[Fighter of the Destiny]

[Episode 11]

Just like the swords in the sword pool.

Even though they were defeated, locked in the pool covered by dust,

slowly forgotten,

but they still existed.

Although humble. Although meaningless. Although pitiful.

But everything that existed in this world has their own story.

All have their own pride.

As long as that pride is in their heart,

we are not defeated.

We also will not be defeated!

Timing and Subtitles brought to you by the Subbers of the Destiny @ Viki

- What sword is that? \N - Shan Hai Sword.

How could you have a connection with it?

It's Sword Intent.

Chen Changsheng, you apprehended Sword Intent!

I told you. As long as I'm alive, I will not yield to destiny.

They are the same as me. Unwilling to yield to destiny.

My Sword Intent, they genuinely felt it.

Let's see how you handle this master sword.

Isn't this the Zhai sword of our Nanxi Academy?

Master.

Your excellency.

Chen Changsheng, even if you know much about swordsmanship,

in my eyes, you're just an insufficient ant!

Kill them!

Yes.

The undying fighting spirit of these elites, only you will be able to inherit it.

I hope I won't let them down.

Could it be Yue Nv Sword?

How is this possible? It's the Demon General's Qi Sword.

As well as the Long Yin Sword.

Bi Hu Sword? Where did it come from?

All these master swords, finally radiate again.

All these crap swords only defeated generals.

How dare they brave themselves!

Go!

Adviser, sorry about this. This time,

I still have to depend on others to win.

They were only losers to Split Blade back then.

How dare they have a comeback?

For a bunch of defeated swords, how can they be called brave?

If Zhou Dufu can defeat you, so can I.

Chen Changsheng, do you think you can live with some senile and defeated swords as your backers?

All the Sword Intents locked in the Zhou Garden, will be set free today.

You guys won't stay in this unpeaceful land.

I will take you to leave this abandoned Garden.

Hero spirituals undead, all Swords return to their ascent!

- Are you okay? \N - I'm fine.

The Swords returning to their Ascent isn't fun at all.

Black Robe and Nanke might think in the same way.

These spiritual senses are in existence to maintain Zhou Garden.

Once they dissipate, the Zhou Garden will collapse. We have to leave immediately.

Okay.

The exit of the Zhou Garden is opening.

You go first. I will try to keep this world opened, so that others can get out, too.

Do you think I will leave you alone?

Rong'er, I don't want you to be in danger.

Although at present I don't know how to love someone, I do know clearly that

right now, no matter what happens, I want to live or die with you.

- Live and die with me. \N - Never leave each other.

How could that brat destroy the Zhou Garden?!

Adviser, there's still time to leave. The Zhou Garden will soon be destroyed.

Chen Changsheng, I'm not done with you until I die.

Let's go!

This is bad. Something big is happening in the Zhou Garden.

The garden also shows signs of collapsing. I'm not sure how much longer it'll last.

This flower is withering. Hopefully it won't be too late for us to make it.

Mo Yu, open the Zhou Garden. I'll help you with the Star Formation.

Understood.

What's wrong with the Zhou Garden?

It seems that the little world has become unstable.

What do we do?

You guys look! The Imperial Palace.

The Great Empress seems to be opening the exit of Zhou Garden.

Really?

Did you find the way to maintain in the Zhou Garden?

No. I can only depend on Zhou Dufu's Sword Intent in the copper umbrella,

to maintain in the Zhou Garden.

Once the Sword Intent is exhausted, this little world will completely collapse.

If you hadn't saved me with your blood, I would've died already.

But I don't know why I wasn't afraid at that time.

Yet now, I begin to fear.

Maybe, you've found the reason to live longer.

Being together with you, I really don't want to die.

Such things like how to live, I have more experience. I will find a solution somehow.

Changsheng!

What are these?

Altogether eighteen obsidian stones. The thousands of swords,

were originally used to repress obsidian stones.

What are these patterns?

That's it. Zhou Dufu's obsidian stones are the Tianshu Tombstones.

These are Star Maps. Only with enough killing intent,

the Star Maps can be hidden.

Zhou Dufu took obsidian stones of Tianshu Tombstones away with him.

Therefore, since then, nobody could understand the Tianshu Tombstones.

Maybe the Zhou Empire let him down.

Although Taizong Emperor did fail him,

the people in Zhou Empire were innocent.

We have to take the Star Maps back.

Plus, the first Star Map I saw in the Tianshu Tomb, that's a total of one hundred and eight maps.

The Split Swordsmanship also has one hundred and eight movements.

It seems that Zhou Dufu's swordsmanship was apprehended from the Tianshu Tombstones.

The Tianshu Tombstones appeared in this world, and started to decide destinies.

These are true Star Maps.

So many Star Maps, can you remember them all at once?

