mind was it around 10. a couple minutes before 10.

I hit the brakes but there was nothing i could do it was just too late

i just wish there's something i could have done he just jumped out so fast

wait wait wait wait wait let her be we'll talk to her later

this is the journey this is the one that killed

her husband this is our problem right here

i guess hill he figured that you can't hear

me because she's a married woman so you just

kill her husband is that it detective no is this

necessary yeah you tell her and her dead husband

you guys watch too much television i'll tell

you what you got you got speculation you got

conjecture you got no evidence so for now this

is over i think we've had enough you know what

a little bit of advice and you sir inform your client don't leave town okay

seven years ago i said for better or for worse remember

thanks honey i needed to hear that from you

right now what's gonna happen with the police

well since there's an accident i think they're just gonna let it go

really i was the guy a man named ron hell his

widow was at the station i felt so bad for her

horrible do you think she'll sue mitch doesn't

want me to talk to her he's afraid of lawsuits

or bad publicity to be honest i don't know what should be worse right now

i can't believe i'm putting you and the baby through this after four miscarriages

this kind of stress we just don't need john i

tell you i'm feeling fine this time nothing's

going to go wrong don't worry let's just get this over with and get back together

don't feel comfortable leaving you all the time we'll talk about it later

it's gonna be all right

oh

With money and you baby i got it all uh well alan

let's just make sure you can hold on to the money

well you know i've been doing a lot of thinking

investment plan all mapped out you're gonna love

it you're gonna love it brilliant love you baby

o'clock in the morning and what should i tell your wife of calls tell her

teleram went to meet the woman from the accident john i'm so sorry

yeah not as sorry as i'll be if she sues me watch out you're for yourself john

thanks

oh thank you for meeting me i had no idea where

to turn don't thank me i feel so sorry about the

whole thing oh it's okay um i'm sorry i called

you but i just don't know anyone else in the

city i met ron in italy and we spent a year just touring europe before we

ever even came to los angeles um it was the first time i'd ever been to california so

things were good oh things were great uh in the first year we moved out of our little

apartment into this incredibly gorgeous house

with a view ron's career was unbelievable

and god we definitely had everything i guess that's all gone now

i'm sorry um the house was so big that it

didn't really bother me when the bank foreclosed

what are you gonna do now since i have to be out of the house in three days

then um i just have to find a place to stay until the insurance money comes through

when should that be i'm not really sure three or four months i think

is there something i can do actually you could help me find a place to stay

i could try and help you find a place where would

you like to look the hills would be nice something

really comforting to me about the hills well then

i guess we need to find you a place in the hills

you are so nice i want to thank you for sitting

here listening to me complaining about all my

problems oh no no it's no trouble it makes me feel

better just knowing there's something i can do

so do you know of a guesthouse for random hills

well not offhand but i can look something with a

view would be perfect well i guess i could could

you do know the guesthouse no no not actually but

maybe i can ask jennifer if she knows any oh

i'm sorry jennifer's my wife she's pregnant

she's pregnant well i hope so she was when i left

this morning listen i got an idea why don't you

come over to our place for dinner we'll all put

our heads together and maybe jennifer will have

some ideas that's oh don't worry about anything

we'll make it a plan dinner tomorrow night thanks

oh let me go find jennifer

jennifer this is nicole what a pleasure

john's told me so many nice things about you

i'm gonna go check some in the kitchen

how are you doing thanks for asking i'm fine come

on in can i get you a drink or something sure okay

so i was thinking maybe we could help nicole find

some place to stay until she gets her fair settled

oh god it's gonna be all right honey doctor's

on his way okay hi jennifer relax breathe just

breathe in through relax jennifer be still doctor

and through your nose out through your mouth okay

keep breathing stay you've got to stay calm stay calm breathe free that's it

lay back and relax for me

legs okay have you given her anything no

no fever no vomiting have you had any bleeding no no bleeding

calm down john why don't you give me a glass of

water well there seems to be nothing wrong with

jennifer or the baby but because of her history

of miscarriages she definitely needs to relax

stay put means no exercise no housework you got

that okay in fact you might want to consider

getting her some help around the house for the time being all right i gotta go it was

