Shinji's a tour ampere. Can your

booth her phone predictable?My dear.

I'm getting worried. Yu Ying should have

come back long before now. Yu Ying

isn't a child, my dear. She'll be all

right. Yes. Gen. Zai. Huh

What are you on?Lock the door there. Yes,

I'll go right now.

Master! Help! Help Master! Master! What's

all the puss about? It's a monster,

monster! How is it?Ready?

Grip my sword. Yes.

Master! Oh,

yeah. Here's your sword. Oh, yes.

Where's that box from?I wonder what could

be inside it.

HmmTo Master Chen from Liu Ta Peng.

Liu Ta Peng. He died a long time

ago. How could he have sent this?HuhWhat

on earth is this?Who could it be?

Who would dare to do this to me?

Great Prince

Hide. HuhChintai?Quickly, thank you Mr.

Susantide. Yes, quickly. Please, madam,

here.

Put a tide on the gate. Put tides at

every exit.

My friend, why do you try to horrify us

with that mask? What you trying to do, Mr.

Chan? The reason I have come here is

because I want to take your sword. My

friend, since you

seem to know the power of this sword...

What you trying to do?How dare you

intrude into my house and kill my

servants?I have come here is because I...

You're welcome to look at it. But that's

all. Stand back!

Oh ohh master, I better go and get the

police.

Uncle! Ernie! Ernie, come here!

Uncle. Uncle. Uncle.

Uncle. Uncle.

Uncle. Uncle. Uncle.

Master! Master! Master! You are such a

good man. Who could

have done it,

do you? This crime will not go out of

vengeance. Whose man is Master Chen?

It was a strange man dressed in gold

clothes. Dressed in gold?

Where is he?I tried to run after him.

But he suddenly disappeared from sight.

I was tired up seeing to some business.

Otherwise, he'd not have got away. My

dear, why

should someone kill you?

Tell me, have you ever seen such a

strange weapon before?Umm

Poison Phoenix. Ah

Poison Phoenix?Hmm

The man who used to use it has been long

since gone. I've no idea where

this could have come from. Oh,

why Master Chen is dead. Because he

didn't have any enemies. Can you tell me

who does use this as a weapon? The Golden

Bird. AhGolden

Bird?Are you sure?

Is he the only person to use this weapon?

At least, the only one I know. There

could be others. Has anything been

stolen?

Nothing, except the rainbow sword.

It's vanished. Ah Do you

think the killer wanted the rainbow sword?

And that's why Uncle is dead? That's

right. The rainbow

sword is still the only weapon that can

combat the Zhu Ling knife. It

must be Golden Bird. I

must avenge my uncle.

Excuse me. I don't think I know you. What

reason do you have for stopping me?Are

you looking for the golden bird?

Do you know him?Yes, he's

my friend. You had better not give him

trouble. I'm warning you. Now

listen, tell me where I can find him.

Talk. So what, lady?Just what

can you do to me if I don't tell you?

Unless you plead deafness,

you're as good as dead.

Hatch!

Get it!

Huh

Harry, Bowman, here. I'm coming.

Hey, take me across. Hurry.

Quickly, quickly. Right.

Faster.

Please hurry, hurry.

Quickly, quickly.

Come on, come on

Lady. Don't

bother.

Who are you?I am here.

That's enough. Ah

No, it isn't. I ask you your name.

Cheng Daiya. Ah

Oh, yes, the famous Chankan fisherman.

Huh, but not for small fry. I just

go for the big fish. Huh

If your hook's not in the water, how do

you expect to land one, huh

Well, that depends. Some want to be

caught. Now listen,

forget Golden Bird. Don't make trouble.

You've gone far enough, so go back in the

boat. What?You're

joking. Just my luck to meet a madman.

A madman?I

will show you... to pay me some

respect. What do you mean?

You can't do this!How can I?

Who

are you?How dare you interfere?My

friend, I don't care what you

say to me, but you can't bully a

girl. It's just not

honorable. You're a scholar. You

better go.

Sorry, but I must save her.

She's a girl. Don't bother

talking to him. Lady,

forget him. He's a madman. Let's go.

