[Embrace in the Dark Night]

[Episode 16]

I know you've been looking for me.

Let's meet

and settle this.

[Wen Hao] Okay.

[Wen Hao] Send me the location.

This time,

I must expose V's identity.

What secret

are you hiding from me?

[Restaurant List] I wanted to eat out with you today.

Now,

forget it.

How can I reject your effort?

I'll book a restaurant.

Honestly,

I'm surprised you're willing

to have dinner with me.

Actually,

I want us to be on good terms.

It's the first time

someone made such a gentle confession

sound so fake.

You caught me.

I'm just messing with you.

[Menu] I heard this restaurant

is both expensive

and delicious.

Anyway, people like you

earn dirty money.

We might as well use it

to boost the economy.

Order anything you want.

If you are stuffed,

I'll call an ambulance for you.

Fei,

what are you looking at?

What are you doing?

Go back.

It's hot there.

The AC doesn't reach.

It's cooler here.

Button up your shirt.

Mind your manners.

Only for you, Fei.

Stay put.

I have a surprise for you.

She looks so cute when she's shy.

What?

Are you in a hurry for another date?

What's going on?

A power outage?

- Xu Zheqing. - Don't run.

- Xu Zheqing. - Hurry.

Be careful.

Wen Xi.

Fei,

thank goodness you're here.

Where is Wen Xi?

Help me get out of here.

No problem.

I'll use Ren to cause some trouble.

Found her.

I installed a tracker

on your phone.

You can find Wen Xi

using the map.

[Annan Road]

Pay the bill for me.

Fei,

you said you had a surprise for me.

Were you lying?

How could I lie to you?

Right?

Fei,

did you call me

just to use me?

I...

Come closer.

Don't you want to see who I really am?

I don't think

you would reveal your true self to me.

Everything

has a price.

If you can't pay,

I'm leaving.

If you give up investigating G.E.,

I'll pull you up.

I'll never give up.

Okay.

I...

I agree.

I'll stop investigating.

Now that's the right decision.

Come on.

I know your answer now.

Hello.

Xu Zheqing is here.

He can't see my face.

You're safe.

You should worry about

explaining why you disappeared

from the restaurant

and ended up here.

I'm done washing. Your turn.

Not afraid of death, huh?

It's the last time.

This is the last time I save you.

Don't

do stupid things again.

Thanks anyway.

Your girl never stopped

investigating G.E.

She must go.

I won't let her get in the way again.

Don't touch her.

She must face the consequences.

Help me recover the money

from Shi Qiang.

Then I'll reconsider

what to do with her.

That girl is quite good,

sensible too.

Right.

Not bad.

Watch where you're going!

Always in the way.

Seems like you don't welcome me.

I know.

G.E. sent you

to get the final payment.

But as I said,

I have no money.

Just leave

and stop ruining my fun.

Want to fight?

Since we're having fun,

let's make it lively

with more people.

Qiang,

the three of you together?

You should invite us, too.

Go away.

You are so annoying.

I'll give you the final payment.

Fine,

the money is in my office safe.

Go get it yourself.

Oops.

Sorry.

Missed it.
