be some loopholes in his next move

It's time to try Prison Island's hidden treasure

Soul Skill Wild Blood Pupil

If you believe

a sixth stage, third level Evil Flame Six-tailed Demon Fox

can defeat me

that would be a totally big mistake

He's not going to summon a third soul pet?

I remember he seem to have lost one of his soul

He's been fighting ever since without an extra summoning slot all the time?

The crescent mark on the forehead of the Six-tailed Demon Fox

gives a sense of familiarity

Could it be...

Soul Skill Fire Mirror

Ning! Ice Wall!

Mo Ye! Death Assault! Evil Phantom Flame Claw!

Attack the weaker one

Demon Fire Spread!

Want to attack my spiritual world directly?

Ning! Ice Meteor!

Damn it!

Blue Nightmare! Return to defend!

I've never seen Tian Ji suppressed so badly like this before

Not to mention the other side

has only two soul pets

I don't believe Tian Ji will lose this easily

This King of Prison Island is really something

In battle, the Blue Nightmare is restricted in every way

I can't take advantage of my strength at all

To win, I am going to have to risk it

As expected, Tian Ji's courage and calm are still present

A direct attack on the opponent

He must have concluded that the remaining strength of the Ice Air Fairy

is not enough to resist

This forces Chu Mu to withdraw the Six-tailed Demon Fox

Tian Ji is definitely going to die

Success!

White Nightmare, someone's bringing you food

White.. White Nightmare!

It's also a Sovereign rank White Nightmare that can devour Nightmares

How did this King of Prison Island obtain it?

You all should recognize this White Nightmare

It was the one that devoured His Highness, Bai Yu

The decendant of that White Nightmare

What?

This White Nightmare can also sign a soul contract

Didn't Lord Bai tell you to get rid of it?

It would be a waste to kill a powerful soul pet

Therefore I experimented on Chu Mu

You can stop now

I did my best

Chu Mu

after this battle, everyone will know your name

Today, on behalf of the Nightmare Palace

I will give you the title of Nightmare Young Master

From now on, you are Eternal Ocean Nightmare Young Master

Nightmare Young Master

And you will serve as the Princess' retainer

We'll talk about the details later

Feng Xiang, take him away to wash up

Understood

And another thing

Your Evil Flame Six-Tailed Demon Fox is not bad

Nightmare Palace is divided into the Inner Nightmare Palace and the Outer Nightmare Palace

You have the Nightmare Young Master status

but your residence is still in the Outer Nightmare Palace

Alright, this is where you'll be staying

It's a room assigned with a seventh level title

What does a seventh level title mean?

The title is the status in Nightmare Palace

divided into ten levels

Level one is the lowest and level ten is the highest

Nightmare Palace will have the bathroom prepared with attendants for you

If you have any questions, you can ask them

After you have cleaned up, go to the guest hall as soon as possible

Remember well

all of this is given to you by Lord Xia

Get me a bucket of hot water

after that, you can leave

Understood

Are you...

How far is this place from Luo Domain?

I...

With your title

you can directly use the Nightmare Palace's Swift Wind Horse

it should take about a month to get there

Thank you, I know now

I'll wash myself after

You can leave

Alright

Chu Mu, greets Princess

Back then on the ship

I didn't hear that you lost a soul

When I was a Soul Disciple

I signed a soul pact with a high ranking soul pet

ultimately that soul pet defected

To lose a soul

and went on to nurture a White Nightmare

Under these circumstances

you survived on Prison Island for three years

Your spirit is something that I admire

This is a sixth level soul armor that I just obtained from Tianxia City

It will be your reward

I hope that in the future you

you will become a true powerhouse in the Nightmare Palace

Chu Mu, quickly thank the Princess

In future you will be the direct subordinate of the Princess

Only the princess and I can send you on errands

You can ignore anyone else’s orders

There is no need to worry about being a retainer for now

I've already heard that you're homesick

You should return home first and take care of your own affairs

I'll let you know when we meet again

Chu Mu, thanks Princess Bai Jinrou

Please rest assured, Princess

Chu Mu lacks experience and manpower

I will send someone to assist

Young master, you've just made a name for yourself in the Nightmare Palace

Why are you leaving in such a hurry?

Onwards to Luo Domain

Ting Yu

You're still calling me Young Master

I...

Young Master Chu

I thought you had forgotten

Survived on Prison Island for three years

a lot of memories

indeed, because of the mindless killing, it has become blurred

I can't recall it right away

Then Young Master Chu

You're in such a hurry to get to Luo Domain

Because this is my home

Just wait

Whether it is the family honor

or individual freedom

I will take them all back

Unforgettable first encounter

With clear eyes

No end in sight

I just want to stay with you

Watching the flowers fall together

Facing the moon in the sky

The waves of smoke are like a dream

Laughing at gold and steel horses

surging like a wave

indifferent as the wind

An old saying about a stranger's path the flowers blossom and return

The moonlight and the swaying of the hands, together we gather then dispersing

The wasted years fly close to a thousand turns

The boundless fallen trees sigh with the flowing water
