you're the one who

lost you call them

punches as far as I can

have done is make me want to show you

what real pain feels

[Music]

like

you're lucky he's in a good move we have

guest

tonight but

tomorrow you and I are going to find out

just how many bullets it takes to kill a

man what do you say boys I don't think

he makes it pasty number it only takes

one I

think I could stretch it all all the way

to

[Music]

20 let's go drink some

whis

well what are you

doing do you realize what they'll do to

us well he's not worth

it everyone's worth it

a large group of men right behind us and

they're going to kill us if we go back

it Remains the Same you must

[Music]

leave off your

horses you stay here until I

return why you boys stopping they're

getting away are you kidding me clay

look what you're standing

under what you're afraid of a couple

dead

Corpses

your offing to be the same you don't

burn those horses play the black feet

will never forgive an offense like

this I don't care what those Indians

think now

ride which way they

go IND

over there hold back

[Music]

hold

dead G it

clay Frederick Donovan dead got two of

us

killed this ain't over it is and you

know

it I saw him the Marshall

Scout the ghost that got

away

[Music]

make sure he gets back to Camp I got

something I got to

[Music]

do they have fled you must leave now you

fought them in one who are you I am

kitsy of the black feet a half a day

ride that way is a

town leave

[Music]

[Music]

now

[Music]

you know I had never met a real Indian

before proba always said there were

bloodthirsty Savages so you should PA

said most were bloodthirsty will you

better be glad we met the ones that

didn't want to take our scals y'd be

more afraid of the gang chasing us than

those Indians I don't even want to know

what would have happened if they caught

up to

us hey wait where you

going you can't go back there we barely

Escape

sir you're going back to die get out of

my way how do you expect to fight that

whole lot by yourself look I don't know

what quarrel you had with them but we

saved your life and you shouldn't just

throw that

away

yeah guess I should be grate for you

boys after all I doe you in my

life so uh what's your

name name's Drew Wesley Drew Quick Draw

Wesley actually fastest gun

around well then explain how you ended

up tied to a tree Mr Quick drop yeah

how'd you get yourself mixed up with

that gang anyhow or not just any gang

the boys you met down there are known as

the Denson gang most ruthless Cutthroats

in the

territory and telling they're out there

for quite some time now don't really

know what they're looking for but

they're sure to move around a lot

it's good money attached their heads too

had a cup them where I wanted them when

well got to drop me in the game of

dice took my gun and tied me to that

tree H quite the arrest on your

part well if the really is dangerous as

you say that's all the more reason for

us to keep moving how about you head

into town with us and after that you can

go your separate

way you might want to clean that blood

off your face before we cross paths with

any women right ladies actually love a

man with some Battle

[Music]

Scars

[Music]

[Music]

see

[Music]

this ain't much how you doing guys oh I

don't know it's got it

sights I don't think you're going to be

around long enough to see him Sid

remember we're only here to get supplies

then we're out come on Jeff after the

last few days can't we have some time to

relax we can relax when we get to the

coast well

wait your boys are headed that far west

yeah oh I can't fault you quite a sight

to behold you've seen the ocean Drew

well I figured after ear the Bounty from

the Denson gang make my way west as well

Lu would have it I got beaten blue and

tied to a

tree look you boys need some in a Nosa

territory if you're headed that way I

may be interested in tagging along

myself

look Drew we hardly even know yet last

thing we need is some bloody faed

Gunslinger tailing us all the way to the

coast oh I don't know I don't think it'd

be all that bad it wouldn't hurt to have

a traveling companion with us I mean

what we've been held up three times in

the past week

alone fine if it gets us moving faster I

don't care look me and will will go down

and find some supplies Sid you see about

finding us in

Firepower and please don't cause any

trouble

don't worry Drew Jeff's actually

friendly he is a friendly

[Music]

guy once you get to know

[Music]