Lady, let's go.

Lady, you go on board the boat first.

Please.

Boatman?Coming! Let's go.

He's very, very good.

Nonsense! It is wrong

to kill people.

It's against the law.

This mountain scenery is beautiful.

Out of this world is wonderful, just

wonderful.

Hey. What are you trying to do?Why are

you helping me?Oh, helping you.

Because I am a scholar. I

am obliged to help women. Hey, haven't I

just rescued you?Shouldn't I have done?I

must thank you. Hey, you

certainly know how to use that scroll.

The book, of course.

Reading makes a wealthy man and

serves to increase his knowledge.

Books are one of the most useful things

there are. Books are so full

and a book... All right enough, I've

heard it all. What are you mumbling about?

You sound like an idiot. Oh, an idiot?A

scholarly idiot and a genius.

An idiot and a genius.

You're mad. HuhWhy do I meet

madmen?Oh, I'm sorry. I'm

sorry. Uh, I insulted

you! Huh, insulted?

Of course I'm not. How could I?You

can go ahead first. The man's mad.

Hey, hold on.

Wait, Wait a minute. What's the

matter? You may look just like a

gentleman. Who knows it's kung fu.

But what on earth are you doing here?Oh,

it could be you. You could easily be the

golden bird.

Jordanburg.

I've heard of him. He used to be very

famous.

Lady, why suspect me?

I'll leave you now.

He has to be the golden bird. Right. I

better follow him.

Strange?Where's he got to?Follow him! Huh

Oh, it's you. HuhWhat are you doing out

here?I've been looking for the golden

bird. And that's the same. Why are you

here?I'm leading out a

search party looking for your uncle's

killer. I just passed by when I

saw you here. Lady, you should go back

home. We don't want more trouble. Come,

I'll take you home. Thanks very much.

Let's go.

They still can't capture that.

Whoever captures the killer of

Master Chan and his house servants,

Goldenbird, will get a reward of $200.

It's not enough.

What?

How is it?

Wait, miss. Yu Ying. Leave it alone.

How can you be of help? What is

it?At three o'clock, the Golden Bird

challenges anyone to fight. It is sent by

Chi Pengfei.

Golden Bird?

Lady?

What are you here for?Wait.

I've come to help you catch your uncle's

murderer. Huh, really?

Why keep on pretending?You're the

murderer. Hey, lady, don't be so fast.

I didn't do it. You'll understand later.

Tell me the truth. Are you Golden Bird?Me?

Hey, lady, I already told you,

didn't I?You'll just have to be patient.

You'll find out soon enough. I can assure

you. I won't wait. I

swore that I'd kill him. I may as well

leave you if you won't listen. Hold it.

Huh

Leaving isn't that easy. You will

have to level with me before you go. Tom!

Hey!

Conan Bert, there is no need for

us to be enemies. So why do you keep on

challenging me to fight you?

Because today you're finally gonna die.

I'm gonna have to unmask you. and place

you under arrest.

Huh Move the rainbow sword.

Damn it, we're too late.

Harshal Chan. Goldenbird, you

deliberately have me distracted. I'm

gonna kill you.

You can both stop fighting.

There's nothing at all to be gained by

you killing each other. Let me

tell you, that anyone who wants

golden bird has to answer first

to me. Huh

Who are you?A stranger. I

am the wanderer come down from the north.

Wanderer?HuhI've heard of

you. You're the famous swordsman who

he's called the Wanderer. Hey,

what do you and Golden Bird have in

common? It goes far back. It goes

far back. Now don't say I haven't warned

you. If you want to get Golden Bird,

then you have to pass me. Not on it.

Hold it, hold it.

Stop all this fighting. It's not on.

Who the hell are you?Oh,

I'm known for my surprises.

Oh, the Just Men. Hey, the Just Men. Oh.

So that's it. The Just Men. Ah

To be just means to be fair.

And two fighting against one ain't fair.

So now, I've just come to remind you.

Do you wanna fight me?That'd

be fair.