nice meeting you nicole nicole i'll show you

thanks brad sorry to drive you away from home

in the middle of the night you guys give me a

call anytime you need me all right thanks again

sure i'd be glad to help you with anything you need to know you bet call me anytime

nicole i'm so embarrassed it's not exactly the first impression i wanted to make

jennifer don't worry about it it's okay you know what if

if you don't want to make the drive we'd be

happy to let you stay in the guest room oh

you guys i don't want to impose no no no really

it's an old position we'd love to have you stay

are you sure uh-huh yeah thanks i think the three of us are going to be great friends

so what do you think of her

well she's unbelievably nice and uh unbelievably

pretty oh she's gonna hold a candle to you honey

these girls really sit said

you know just because you're young and beautiful

doesn't mean i'm going to let you show me up

so tell me how was your lunch with brad oh he's

nice you know he's really concerned about you too

about your pain he gave me a little something to

give you okay just in case you need it he's always

john doing dishes this time gotta see oh no

jennifer's it are you sure yeah john and i get it

it's really nice of me to help out like this ah don't worry about it

i know it's tough when you and jennifer with the pregnancy

and what john you're not still blaming yourself about that accident are you

how about you you must miss ron a little but

he's not near as kind and gentle as you are

oh wow jennifer john's getting really good at these dishes

how much longer before nicole gets her money i

hope for a while she's been great around here

yeah too good what do you need me for what's

that supposed to mean you're my wife mother of

our child i just feel useless john she's young

and beautiful running circles around me here

and she's already got bread wrapped around her

little finger she's seeing brad that's great

as for you my little princess after we have

the baby you'll be back to speed in no time

um you won't want me anymore then

you think about that for a second

i love cream cheese can i get anything else juice coffee

are you okay breakfast not sitting well with you

i don't think it's the breakfast can i get

you anything i don't know what's safe i mean

did brad give us anything for an occasion like this yeah i did i'll get it for you

and then i gotta run i'm late for an

appointment i don't know what i'd do without you

yeah i know her but her face that you've lost your money

it's over with there's nothing you can do about it yeah just give me a sec

what can i do for you miss howell i hope you make love better than you litigate

excuse me you do have time for a little sex don't

you i thought you could me on the desk here

uh is there something professional you might

require yes after you me on the desk

you can help me see your friend john what are

you talking about don't play stupid with me

you are a lawyer aren't you miss hal uh i'm afraid i'm gonna have to ask you to leave

i ask you to me on your desk and you ask

me to leave don't worry i take rejection very well

you have a visitor mr mccormick who nicole nicole yes nicole look what i brought here

for me what did i do nothing you're just sweet and you take care of all my problems

well it's the least we could do you've been

so much help to jennifer isn't this great uh

i wanted to see you in something really sexy this

looks like a very expensive suit well don't worry

about it just think how much fun i'm gonna have

seeing you in it well that's very thoughtful of

you oh wait wait wait i want you to try it on for

me oh i couldn't i could for you i bet you could

well it's your suit try it on wherever you want

all right i'll go try it on in the bathroom you're the boss

can i help you with something no

uh

Um that looks great how did you know my size

so well i'm pretty tough to fit i took a peek

at one of your suits in the whole closet oh

did you find some cash while you were there

god that color is just absolutely fabulous on

you you know you didn't have to do anything

like this for me john listen to me very closely if i had a man like you

you would have anything you want anytime you want it

are you gonna put out or not how about i buy you lunch

that's a start

do you even know when i first met you here i

had no idea what to expect i know it seems like

so long ago i know it does do you realize we've been living together for two months