him

I think they see a corpse walking around

they wouldn't be too wrong feel like

death himself well sir you sure do look

like him too very funny you know with

your face looking like that and your

clothes all torn wouldn't be surprised

yeah doesn't help that we smell whatever

Brimstone that bartender gave us back

there

too you know maybe we should be looking

for a scythe for you

instead bew over for

death

hey hey wait a minute hold on sir I

don't want any

trouble well what is

it if my if my mother taught me anything

it was how to apologize so I was

wondering if you could grant me that

courtesy look what I'm trying to say is

I'm sorry for running into you

especially looking like

this and I'm sorry for pushing you in

the street Street even if you do look

rather hideous my mother also taught me

to introduce myself if anybody's kind

enough to meet me I'm Drew Wesley nice

to meet you drew Wesley I'm Laur gron uh

don't mean to be rude but I'm afraid

I'll Sly that hand if I touch it my

current state well if you looking to get

cleaned up there's a wash near the

Livery about three buildings down that'd

be lovely but I'm afraid I'm in need of

a guide so me and my friend

there we just rolled into this town

would it be too forward if I asked you

to show me around well I was headed that

direction anyhow but wouldn't your

friend like to join us as

well let me go ask

him I need you to keep walking see if

you're not into your company and find me

later supposed to supposed to I'm sure

I'll find something with her now

get

as memory serves the watch house should

be next to the Presley General Store

near the Marshall's

Livery be a mighty welcome sight I'll

have my wits back once I get all this

dust washed off me there's quite a bit

more than just us to wash off how did

you find yourself an Overlook looking so

broken fighting for my life in the D of

Bandit and cut thrs ahead of schedule

baby how on Earth did you end up there I

may not look like it but I make my

living in bringing men like them to

justice actually I've been on the hunt

for their outfit for quite some time

now there I was outside their Hideout

gun in hand encourage bold there you are

[Music]

Laura

[Music]

now

Lara what's a wild flower like you doing

with a tumble weed like

this it's my business who I choose to

walk with

Jack

Laura you don't know the territory yet

and I couldn't sleep well at night

knowing you were walking around with

some thing as feral as this his name's

Drew Jack and I may be new to the ter

but I think I can handle

[Music]

myself

regardless we're here to walk with you

now right boys I've already got company

Jack Drew let's go hey you're not going

anywhere I think she made herself clear

she's not going anywhere with

[Music]

you Jack

Dre get him Jack Jack stop all your St

right

[Music]

now all right you have a good day too

you waiting for get in here and hit

him let's go come

on

I got come

[Music]

on Sheriff toad Sheriff wake up Miss C

what Jack Fletcher and his friends are

fighting two boys in the street are they

armed what I Don't Know Jack is ACC

costing them you have to stop it now

Laura Jack is quite full of himself but

he's not the kind to take the fight in a

stranger Sheriff there are five people

killing each other right now now are you

going to stop this or do I need to go

get my

father

fine get

back keep down help me keep down

on

all right boys that's

enough you had your fun to break it

up I said that's

[Applause]

enough on your

feet Jail's that way boys Sheriff we

didn't I didn't ask you that's it

March that

way

you three come on you

two give me mind doing anything to think

about it boy

no you know waking me up that's an

annoyance disturbing the piece that's an

infraction assaulting an officer now

that's a

crime got a nice room for all of you

come on in here make yourselves

comfortable come L yeah was just down

watering horses what I saw all happen

right down here Jack leer got fight with

a bunch of Strang did you hear that yeah

you don't think that was in this town

will who else could it have been here

I'll only be a minute take that to the

living can I help you got some of my

friends in here just need to ask him a

question question or

two what' you

do took the wrong

fight Saw Drew here about to get knocked

gy West by those

three I didn't know why but I assumed it

was for a good reason and uh it

was shut up you

ninny anyway

turns out they were fighting over a girl

one that little Drew here seemed quite

struck by yeah and where is she now blaz

is a

[Music]