Hey, you killed these two

men without a good reason, and that was

unfair. Ah, it wasn't unfair, they

just tried to kill me. Now is that fair?

On the 15th, the Damodian Gong Hill,

there'll be a contest. Ah, agreed,

you're correct. But a contest is one

against one. That's only fair.

Hey. HuhPerhaps you're the

golden bird. Ah, you accuse

me of being him?Uh, that's

terribly unfair. You know me.

I am the just man.

Huh

I, uh.. It's all so confusing.

Hey, do you think he is the Golden Bird?

HuhHey, you thought I

was once. Now you say it's him.

Hey, I suppose he could be Golden

Bird.

Hey, heyWhat's this?

Commander. Yes, ma'am. Send all the men

after the killer. I must avenge my

husband's death. Now leave. Right.

What's this? The killer, golden bird is

now wanted for murder. It's a

grievous crime. He must be caught. His

reward for his catch is now $400.

Just 400. That's not

enough.

Oh, mister, please go inside,

sir. Coming, sir.

Coming, sir. Coming,

sir. Coming.

Uh, mister, why don't you sit down?

What would you like?Do you have some wine?

Oh, yeah, sweet wine. Mmm. A bottle of

wine, some sweetmeats. Uh, some

sweetmeats, right away.

Waiter, not a bottle of noodles.

Come away,

sir. Anything else, sir?Oh, that's all

for now. All right, sir.

Watch what you do here. You're around

there.

Now, I could

eat a horse.

You the boss?Ohh Sir, please, come

inside. Please do come in. Hey, waiter,

some more customers! Come on, come in,

sir. Come in. This way, sir. Right out.

I'm coming

down. Please, sit down, sir. Here youare.

What can I do for you?The best food and

wine that you have! We're famous here for

stewed fish, fried shrimp and roasted

pork. Nothing to eat! Just a human

head... and brains! I have a

boss! Over here! Break me! Hey!

Ohh What's the matter?How come you're so

rude to the customers?I'm sorry sir, I'm

sorry. But he ordered a human head!

Right! I want the head of Qin Shi

Yan! The head of Qin Shi Yan?

It's a man or female?

It's a

female!

One of the golden

birds. Are you sure she's the golden bird?

Ohh

They think I'm golden bird. Well,

it should stop you from suspecting me.

No reason at all. Hey!

HuhListen to me. If she's

Golden Bird, I'm gonna cut

her head off.

Hey! Your mouth is too big. Leave Golden

Bird alone. You hear me?

The Golden Bird is all mine.

come down there.

I'm gonna collect the reward. If you want

to get him, you will have to talk

with me first.

Come on, come onLet's

get out of here. And if you persist,

then you will force me to give you a

taste of this cold steel.

Come on. Get out of here. Come on,

everybody. Wait. We've got to

find out who's Golden Bird.

Waiter, you better tidy up. Oh, yes,

master. No, wait, wait

Oh, say wait. Oh,

my boss. What can I

do for you, Sir?

There is the money for my bill.

Thank you, sir. Thank you. Mister,

that is very kind of you. May I ask your

name?I'm Gold. Oh, Mr.

Gold. Hold it.

I ask you, are you the man they call

Golden Bird?

What are you gonna do?If you are him,

then you are under arrest for

murder.

Ohh

If you come closer, you will all get a

feel of my deadly umbrella!

Hi!

There are too many of you. It's not fair

to take on one man.

Listen, I'm here to see justice done.

You wanna fight?Well, why not fight with

me?Now, that'd be much fairer.

You're a madman. You're talking--

oh

Hold on. You have nothing against me. So

why are you stopping me?I'm going to kill

you.

Amen. Elenia Chase is up ahead. Hurry.

Don't let Golden Bird escape. Go now!

That's odd. Where did these men come from?

Lady!

Oh, Lady, how come so many are dead?

They followed me and tried to kill me. I

don't understand. Oh, Lady,

have you found Golden Bird yet?I didn't.

He got away.

Oh, Lady, I have something important to

tell you. Please.

Do you know who Golden Bird is?Yes,

I know him. Oh, why so keen to

find him?I have to find him,

that's all. I've sworn to. Oh.