Of course. I grew up memorizing books. Help protect me.

Changsheng, we have to hurry.

Changsheng!

Changsheng!

Done!

This is the last combination already.

We have to give it a try. Teacher still hasn't came out yet.

This... the Garden collapsed already?

Where's Changsheng? Has he escaped?

What if something bad happened to Mister?

No, I have to find Teacher!

- Your Highness, wait for me! \N - Lou Lou!

- Are you okay? \N - I'm fine. You?

I'm okay, too. I must've read the Star Maps for too long.

Everywhere I look, I see stars.

Why did we get sent here?

It must've been Lou Lou. Do you remember back in the Zhou Garden, she just suddenly appeared?

She must've found some way to open the passage of the Zhou Garden and transported us over.

She's always thinking of ways to help you. Her heart is always with you.

The fellows in Guojiao Academy all have their hearts connected.

When the Zhou Garden collapsed, I'm not sure what happened to the others.

Don't worry. Those who entered the Zhou Garden have already reached Erebus-insight Stage. They shouldn't have problems protecting themselves.

I hope they've all escaped.

Let's go.

Where are we?

Looking at the Geomorphology, we must be in the Demon's territory.

If I'm not mistaken, we should be near the Frost City.

Frost City?

It seems that we'll be taking a long route home.

In the Demon territory, we shouldn't use Nascent Soul to quicken our travel.

If we do, we'll be detected by Demon soldiers. That would be troublesome.

So you're saying, we can only walk all the way back to the Sacred Capital?

See that direction? The Sacred Capital is over there.

What are you laughing at?

Nothing. It's just that the road seems to go on forever.

So what? The Demon territory has no view worth seeing.

As long as the heart is peaceful and joyful,

the most beautiful scenery in the world will be by our side.

Have you seen anyone from Guojiao Academy?

Do you know Chen Changsheng?

- You really haven't seen him? \N - No.

What do we do? Is Teacher still trapped in Zhou Garden?

Your Highness, don't worry. The Mister is very intelligent, so there won't be any problems.

It's such a big city.

Is it really a dead one? So desolated.

Did you know?

A long time ago, this place was so prosperous.

The book of antiques did mention the prosperity of the Demon Clan.

I never thought that it would become so desolated.

A long time ago, this land was fertile and prosperous.

Unfortunately, the Demon Clan wasted such good resources.

This resulted in the drying of rivers, death of plants, and strong winds and sand.

Now,

they are nomadic. Migrating into the tunnels.

No wonder the Demon Clan always admires the Human Clan's resources.

They always want to invade southwards.

- Why don't we take shelter from the cold and wind over here? \N - Okay.

Let's go.

Look at these dying trees. The Demon Clan destroyed their own country.

As wind and sand cover the city, there's nowhere to live.

They're forced to live in caves. Self-inflicted sin backfires.

Unfortunately, they don't know how to reflect.

After destroying their beautiful country, they start to covet the Human territory.

The pathetic must have some hateful traits.

Living became hard for them, so they started to kill and pillage.

But never once have they thought about changing their own environment.

I know that I can't stay one day here.

I've calculated that if we rush from the Frost City to Sacred Capital,

with our current injuries not recovered, and also with the restriction of casting any cultivation methods, we can only walk.

Perhaps, that would take a month.

Why is it so far?

This path will be a difficult one.

We must hide from the Demon scouts, cities, towns and villages.

We can only walk along the wilderness, so it will naturally be long.

We also don't know how are Qijian and the rest are doing. Whether they have returned to the Sacred Capital or not.

Currently, there is no news about them.

We can only pray for them. If they are lucky, heaven will help them.

Oh, right. When the Zhou Garden was collapsing, how did the Star Map appear?

This is because, in Lingxu Pavilion, I obtained that obsidian stone.

At Tianshu Tomb, I found out that every Tianshu Tombstone has a gap.

I tried each one, but was unable to fit them.

Until the last broken Tianshu Tombstone, I found out

that obsidian stone was actually a Tianshu Tombstone.

Therefore, I received the first Star Map.

Never did I realize, when the Zhou Garden was collapsing,

the obsidian stone had reacted again. It recruited another seventeen obsidian stones.

And just like that, they assembled to form one hundred and eight Star Maps.

Zhou Dufu really had the Star Map hidden in the tomb.

Those one hundred and eight Star Maps, have you really memorized them all?

This is Star Map mentioned by the High Priest?

Where is my star?

Yes. This is my star.

Then where is Rong'er 's star?

Rong'er's star is here. So this is how the stars orbit.

But... what does it mean?

What did you find?

The Star Map is in my mind.

And... I also saw our stars.

Our stars?

In the Star Map in your mind?

I saw the way the stars orbited.