Fino what are they in for disturbing the

peace and assaulting an officer of the

law all right how long tomorrow morning

or until somebody bails him out yeah see

you boys in the morning

morning you have a nice

night boys get yourself cleaned up

people going to think I'm locking up

corpses or

something

Jesus how going to help you boys yeah my

cousin was in here earlier he said he

bought four pieces from you I wondering

if you still had them around matter of

fact there is this fine piece of

equipment and then these ones right

here all right thank you

you're welcome now uh we got to find a

place to stay the

night maybe I can help with that and who

are you people around here call me

Reverend

Mark and uh how do you plan on helping

us Reverend well you two are free to

stay with me for the night or for

however long you need yeah that sounds

great I'd love to actually get some

sleep tonight where do you stay well

follow me it's right on the edge of

town great another night with the gospel

Sharp

[Music]

truth be

told thank you I barely recognize this

town

anymore it's so different from the

cluster of empty homes that used to be

here when I arrived how long ago was

that about 2 years maybe less how' to

change so

fast well as I understand it Overlook

elected a mayor back when it was was

scarcely more than a ghost town Mr gron

is his name he shared what he had with

the village his time and his wealth did

he build everything no but he pitched

anywhere he

could the church the church is thanks

solely to him he personally paid for

every beam and nail he sounds like a

pretty good

man

indeed so how did Two Brothers end up

this far

Northwest uh it's uh not just us riding

with our cousin Sydney and one other

named Drew Wesley

mx4 and uh where are they now yeah

they're uh spending the night in the

jail for getting in a dumb fight yes I

uh I heard about that must have been

quite the scuffled to get old toll

involved now Simon he doesn't sell his

wees cheap you boys must be pretty well

off to to afford one of those yeah we

better be sold the whole Farm the whole

Farm you owned a farm at your age I'm

begging your pardon but that doesn't

seem likely well it wasn't really ours

it was it was left to us after the pox

took M paa well don't ever talk about Ma

Pa like

that now Jeff Lord says in his word okay

Reverend you tell me what kind of a god

takes a boy's parents out of his life

what kind of a god God does that the

same one who chose Mercy over Vengeance

and the same one who let his only

begotten son die on a cross so that we

could

live now it's not given to us to know

why but God is always

faithful you boys ever heard the story

of

Job yeah

you boys are blessed to have each other

but the Lord allowed Saint to take

absolutely everything away from

him in the end even his wife turned on

him sorry for snapping at you there will

I didn't mean

to it's fine how the last couple days

have been going and' be surprised if you

didn't well you two are free to spraw

out on the bed if you like I think some

sleep might do you both

well thank you

[Music]

r

[Music]