Golden Bird's an evil man, and he's

cruel. He killed my uncle, Mr. Chen,

and murdered all his servants. He's a

devil in disguise. Lady,

about this Golden Bird, I know the man

well. He'd never kill without a good

reason. It's not like him. I reckon

someone else is using his name as a

decoy. Why are you defending him?

He wanted to take my uncle's rainbow

sword. That's why he killed him. He's

responsible for many other murders. I

don't see how a person as wicked as that

can be allowed to get away. Now, lady,

be careful. Don't be too hasty. You can't

be sure. You must have some hard proof

first.

That's odd. Why is this place so deserted?

There's nobody here at all. OhhThis

old high street used to be very

prosperous, 11 years ago.

But then the bandit Lutah Peng decided to

come in. He and his men lived here for a

while. They stole everything, raped and

murdered, with abandon. So the townsfolk

go fled, and they didn't come back.

Hold it!

Poison phoenix. The same that killed my

uncle. Tor.

Answer me out, you golden bird, or I'll

kill you!

Damn it! The bastard

golden bird!You better come out!

Come out of your dad! Golden bird!

What's the matter, Mr. Lai?Excuse

me, please, but is Miss Chen inside the

house?Oh, she went out early today.

Is anything wrong?

I'm worried about her. She's still

only young. She should not be going out

alone. You'd

better tell her that. Stay at home.

Otherwise I cannot protect her.

I see. She's looking for Golden Bird.

I'm worried too. Do you have any news of

him?Of course I know.

I've informants everywhere. Ohh

But if you know where to find this Golden

Bird, why on earth don't you catch him?

I'll get him. But the time has to be

right. I will make sure he won't escape

from me. Auntie! Auntie!

Lady. Auntie.

Oh, Captain, why are you here?Do you have

any news on Golden Bird?Uh, I

don't. Oh,

Captain, tell me what do you think about

this Golden Bird?He's a

criminal. HuhWhat are you trying

to do?Uh, I,

uh, oh, I just want to know, that's all.

You, Ying. Listen to the Captain. It's

not your affair. Forget it. Ohh All

right, I'll stay at home. Captain, you

can help me get to the bottom of this.

Sure. I'll return soon. Come on. Sure.

Come on. Uh,

Captain, where are you going to now?The

village in Xinqi.

Xinqi. I'll be back.

criminal golden bird has still managed to

evade capture. Anyone who can give any

information will get

$600. That's more like it. Now I go to

work. Mr., please come inside. Please do

come in. Waiter! Serve the customer!

Please, sir.

This way.

Over here.

Sit down.

Mister, want a room for the night or just

a meal?I do want a room, for a few days.

Yes, sir. Ohh Mister, anything else?I'll

take a meal. Yes, sir.

He's a stranger, and he's armed, so keep

a watch on him. Food's

coming!

Mister, will you sign our room register

first?What's your name, sir?

Ohh If you mean my surname, it's Gold.

Oh, Mr. Gold. Hey, boss, one

room for Mr. Gold.

Gold?

I'll call you if I need it. Yes, sir.

Are you the man called Golden Bird?If I

am, so what?

HuhHuh

Huh

The Zuling Knife! Right.

And if you know how deadly the Zuling

Knife is, you go!

Goldenbird, you killed the sheriff,

didn't you?You won't get away from my

men. We'll get you also.

Madame Chan is bringing all her soldiers

here as well. Come on.

Caillou, my room. Yes sir, yes sir.

Waiter, show Mr. Gold to his room.

My friend. It is rather late for

walking about. Who are you?

Master Gold, I'm sorry to disturb

you. HuhHow'd

you find out my name?

You have disappeared for many years now,

but you have resurfaced again as a

cold-blooded killer, haven't you?

You look to be a worthy man.

And yet you murder men in their sleep.

You're a coward. Let

me explain.

I've come to find out who this golden

bird is who's using my name.

You're lying to me. Who'd believe

you?

.

.

.

.

.

.

Wei Fu Boutho. Listen

to me.

I never met your husband, little I'll

kill him. Don't lie to me.

