tunes up his table-tennis technique.

You know, Wendy, I could probably beat

the champion of China!

I never miss a shot.

Who's your opponent? The invisible man?

- Very funny. - Ha-ha-ha.

The amusing banter is suddenly interrupted

by a warning from the TroubAlert.

On the space monitor, an alien spacecraft.

Holy teacups, it's a flying saucer!

Looks like a big one.

- It disappeared! - The picture faded out.

- There it is. - And there it isn't.

Hm. Wonder why our space monitor can't hold the picture.

(Marvin) Maybe the saucer can make itself invisible.

The monitor can't hold the picture long enough

for our computer to determine its location

but it is moving in the direction of Earth.

(male narrator) How right Superman is.

The mysterious space traveler is heading for Earth.

From a far-off planet, the saucer is transporting

a family of strange humanoids.

They are the balloon people.

Krim, his wife Gloma, their daughter Plinky

and a dog, Grunk.

Earth's atmosphere is clean.

We can live on this planet. Prepare for a landing.

[whooshing]

[intense music]

Ah, jungle. Good.

We are unlikely to run into Earth people here.

Let us take a look outside.

[door beeps]

(Gloma) Ah. Good, clean, fresh air.

All clear. No Earth creatures around.

- Father, there's a building. - In a jungle?

(male narrator) From a distant planet, a family of balloon people

have landed in Marvin's backyard.

Krim, the father, moves slowly toward Wonder Dog's house.

At the same moment, the Caped Crusaders

driving the kids home, pull into Marvin's driveway.

Thanks, Dynamic Duo. Oh, wait.

I'm sure Wonder Dog would like to say hi to you two.

Wonder Dog! Hey, Wonder Dog, the Caped Crusaders are here!

[whimpering]

Uh-oh. That's his warning bark.

Yeah, something's wrong.

[dramatic music]

We've frightened them enough.

who operates on the theory that knowledge is power.

But in his case, he desires knowledge

only to gain power over mankind

to control the world.

And the Dynamic Duo has stated that for the time being

the Krim family will reside in Marvin's backyard.

The SuperFriends arrive to pay a social call

on the Krim family.

trying to catch something.

Meanwhile, near a construction site atop a cliff

Noah Tall watches Superman flying above

with the Balunian spaceship.

We've got to get our hands on that flying saucer.

Gee, Mr. Tall, I don't think it's smart

to sup around with Messerman.

Superman may be the strongest man

in the world, but I'm the smartest.

My plan is to make Superman set the flying saucer down

diabolical Sea Sucker is moving toward them.