it's your lucky day

boys getting out

early come on out here let me get your

guns

P you got to believe me I didn't do

anything it I I didn't do anything

should takes a thought your pride son

then your paw wouldn't have to bill yach

every

pinch this isn't over I swear I'm Coming

For You

yellow is there any particular reason

you haven't made yourself scarce Jack uh

if you're partial to that cell I got no

qualms letting you stay here a while

longer

mayor these The Strangers you were

telling me about Laura yes daddy that's

Drew Wesley he's the one who fought off

Jack and his friends when they're

harassing me he's also the one that

assaulted me

mayor sorry about that sheriff hope you

know that punch is meant for Jack's nose

and not your

gut looks like you boys roughed each

other up pretty good enough to get the

laws attention

anyway how many licks would you say you

gave them enough to prove I don't take

kindly to

arrogance well said I would have whipped

jacked myself if I didn't have a

reputation to keep that boy's been a

pain in my side ever since Laura moved

to overlook I think they spent enough

time in lock up Toad go ahead and open

up the cell yes sir

I don't know why I bother arresting

anybody now can I trust you boys to keep

the peace yes

sir well then let me officially welcome

you to overlook I'm mayor grenson hi

you've met my daughter Laura and you've

already crossed our Sheriff toad

so what brings you boys to overlook well

sir there's actually four of us two

brothers by the name of Jeff and Will

lawon are here

too we were attacked last night by a

gang and led toward this town now we're

just here supplying for our Westward

Journey attacked huh well that makes

sense it's a lot more damage than Jack

could have done yeah would have saved

some face if I had something like that

with me like this

you know how to handle a

firearm yeah goodbye why you any

good you don't get to be mayor unless

you can back up your

promises again welcome to overlook and

it's also perfect timing we have our

Town's Oney year anniversary coming up

that's going to be in a couple of days

there'll be plenty of food and drink a

shooting competition and even a dance

won't you stay H that does sound nice uh

I'll talk to Jeff and will see if they

want to hey you a't Happ to know where

they are do you I'll ask around in the

meantime you boys need to wash up uh

Toad go ahead and show him to the Wash

House

mayor yes

sir letter from mayor

greson

father is everything all right yes yes

I'm all right

Laura let's

go all right you Helens follow

me yeah she looked like she's

no they would have beaten you to a pulp

if I was not there sure I took two of

them didn't I more like two of them took

you yeah S I agree you look even worse

than

Drew well you boys ready to

go uh actually Jeff it's a festival in

two days it's like a big old chind dig

want to be sore to miss out on yeah we

won't want to miss out out on this

listen there's going to be girls there's

going to be drinks food

dancing and

girls you know Jeff we ain't never been

to a festival before think we might be

able to stay a while

longer okay but the day after we're out

got

it

hey Drew here there's going to be a

shooting contest in

town first prize the handcrafted cult

than you

Lon I would aner but I don't have a gun

oh that's fine you can use one of the

pistols we got from the

gunsmith no

way

you saying well tell well that she looks

like she's going

[Music]

late

I got your

note are you sure it was him no

doubt but he wasn't

alone with the Marshall

gone that Brave's the last one that

knows you're

alive

the truth is always written by those who

win those who

survive we have the

arrow you're going to take that arrow

and use it to proclaim the truth our

truth I think I see what you're

asking how much Bloodshed you suppose no

deaths

overlooks proud the fire and the arrow

that'll be more than enough provocation

and once that's done and the Blackfoot

is

blamed what

then it's just a means to an end the

town's folk will want

revenge they'll take it from

there those are my

orders you

know I remember

remember a brave

soldier running through bayet and

gunfire with no

fear who could rally men not with words

but with action as Savage as it

was I rallied captain and I'll do it

again but I want to ask what

happened why aren't we going after this

Brave

ourselves I'm just trying to do

right God uses people all the

time

yeah but you ain't

God get it done

[Music]

Trace

where you going

boy hey turn that a little bit get in

line with the

Roe get some spons in

here

ma'

[Music]

ma'am what you doing up here

well

just take it in the

[Music]

view you ever wonder if all this amounts

to

nothing feel like ever since we left the

farm and what family we had left we just

chasing our own tails what do you mean

I mean maybe it's time we do more than

just bet on the turn and hope for the

best

maybe maybe God's telling us that we're

worth more than just our next

hand maybe so little brother but God

ain't talking to me

anymore he is Jeff he just ain't

listening you know PA always said you'd

never be able to focus on what's

happening around you till he just sat

still and

listened PA also said he'd always be

there for us well and look at where we

are

now

listen even after everything that

happened when Sid came and lived with us

and Mom and P got sick and

I look even after everything happened

you and I still made it

through you're the only one I have left

now

[Music]

will I made a promise to M and Pa that

I'd keep you

safe I have

and I don't plan on quitting now

well you know Jeff sometimes I think

you're the one who needs save

me maybe so a little brother but I don't

see that happening anytime

soon well probably should find Sid and

Drew sounds sounds like the festival

[Music]

starting

[Music]

have

[Music]

[Applause]