You murdered Marshall Chance. I've come

to get my revenge.

Hold it. He's telling the truth. Please

listen to him. He killed my husband. I

have nothing to say.

Wait, madam. Are you sure I killed your

husband?Do you have proof?Yes.

The secret weapon you used to murder him.

There's proof enough.

You've come too, madam. Damn you. You

won't get away. Please

understand the mistakes being made. A

mistake?You mean you didn't murder

Marshall Chance?Hey, that's right. It's

all a big mistake. Somebody else murdered

him and he has been framed. That's

nonsense.

Call them birds. You're not a hero.

Madame Cham, don't let's waste any more

time. Right. There's been enough talking.

My friend, don't push me too far.

Hey, hey, hey It's not fair! It's not

fair! So many people shouldn't fight

against fun. It just isn't fair!

Who are you?HuhMe?

People call me the

just man.

What's up?Oh, I thought you were

meant to dispense justice to everyone.

Hi, here I come!

What are you doing here?

I've come to make sure justice is being

done. And the wrong

person's not accused. You should listen

to what he says. Let him find the

killer first. That'd be only fair. Hmm

Oh, all right. A few people, just give me

two weeks, that's all. I'll get to the

bottom of this and

explain this whole affair to you. Well,

miss, I'll wait for you up at Tiger Hill

tomorrow morning. I want to talk to you.

All

right. Thank you.

Mr. Gee, see you tomorrow, same place.

Right, let's go. My

friends, goodbye.

They're both gone! Then I'd better be

gone, too. Oh,

Captain.

Yes, Miss Chen? What are you doing here?

I come to find a golden bird. Oh,

and where is he now?

Oh, oh, he went over there. HuhCome on,

find him. Right, sir.

In this matter, we had better

help each other. Right. Madam

Chan, I'm leaving now. Please.

Marshall. Yes. You and your

men absolutely have to find this golden

bird. Yes. Go quick. Go.

oh I come from the North and I'm known as

the Wandering Swordsman. I've come for

the Golden Bird because he belongs to

me. And anyone who wants him

has to pay me first. What's the price?

Just your life.

I'm sorry I'm late. Huh

So you've turned up at last. What

happened to delay you? There was some

trouble, so I did her. I'm sorry to

keep you awake.

Why did you ask me to come here?Because I

wanted to talk to you. The

hotel, not to cry. It's not the right

place.

All right. Then go ahead.

Miss Chen, may I ask you...

When your uncle was married, were you

there at all?I was there.

Hey, but why'd you ask me about that? And

what did the murderer look like?He was

dressed in gold with a mask. With a mask?

Miss Chen, tell me one more time. Any

other clues?

Oh, that's right. I had my aunt say

before my uncle died. The man in the mask

sent a skull to my uncle. On the box

was the name Luta Peng. What's that?

Luta Peng?Uh, do you know

him?Of course I know him. But

he's been dead a long time. Oh, he's dead?

Yeah. Liu Tao Peng had a brother called

Liu Sha Hu. He used to work for a

powerful court minister.

Then three years ago, when I killed Liu

Tao Peng... poisoned

Phoenix...

to take back an official court seal, he'd

stolen it.

When I left, I forgot to take the

poisoned Phoenix.

Instead it was found by Yusha Hu.

And since that time, no one's heard of

him again. He just disappeared.

Can you tell me as well, since you were

very famous, what made you decide to

retire?HuhI was tired

of the continual fighting. I figured I'd

had enough. Do you think you can catch

him in a few days?I'm certain I will. I

wouldn't cheat you. Why don't I arrest

the killer? It'll all be clear to you.

Right. We better go. Right. Hey.

What?Let's turn

around and

fight. I want to get a hunt.

ohh Who wanted you to come here?Speak!

Speak or else!

ohh Who the hell are you?Why did you

disguise yourself? And why did you kill my

uncle?I'm gonna see you hanged.

Come on, get up. Go! Hmm

Fire! You won't get away from me.

Hold it.

My friend.

What are you doing?

I want a head. What's that?

You dare speak like that before it,

Captain?