It turns out that each star has their own orbit for them to move.

It's as if there is some unseen power controlling them.

You can see the orbit of the stars?

Yes. I think that is the star's fate.

You mean, the so-called Star's Fate.

The Human's fate is decided by the so-called stars?

When they are born, when they die,

when they are ill, when they are prosperous. It's all predetermined.

I cultivate for the greater cause. I'd also like to see my own destiny.

If I can use the Star Map to change my star's orbit,

then I can change my destiny.

Rong'er, this is Zhou Dufu's way of changing destiny.

He made use of the Star Map, to change the orbit of his star.

Then, what connection do the Star Formation and the Star Map have?

Our stars have their own fixed orbit, it can influence one's destiny.

What I want to do is to change its orbit, so that I can continue living.

What's wrong?

I just feel that the power of the Star Map is so great,

it must be hard to harness.

I have to find a way, though I don't have any other choice.

Never did I know that Qijan was actually a girl.

No wonder she always behaves like a sissy.

Qijan.

How is Qijan? Come bring Qijan back.

Qijan is from Lishan Academy. Lishan Acadeny will have our people to look after her.

Be careful.

Why does Uncle Jin still have no news?

Don't worry. The spies will find our Mister's whereabouts.

Your Highness.

Uncle Jin!

How is it?

I thoroughly enquired those that attended the Zhou Garden trip, but they said...

What did they say?

They said Chen Changsheng and Xu Yourong...

are already dead in Zhou Garden.

Who is spreading this rumor? I'll kill them!

Calm down.

I've verified the statement. Although everyone said so, but no one has actually seen their corpses.

So nothing can be confirmed.

I'll ask Mo Yu about that.

Who is it?

Black Robe? You again.

Don't be nervous. We are a family now.

Shut up. You really are shameless.

How could I, Qiushan Jun, be family with the Demon Clan?

Shameless?

When you killed Guan Feibai, who do you think was more shameless?

You!

Don't you forget. Your hands are covered with the blood of a brother from the same school.

You think you can wash it clean?

No.

I didn't kill Feibai.

You bewitched me! I was used by you!

Who do you think will believe your words?

Let me tell you. Everyone one will believe me

and not scum like you!

Okay then. Guan Feibai's body will be found very soon

and attached with it, which school's sword energy, what intent harmed him

will be known when seen.

Even then, it can't be concluded that I killed him.

Even if you can deny it,

what will happen when, in front of everyone,

the Demon energy within you breaks out?

How did you know?

Don't worry about how I know.

All you need to know is that me coming to find you isn't detrimental to you.

You treacherous villain,

is it that you show great mercy, too?

Mercy, naturally no, but some things

are good for me and good for you, too. Don't you want to hear?

What do you want to do?

Very simple.

Chen Changsheng has stolen the Star Map left by Zhou Dufu from the Zhou Garden.

As long as you get the Star Map and hand it to me,

no one will know your secret.

What?

Once you hand the Star Map to me,

I can help you conceal Guan Feibai's matter.

Otherwise, your title of Human Clan's Hero

will, I'm afraid, be destroyed.

You really are despicable.

Don't you want to kill Chen Changsheng.

Once I have the Star Map, I can help you deal with him.

What sort of joke are you making?

Don't you know? Back in the Zhou Garden

I wholeheartedly wanted to kill Chen Changsheng.

Will he trust me now?

Will he give the Star Map to me?

What difficulty is this?

Just say your mind was controlled by the Demon Clan at the time.

I'd set out many different illusions in the Zhou Garden.

Many people suffered deeply.

You were also a sacrifice.

Yes, this is the painful expression.

The more guilty, the more sincere,

the easier it will be to make people believe you are truly repentant.

Moreover, everything was our doing.

Even Chen Changsheng who killed Guan Feibai was bewitched by us.

If Xu Yourong wants to defend Chen Changsheng,

she'll have to let you off first.

Your Majesty, Qiushan Jun came upon your order.

Your Majesty, I'm here.

Qiushan,

how did the Demons get in Zhou Garden? How did all the tumult happen?

Your Majesty, the Demons came prepared this time.

We all fell into their trap. Luckily, most people came back alive.

Therefore, their plan did not succeed.

That seems odd.

How could the Demons have entered Zhou Garden before us?

Perhaps, Chen Changsheng colluded with the Demons.

Chen Changsheng? Do you have evidence?

I saw it myself. He even killed

one of the disciples of our Lishan Academy, Guan Feibai.

I have evidence, and can confronted him in person.

Really? Then hold on to your evidence.

Confront him once we find his whereabouts.

Understood.

- You may leave now. \N - Yes.

Your Majesty.

Any news about Yourong?

She was seen together with Chen Changsheng.

What do you think about this matter?