you've been a great help around the house well i do like helping jennifer but

i'd rather help you and what did you have in

mind well i have a lot lots of things in mind

i think you have too many things in mind well that's just the kind of mind i have

nicole i'd be lying if i said you didn't turn

me on but i'm a married man wow i admire your

loyalty it's very sexy that's not my loyalty

that you're playing i know you find me attractive

betty betty smith from columbus ohio are you

talking to me i'm betty i knew it was you

what are you talking about i haven't seen you since high school graduates i have

never been to ohio and i have not graduated with

you or anybody else but don't you remember i was

going out with i know i don't remember i must have a twin somewhere it's not me

let go

it's a strange city sometimes

good idea

can you remember that

ah

Is that a new suit john um nicole bought it for me

oh wow how thoughtful of nicole

you're not jealous are you jennifer no jealous no

look if it bothers you i'll take the suit

back why would it bother me john an energetic

beautiful young woman running my household and

bringing my husband's suits at the office why

would that be jennifer i was only trying to

repay your hospitality well don't try so hard

jennifer is this really necessary nicole has

done nothing but try to help with everything that we're doing here

i thought you didn't have any money brad was nice enough to help me out a little bit

remind me to thank brad

you're really being unfair to nicole she's only trying to help

i don't need that kind of help it's just for a few more weeks

so she came to your office today just to bring

me the suit oh how thoughtful what did you do

to show your appreciation nothing we just have lunch that you're someplace romantic

just the place around the corner from the office

why are you letting this get so out of control

look i know i'm getting fat and everything right now

and i see the way you look at her jennifer what

are you talking about you're imagining things

there's absolutely nothing going on between

nicole and i and what about the future how

could you help not being turned on by a girl like

nicole look she may be attractive but i love you

i'm sorry i just know what's matter to me maybe

i'm just tired you know there was a time when i

could have given her a little competition there is

no competition you are weighing out of her league

thanks honey

good night i love you too

having trouble sleeping jennifer's becoming really unhappy

well you know pregnancy is tough on a woman

tell me about it you know you two need to relax a

little she needs to get out if you want me to take

her shopping this week i'd be glad to dad would

be very brave of you well i'm that kind of girl

i like that about you you know what else i'd like to do is

make your week a little bit nicer and what did

you have in mind well a drink's a nice start

what next use your imagination well my neck is

a little sore oh it is well i can help with that

oh helpful girl

no no look i'd really love to give in to you nicole but

i do love my wife

well i told you about me in the hills it's nice perfect and i do fantasize about you

you fantasize about me

every night

i close my eyes and i think of you kissing me

touching my breasts

kissing down my stomach

okay okay i get the idea

john i got a really good idea i'm gonna go upstairs to my room and get in my bed

and you go to your room and get in your bed you'd have more fun in my room

you're probably right but hey that's just not gonna happen

and i'm gonna take your little glass and i'm gonna go into my little room

and think about you play with

i'll see you tomorrow

count on it yeah right john mccormick please his attorney

mitch how's law treating you well almost too good well what's too good you're uh

your friend miss howl she dropped in the other day and uh she tried to seduce me

mitch you stud you no john i'm worried about this girl look she may be a little

too free sexually but she's a nice girl and she's been terrific with jennifer

yeah well quite frankly i'm a little worried about

the three of you up there so here's what i want

you to do john i want you to transfer everything

into jennifer's name until she leaves all your

funds i guess that means you want to make it a

foursome mitch no john i'm trying to be serious

if you want to have sex with her go at it you don't need my permission

anything goes on between the two of you is strictly your business you don't have

to tell me about it although i wouldn't mind

if you did john just just do what i tell you

to i'm going to put some papers together and i

want you to sign up all right all right mitch

i'll sign him if that's what makes you feel comfortable i gotta go thanks john

close at the door well no one's just a package

for me there's your medicine thanks i'd like to

take good care of my friends take good care of john too why is he complained

no he seems to like you a little too much how did jennifer don't get paranoid on me

