more counter space and you need an

island in there so everyone can gather

around and talk and then see that wall

there that's blocking the view into the

living room and when it's Christmas

morning and you're doing everything you

want to watch your kids opening their

presents next to the Christmas tree I

mean that's really important I guess I

hadn't thought about that we could move

the kitchen against the East wall create

a window and then getting rid of that

wall that that's a simple

solution yeah yeah and it would be so

pretty cuz you could see the sunrise at

breakfast guess I figured just go after

the techb people I guess everybody else

did as well yeah I warned him about that

which you did warn me about

this will help with pre-sales tell him

we'll we we'll do a market analysis of

the change in demographics but I think

this could be exactly what we need to

get this project off and
