Mostly pubs all around Eastbourne, all around town.

That's exactly what I used to do,

go round open mic nights, do the pub scene.

It builds up experience,

and that's the best way to do it, is getting out there.

What you're doing is getting out, getting experience,

and knowing what it's like to be in front of people.

Again, just friendly little gigs, so this was crazy wild for me.

I mean, everybody who walks out on the stage is nervous.

The thing that got me, which I think was really interesting,

you hit a note where you started to, like, go off of pitch,

and you pulled off of it...

It's like, "No, she didn't."

..and slid, and I was like "Ooh, he knows what he's doing.

"He's hearing it in real time and actually moving with it."

And that really impressed me. Thank you.

A bit of a mix - what's really fun about our team

is that we've got quite different music tastes

Danny's musical heritage and upbringing was rock music.

I wanted to be in a boy band before I started this band.

I teach children from about five, six years old.

The first time I started singing

and just thought it'd be a bit boring