anything interesting just insurance

papers

oh michael you may have rejected me but now the whole world thinks i'm your wife

now all i have to do is sell your car

no big deal unfortunately there can't be more than one brenda beals right now

good job alan but you're gonna be

disappointed

i want to thank you and for helping me with all of the forced papers you did so good

what can i say that's my job and you're very

good at your job two minutes to come to an end

hey will you setting up that next clown aren't you yeah john's almost in place

and he has this friend brad that can be lots of

fun lots of money yeah lots of money in a great

house in the hills and you do love those hills

yes i do alan you catch on so quick don't you

oh i forgot to tell you something about brad

he's a doctor and he taught me all about medicine and poison

alan don't worry they'll find you in a couple of days with brenda

how ironic

herb i am trying i want the money

he didn't know what you i'll talk to you later i'll talk to you later

don't mean to be pushy about this sale but i've got to have this money

and it couldn't wait till tonight nights aren't good for me

well i can see

you're getting better at this so extra ten thousand

five thousand come on 7 500 you can drive this one yourself

just because you're such a beautiful

lady

what

john where did you come from from your most

erotic fantasy what happened to the lights

do you really care i can do without them for the moment

oh what a big boy i've been in the dark before

not with me you should haven't be frightened

terrified what are you up to no good and if

you're not good i'm gonna have to hurt you

no

So

I can't

i'm prepared to make you very very happy

oh god what am i doing it feels like you're ready to have some fun to me

no please stop not until you tell me how much you want me

god more than oxygen but i can't yes you can no one's gonna know just sit back and

i'm gonna make you very very happy nicole i'm

sorry i can't what's wrong with you you don't

like women of course i do i just you don't have

any guts no i just i'm married i love my wife

but you're not getting any and you can't convince me that you want me to stop

what's all this about nicole

it's just these dark stormy nights so the storm brought you here

no i need a ride home because i sold my cart you sold your car

oh gosh

come on i'm taking you home

so i saw an envelope sitting next to your purse

in the office with the name brenda beals on it

is that brenda she's just a friend i thought you

didn't know how many friends here well she's not

really a friend she just helped me sell my car she sold your car something like that

so how are you gonna get around now well i thought

since you drive to work in the morning you could

take me some mornings and then take me back

some afternoons doesn't sound too convenient

maybe i could use jennifer's car oh you

don't expect me to ask her about that do you

guess not

hey how are things with brad oh great couldn't be

better anything serious learned a lot of things

about doctors and medicine that's about it yeah

it's been valuable to me too it's a pregnancy from

hell so what about you any romance oh no romance

just sex sex is fun though yeah well fun is good

so uh you won't be moving in with him anytime soon then oh no i'm not moving

out i love it here i like helping you hello yeah hold on nicole it's for you

hello i can sign the papers when will the check be

ready great thank you oh thank god it's about time

insurance come through yes i'm so relieved no offense nicole but so am i

i understand if i sign the papers today i'll have the check by monday

i'm sorry i didn't mean to be this nice

just that sometimes i resented you so much i

almost hated you other times i can't imagine life

around here without you let me go get those papers

signed i'll be out of your hair in no time this

arrangement hasn't been that easy on me either

oh can i borrow your car

oh john let me blow it all the time since when

forget it i don't want to cause problems with you no um

when did john say you could use my car it's no

big deal jennifer he lets me use it all the time

why would he let you use my car without asking me first

jennifer i said it's no big deal i'll get my money this week i'll get my own car

i think you better

um don't call me brenda call me nicole what will

you be doing next well i've got my eyes on this

gorgeous house in the hills and i'm thinking i'm

changing my name to something stuffy like jennifer

well that's a stuffy name for a pretty woman

yeah right you have a lot of money for a nice

healthy down payment oh i'm also getting a house

on blue jay way you know blue jay way right yeah

i do well when you get ready to sell that house

call me you might be sooner than you think max