I think that we can't make a conclusion based on just one person's words.

The truth will be revealed, once the Saintess comes back.

I order you to fully investigate this matter, and bring the two back.

Understood.

What? You don't want to see my face that badly?

You're the devil!

The devil that you're talking about isn't me. It's Chen Changsheng.

Since he's entered the Sacred Capital, he has disturbed the situation of the entire empire. Am I wrong?

- But... \N - Whether he is alive or dead,

he's still the spy for the Demon Clan.

I believe that we've made an agreement

in Zhou Garden, correct?

Stop threatening me.

Zhuang Huanyu, listen.

You have a bright future ahead of you.

You need to think about

whether it's him or I who can help you in the future.

You and I are both the most talented disciples in the Human Clan.

I believe that you don't want to go down the wrong path like Chen Changsheng,

who is a nobody from nowhere.

Leave now. I know what to do.

Changsheng.

Why is there blood on your clothes?

There were a few monsters that came by. I fought them off. The blood belongs to them.

It seems that I was in a deep sleep. I didn't even notice the monsters.

You look every cute when you're sleeping.

We'll have to travel again tomorrow. You have a rest now, and I'll keep watch.

I'll listen to you.

The blood has Force of Stars.

How could it be a monster's?

Changsheng, after experiencing so much,

can't we find a way to change your destiny?

Qiushan came back.

- Qiushan. \N - Qiushan.

You're finally back safely.

You guys go ahead, I need to have a word with Qiushan.

- Yes. \N - Yes.

Qiushan, I have many questions that you have the answers to.

Hanshi, I also have much to tell you.

We bumped into the students from Guojiao Academy. Qijian is already back.

How is she now?

She was hurt badly, and still unconscious.

The students of Guojiao Academy are too petty.

Also, how many did we lose?

All the students made a cenotaph for Feibai and others who passed away.

In the Zhou Garden, four students from Lishan Academy were murdered.

It's all my fault. I didn't protect them well.

But Hanshi, have you thought about

that entering the Zhou Garden is a secret of our Human Clan. The Empress holds the only key.

Which means, that's the only way one can enter into Zhou Garden.

But why did the Demons arrive before us?

Arranged traps and killed so many of our disciples?

Where did they come from? How did they get in? Have you ever thought about that?

It does seem a little odd.

And... after we entered the Zhou Garden, the entrance was closed immediately.

We couldn't communicate with others.

And Chen Changsheng and Xu Yourong's whereabouts are still uncertain.

If there is nobody who colluded with the Demons, we can't explain what happened.

Guojiao Academy is too suspicious.

I really hope I didn't see Chen Changsheng wrongly.

There were illusions inside the Garden.

Maybe he was bewitched by Demons.

One collaborating with Demons should be sentenced to death.

This time, Guojiao Academy will be in trouble.

I hope Chen Changsheng can return to Sacred Capital soon, and speak the truth.

If you want to invade Guojiao Academy, you have to get past me!

Where is Chen Changsheng? Is he back yet? Perhaps he doesn't dare show his face?

Come out! Come out!

Come out! Come out!

Who is creating a riot at the gate of Guojiao Academy?

Look guys! This is Tang Thirty-Six. It was the Tang family

that colluded with Demons. All their property was confiscated.

That's right. There is no one good in Guojiao Academy.

They're all spies.

- Hand out Chen Changsheng! \N - Hand out Chen Changsheng!

Who is it? What do you guys want?

I'll warn you guys.

Don't mess around. This is the Sacred Capital. The law exists here.

Listen here.

If you dare to take one more step, just try me!

Qiushan, don't kill me. I'm Qijian.

- Qiushan, Qiushan. \N - Qijian, you're finally awake.

Qijian, you should rest in bed. This is the yard of Lishan Academy. You don't need to worry.

No. Don't kill me, don't kill me.

Qijian. Qijian?

Don't kill me.

Qijian!

Qiushan, the students of Lishan Academy shouldn't have gone to Guojiao Academy to create chaos.

If Chen Changsheng really is a spy for the Demons, he should be sentenced by the Empress.

The emotions of our fellows are fully understandable.

After all, many peers were killed in the Zhou Garden.

Someone should give an explanation.

How about this, Hanshi. How about you and I look after them?

Qiushan, Hanshi!

What's the matter? What happened?

Qijian, she... she woke up.

She woke up?

How about now? Can she speak?

She woke up, but then fainted again.

What should we do?

Here, Hanshi. You lead some disciples to stop those peers\Nwho's causing a riot at Guojiao Academy.

- I'll go check on Qijian. \N - Okay.

She is the only student of Lishan Academy who knows what I did at Zhou Garden.

I cannot let her wake up.

No. What's wrong with me? She's Qijian!

My little Junior Sister!
