Bai Lang

This spell is the Magic Spirit Bird

you have to think of a way to catch it

and give it to me

Master

Train your mind

pursue balance in your soul

this is the proper direction to take for your cultivation

Master

it's so hot

This kind of heat

You're not reliable at all

Something's not right

We

have been going round in circles in the desert

Who did this?

Bai Lang!

Chase him down!

Don't let him go

Westward

Westward Episode 24 Desert Assassin

Episode 24 Desert Assassin

Did you ask for instructions from Di Shi Tian?

You are being polite

How could I reject a proposal

from the General of the East?

I look forward to

your success in your first attempt

Thank you

Be sure to be careful

Even a thief has his methods of surviving

Wu Jing

do you know

do you know Chiguo Tian Heaven's General of the East

Chiguo Tian Heaven's General of the East how to go about defeating Tang San Zang

Chiguo Tian Heaven's General of the East and his company?

and his company?

Please instruct me, Master

You have to start from the inside

Dismantle them

split them up

Perhaps

your paramount expertise in creating mazes

will come in handy

I understand

Master

what is a maze?

It's a type of spell used for traps

The one who creates the array will construct an illusory world

to confuse the people walking inside it

making them unaware that they've walked into a dead end

The stronger the ability of the caster

the larger the scale of the maze

and it would be very difficult to find any flaws

Once you lose your levelheadedness

it's very easy to panic and die

But no matter how strong the array

there will still be a limit to it

We'll find it

That's too scary

He can kill enemies

without even attacking?

To break out of this array

I'm afraid we'll have to put in some effort

Bai Lang

have some patience

Yes, Master

Where on earth is that guy?

Damn it

If he has deliberately hidden himself

finding him will not be easy

This maze is very meticulous

This is all your fault!

You said you were going to take us to a water source

this resulted in us falling into a maze that we can't get out of

You're still harping about this!

Your appearance as a white horse

is a lot more pleasant than your current self

And I know everything about you

You're a source of disaster

A vile spawn

You're not sincerely going to the Western Paradise to return the Sutra

you're just waiting for a chance

to kill Master and us

this is your natural instinct

This sort of torrid heat

is really unbearable

right?

Bai Lang

There's one thing which has bothered me for a long time

The Sutra

has always been with you for safekeeping

Isn't this very strange?

For such an important item

to be protected by you, the most junior member,

isn't this very dangerous?

Give the Sutra to me

It's most reasonable for me to protect her

Master

This is...

What's the matter?

You don't trust me?

Bringing this up so suddenly

is making it difficult for me

I was the one who personally brought

her to the Middle Kingdom

Now I'm also the one

risking my life

to travel this same path as when I retrieved the Sutra

I'm sorry, Master

This is the only thing

that I can't comply with

I once swore to Xiao Yu

to protect her with my life

and never hand her over to other people

You ignorant fool!

What gives you the right to protect the Sutra?

Only I can protect her

Here

give her to me

Master

you-

what on earth happened to you?

Why

are you suddenly...

Don't talk nonsense

Hand it over!

Master

please don't

Give it to me!

The Sutra is mine!

Hand it over!

I hit the nail on the head, right?

It's just the two of us here

you might as well admit it

You're damn annoying!

You pighead!

You can't bear it anymore, right?

You can't bear it so you're starting to reveal

your real nature, right?

Do you think I don't dare to kill you here?

Do you think I'm afraid of you?

Zhu Ba Jie!

I've wanted to beat you up long ago

This time you asked for it!

Keeping you alive will end up being a disaster

I might as well first dispose of you

then beg Master for forgiveness

Dispose of me by yourself?

You can't even satisfy your wife

what makes you worthy of being my opponent?

What a laughing stock

What does this have to do with you!

You bastard

You purposely ridicule me

to make me angry!

I'm saying this one more time

Master

Give her to me

I...

Seems like I was controlled by the demons in my heart

Master

What's going on?

This maze can provoke a person's heart

inducing all sorts of greed and desires

Bai Lang

your heart is like a white piece of paper

so you will not be influenced by the maze

Then

Then what should I do?

The prey cannot free themselves

it is time to end this

Wu Jing?!

He is...

Brother Sha Wu Jing?

You thieves who stole the Sutra

Under the orders of the General of the East,

the Heavenly King Chi Guo,

I will dispose of you both

Wu Jing

stop this!

I am Tang San Zang!

Who you are is none of my concern

Prepare to die!

Master

he doesn't seem to recognize you

Is he really Brother Wu Jing?

Don't go too far with your bullying

This is...

So dangerous

he can transform his body into flying sand

there's no way to telling when it's real or a fake

Master said that

Third Brother Wu Jing was originally a sand demon

I believe he can't be mistaken

Wu Jing

In these 16 years

I have not heard a word from you

Why is it that the moment we meet,

you place us in a death trap?

Can we have a conversation?

About what?

I do not know you

By the look of his eyes

could it be...

I will first kill you

Tang San Zang!

You haven't defeated me yet

Master

Is Brother Sha Wu Jing

the enemy?

Wu Jing seems to be controlled by a spell

he has forgotten his past

However

right now he's our enemy

You have to use your full strength to defeat him

I have to

defeat Brother Wu Jing

Bring it on

Boy

I will first dispose of you

River of Sand!

The sand dunes are suddenly moving

as if

as if it's alive

That's really terrifying

if I fall into that

I'll definitely be swallowed by it

Wu Jing can control sand

this entire desert is his battlefield

Bai Lang

I have to use the Heart Sutra

to resist the interference of the maze

so I can't help you

Wu Jing's weakness is on his face

You have to find an opportunity

Giant Sandworms!

Looks like

having him deal with Wu Jing by himself

is still too much for him

Bai Lang

be careful!

Don't underestimate me!

Wolf Claws!

Bai Lang has made a lot of progress in his skill

Even when pitted against Wu Jing

he doesn't lose out to him

I have to say that

it was due to my efforts

If this continues

I wonder how far he can go

The bandit's strength is not poor

however

the River of Sand is my territory

you cannot defeat me

Under my master's command

I shall kill the bandit

without any mercy

Sandstorm Sword!

So huge

His transformations

are basically limitless

But I can't lose

If I lose

Master and my brothers

will be in danger

There is a farewell

an apology

that has been said for so many years

People who have not gone through the hardship together

will not be reluctant to leave

Love is always accompanied by loss

the will is at the Western Paradise

Chant a section of the scripture several times

to fully traverse the great cosmos

Who has changed?

Who is the same as before?

Are you willing to do this?

Three bows of respect, three farewells

and the recitation to be initiated into monkhood

Hold back all your tears

I lost to my faith in this life

I still remember our lasting reputation

The only piece of emotion left

has been casually dismissed

My whole body is tired
