[Embrace in the Dark Night]

[Episode 19]

You broke your promise.

[I won't let anyone hurt Wen Xi]

I have a way

to stop her from investigating G.E.

Don't forget she's not the real Wen Hao.

[V] When do we start?

[V] I'll give you her fingerprint report

[V] next week.

But you must

keep my involvement a secret.

[V] Without her,

[V] we'll be safer,

and you'll get to see me.

[Wen Hao]

Miss Wen,

you need to leave the company within ten minutes.

- I... - I don't need ten minutes.

I won't stay

in this dump a minute longer.

I'm officially out.

Goodbye,

everyone.

Twin switch.

Car accident.

Your story

really has

all the soap opera cliches.

And you?

Why did you get fired?

I suspected money laundering

but had no proof.

At least

I'm not stuck on a sinking ship

with those scumbags.

How did you find out they were laundering money?

Yesterday, I went to Private Club

with Mr. Zhang to discuss an art deal.

The prices were definitely fishy.

Private Club?

That club is owned by Mr. Ling.

And it's only for private receptions.

[Location: Private Club, Inner Street]

My sister took that photo at the club.

I want to get in that club.

Can you help me?

I'll get you into Private Club tonight.

Okay.

Let me help you.

Don't touch me.

We're not together anymore.

I don't mind

having an unrequited love.

You're disgusting.

Find somewhere to relax.

Don't come back

for a while.

I don't need your help.

Fine.

But if you're in trouble,

you know where to find me.

To rekindle old flames...

You just

wander around.

If anyone asks,

say you're with me.

At nine,

meet at the entrance.

Thanks for helping me out, Mr. Le.

If you really want to thank me,

convince Qiao Fei

to work for me.

Sure.

[Les Poissons]

How many times do I have to tell you?

Press up for up.

Isn't the elevator on the third floor?

Don't you need to press down to get it here?

I give up.

See,

it's coming down now.

[4F Not open to public] The fourth floor must be

where they keep important documents.

The manager asked us to pick up his package

at the security booth.

You go.

Yes.

Okay.

Which floor?

Third, please.

Okay.

I need a card to access the fourth floor.

So I was right.

[Signal lost...]

What luck,

both guards are slacking off.

[Lin Zhenhua, Security Service License]

That guard is assigned to the fourth floor.

Perfect.

Now, find another guard.

[Security Service License]

[Lin Zhenhua]

[Chen Hongfu]

I've sent both elevators to the first floor.

[Your food has arrived] The guards

[Your food has arrived] must have gotten the takeout call, too.

Hold on.

Normally,

you press down to go to the first floor.

But that guard probably pressed up

because of his logic.

Just picked up the package

and now I have to go down again.

This will send both elevators

to the fourth floor.

If time is right,

I can stop the elevators

on the second and third floors,

leaving one

to reach the fourth floor first.

As long as the guard's elevator goes down,

I can avoid them

and get to the fourth floor.

Crap.

I can't let the guard in.

So hot.

This is the painting.

Did my sister

leave any clues here?

Maybe not?

That man feels familiar.

A man in black just broke in.

Find him!

Should be

just me

caught.

We

can't

stay

together.

You'll get caught.

Come with me.

Search here.

It's almost nine.

We can leave

with Mr. Le's car.

They won't stop his car.

Is that him?

Not sure.

Doesn't look like he's in a suit.

I went to the bathroom,

and my blazer disappeared.

That guy's coat looks like yours.

Hey,

why'd you steal my blazer?

Stop!

Let's go.

I'm in a hurry.

Let me see your injury.

How did he know about my blister?

Go home.

[Dark Bar]

Didn't get the documents

and got hurt.

Next mission, you're taking me along.

Your pendant is gone.

You rest.

I'll find it.

[Yu Wanqing on Son's Education: Encouragement for Anxious Parents]

Could Fish

be Yu Wanqing's son,

Yu Zhe?

Was he

looking for information

on the Wanqing fraud case, too?

[Dark Bar]

You look awful.

Did someone beat you up?

Karma comes quickly.

Are you worried about me?

You wish.

Xu Zheqing,

during those nights we held each other,

we never had the same dream.

When I thought

we would migrate

to the polar day together,

your wish

was for either longer daylight

or another

long night?

So who will

dream the same dream as me this time?

Yu Zhe,

is it you?