[Music]

fun hello beautiful you want to

dance

[Music]

come on Laura Laura wait wait Laura

Laura Jack come on Laura it's just one

dance Jack I don't want your hands

anywhere on my Cur

Laura when are you going to stop

treating me like I'm some starved wolf

Jack I'd much rather spend my night with

a wolf than with you I know you don't

mean that I think it's about time you

get going Jack I think it's about time

to get your hand off my wrist

what do you want to rep of last time

Jack the reason I won't dance with you

is because I already promised to dance

to Drew now you're gentleman enough to

honor that aren't

you we're fun

tonight I can scarce believe to call him

a gentleman couldn't stand another

second with him I'm glad you're okay

please forgive me but I got to wait

won't you stay I'll Circle back like a

vulture if you're not here Laura I want

to now what kind of attitude is this you

sir are not the drusy I at the other the

morning what's that supposed to mean it

means up until now you never struck me

as one who likes shivery not even when

Jack beat you bloody what i t his hide

and I do it again that's it that's true

Wesley now before you run off into the

night would you do me the honor of a

dance thing is I'd love to but I don't

do you not know how to dance I Don't

Dance come with me if you can walk and

breathe I can teach you to dance

[Music]

whiskey quit drinking my

[Music]

whiskey hey Drew I didn't know you broke

a leg in that fight hey you didn't mean

it you're fine is

[Music]

there we were came over the hill and

there's an Indian sitting there waiting

for us and he said to us you must leave

for this is sacred

ground

[Music]

n get back you fool

[Music]

[Music]

Jeff he's not here Jeff

he's moved

on you ever make it to be a man in this

world breaks

you

we all have scars

J but what makes a man is not the depth

of those

scars it's the choices that he

makes I've made mine

reverent

Jeff I hope you know what you're

doing vengeance is the

Lords

I don't think he'll mind if I borrow

just this once

[Music]

Reverend I didn't know you knew how to

shoot a bow like that no just something

I picked up along the way not much of a

challenge though heck of you dang there

mind what on Earth were you thinking we

had strict instructions no

you made a choice 10 years ago and we're

still running from

yourself it's going to crumble down like

last not from an army or a militian but

a lone Brave who saw too

much Anderson I gave you final orders

this morning and I'll

leave I don't think it'll change

thing because you and judgment have

something in

common you don't tend to

[Music]

miss

[Music]

[Music]

[Music]

you were not to return to this

Drew

bless me Father for I've sinned

back on the farm in

Virginia my brother and I just wanted to

live in

peace and then the army of Northern

Virginia showed

up when my brother and I refused to

join they set fire to our

[Music]

farm when my brother tried to stop

him they shot him

[Music]

down that got me to

join the yank

Army legally killing rebs suited me

fine they deserved what I gave

them all except the old

man he was different

his eyes were

different he didn't beg for

life just looked up at me and said Son

ain't never going to find peace at the

end of that

Barrel no just a dead old

man I killed him

all with that old

man he just won't

[Music]

die I believe on your word father a life

for a

life I always aim to do right and settle

down now I got Laura to take care

of but no matter how much good I do the

sins of the past keep catching up to

me that old man is

[Music]

wrong the only way back to

peace is to take One Last Ride With the

[Music]

Devil

[Music]

[Music]

Sheriff here's the man you're looking

for led the attack on town killed Jeff's

brother

him this is the AR that killed will and

it's the same as the ones on his

back I had to

ask congratulations boys youve done this

town a great

service good job what are you doing with

him now uh what put in the jail we get

us judge down here have us a trial a

trial for what we know we already did

why don't you just shoot him and be done

with it cuz that's not the way we do

things why don't you take your friend

here and go get a drink to cool your

head

huh why don't you come with me in case I

need another set of

hands

don't believe leave you I think you're

lying why would I kill someone I had

saved why would you wait to tell us why

didn't you tell the boy the Boy Is Lost

In Anger nothing I could ever say would

change his

mind let's say you're not lying which I

I hollly doubt who those engines that

attacked the town last night they were

not black feet nor any other tribe they

were white

men the den dinon gang what denen gang

what would that Cutthroat band have

anything to do with this I don't I don't

rightly see the point I don't know the

reason they follow the man that leads

them the dead cry out against him and

only I can hear them and he hunts me for

it who who

adiss filthy Savage walk Sheriff I was

just starting to believe him I know
