In the next couple of videos, I would like to introduce a small universe meditation, a

powerful and simple healing meditation you can use to heal yourself even more completely

and quickly.

Small universe meditation is a simple and powerful guided meditation created by Master Chunni

Lin, which is rooted deeply in ancient Jigon practice.

This meditation uses power of breath, our mind and our visualization to move the energy

along the front and back energy channels of our body.

Front and back energy channels in your body is like a highway that going through your whole

body.

If the highway is congested and traffic is not moving smoothly, you don't feel good.

But if the highway is clear and the traffic is moving smoothly, you feel good.

Small universe meditation helps to clear this highway and move the energy so you feel

good in your body.