But this head's very famous. It

belongs to the criminal you can't catch.

Who is he?Gold...

and... bird. Ah

It's him. That's

right. And his head's very

valuable.

There's a big reward. The price keeps

growing. It's gone up

from 200...

To 400,

then to $600.

Now, if you pay me a bit more,

I'll supply you with this head.

Huh And just who do you think you are?You

can't get the head of Goldenbird alone.

I am an expert with this sword of mine.

Good for you. But don't you

know Golden Bird?He uses the

deadly Zhu Ling knife, which is more

powerful.

You could well have heard of me.

I am the wandering swordsman from the

north, and he is not stronger than me.

Oh, of course, of course.

So I see you are the wandering

swordsman. HmmRight.

I thought that I would come and pay you a

visit. Captain?

HmmThe northern sword.

Zooling knife. Yes, yes

How much?

One thousand. It's

agreed. I'll pay. It's a deal.

Right. Please come inside and have a

drink. Thank you. Please.

ohh Talk. Who ordered you to come here?I

came by myself. If you talk, I'll

spare your life. Hey! Listen.

Let me question him.

Now, my friend, you had better tell us

the truth. Mr. Gold. Oh.

Mr. Gold, I've been waiting for you. Eh

Who is he?Oh. The man in the mask

had ordered him to assassinate us. Oh?I

didn't understand till now. Someone wants

to murder Mr. Gold. Umm

Right. We'll question him.

All right. Mr. Gold, Mr. Chi,

I'll leave you to handle everything. I'd

better go back and report to the captain.

Tell him. We finally got a lead to

Golden Bird, right? Now come back soon.

Please. Goodbye.

What are you doing?No, miss.

What are you doing?

I will do whatever I want to.

None of your business.

I have a question to ask. Is your surname

Chen?Right.

And was Chen Tin's son your uncle?

Ah I suspected you before.

It was you who killed my uncle.

Talk.

There's no need to be rude. Huh

Me rude. Well, I'll

kill you.

She is Shao Yu.

Mr. Gold, Ms. Chen is back.

Ms. Chen, what happened?The captain

said we should bring him back and he'll

put him in jail. Fine. Who's

there?

You again.

Why are you always interfering?Mr. Gold,

he's the person who sees justice is done.

Listen, young man, no need to be so rude.

Who is your teacher? He lives on Wu Tai

Mountain, the High Master.

Did your teacher ever mention to you

somebody close to him?

Yes, my teacher's brother. Well, it's me.

Kneel down.

You heard me. Kneel down.

Forgive me. Master.

Master, forgive me.

Please, Master. Please forgive him.

Master, please, you have to forgive him.

That's right. Hmm

Get up. Thank you,

Master.

I have come to deliver a letter to you.

Oh, Golden Bird says he's come from the

South. He challenges you to a fight

tomorrow at Taiping Mountain. He

says he'll be there. We

better not let anyone else know this.

Right, come on. I think we'd better have

a talk over there. Come on. Come onCome on

Let's go.

That's strange. There's another golden

bird.

Captain!

Captain, I've got partners.

What's the matter? What's all the fuss?

It's strange. Goldenberg

has sent a letter to them. Right.

You dare to use my good name. You have

gone and fought it into vile disrepute.

Who the

hell are you?

I'm the real golden bird, not you. You

have used my name. I'm going to kill you

today.

Hank!

So I finally brought you out into the

open. You bastardSo you'll set a trap for

me?

Get him!

The rainbow sword.

Hold it, miss a ghost.

HuhThe Zuling Knife.

Let me handle

it. Huh

Uncle.

It's you. Right. Quickly,

help me to kill all of them.

Ohh Captain, it's you.

That's right.

Goldenbird, you killed my brother Liu Tao

Peng. Today I've come to revenge him.

So you you saw who?I dare you

to use my name to Madam Mr. Chain and his

sevens. Your crime is great. I

can't spare you.

The Wanderer, it's you.

You didn't expect me.

Why are you against me?I'll make you

pay for this. We'll see about that.

Brother. Brother. Sister. Brother.
