Your Highness the Sixth Prince is waiting for you outside

My son won't acknowledge that thief as his father anymore

He's after all my birth father

Kang, kill him

Kang-er, what are you doing?

Mother, l'm kowtowing to you 3 times

to repay you for taking care of me for all these years

You mustn't do this

l have my own reason. You won't understand

You...

l was such a fool

How could l have believed that he'd changed?

Let's go

Brother Yang, Miss Mu

Move it

Move aside

Father, save me

Quiet

Qiu Chuji, release my son and l'll let you go

Rubbish!

Wanyan Honglie, you're despicable

He's not your son

l don't care. Since he calls me his father l must do my duty as one

That's preposterous l'll fight it out with you!

Teacher, save me

No

Why not?

He's my only disciple. l have to save him

You're not allowed to save him

Are you only willing to listen when my father arrives?

Sister, kill all those standing on your left

Mei Chaofeng, what do you stand to gain by helping them?

Mei Chaofeng, do you still want me to put in a good word for you in front of my father?

You all heard that That's what l stand to gain

- Mother - Aunt Yang

l'm alright

Where's Kang-er?

Why are you still thinking about that scoundrel?

Aunt Yang

lt's all my fault

Brother Yang, please don't say that

Let me kill that scoundrel first

Taoist...

Wanyan Honglie, you've got your son back

Tell your men to leave at once!

Aside from the royal concubine

- l want the rest of them dead - Yes

Don't move

l'm going to fight it out with you today

We'll perish together

- Attack - Wait

l have something to say

l, Yang Tiexin, am just a nobody

But you are all well-known heroes

Although l've lost my son today

but at least l'm finally reunited with my wife

My life isn't worth much

You shouldn't have to worry about me

Wanyan Honglie, you want me dead, isn't it?

l'll fulfil your wish now

- Brother Yang... - Uncle Yang

- Father - Tiexin

Tiexin, why did you do that?

Xiruo

You should go back to Wanyan Honglie

l'm not leaving

You have to take care of Kang-er

Tiexin

Yang Kang, are you still human?

Your father is dying and you're just standing there?

l think l hear someone singing

(The rain stops as l stand by the rail)

(Looking up towards the sky l let out a cry)

(Full of vigorous aspirations)

(At the age of thirty my deeds are nothing but dust)

(My journey has taken me over a distance of 8,000 li)

(So do not sit idly by for young men will grow old)

(And become full of regret)

- Father - Uncle Yang

- Brother Yang - Tiexin...

Mrs Yang, you must take care

l'm fine

Kang-er

Kang-er, come here

- Come here - Mother

Mother

Kang-er

You're all grown up now you have your own ambitions and aspirations

l won't stop you anymore

Mother, you should blame me for doing all these

l've let you down

- Kang-er - Mother

You must learn to take care of yourself from now on

Take care of your health

Mother...

- Xiruo - Mother

Xiruo

- Xiruo - Mother

Mother

Wanyan Honglie, you're despicable!

Mother

All this has happened because of you

You must pay for it in blood!

Stop it!

My mother is already dead

Whatever score we have we can settle it another day

(Full of vigorous aspirations)

(At the age of thirty my deeds are nothing but dust)

(My journey has taken me over a distance of 8,000 li)

(So do not sit idly by for young men will grow old)

(And become full of regret)

Son, do you blame me?

He ended his own life it had nothing to do with anyone else

- lt's a pity that your mother... - She was too silly

She was so foolish

He'd already been separated from her for so long

She shouldn't have died for him

Kang, as long as l'm still around

you'll be the heir of the Jin empire

Thank you, father

Why did you summon me here, sir?

Just say it He'll tell me all about it anyway

Jing

Your Aunt and Uncle have already passed away

What are your plans?

l...

lt's all about revenge again

Don't you get tired of repeating yourself?

Rong-er

lsn't it? Didn't Uncle Yang tell us not to bother about his affairs?

So we should just write it off

Alright, l can forget about Brother Yang's score

But what about Brother Guo?

Which Brother Guo?

My father

Jing

Are you going to behave like Yang Kang?

Sir, this deep rooted enmity is something that l'll never forget

But it's a pity that l'm not talented enough in martial arts

You don't have to worry about that

This stupid Taoist will teach you anyway

Miss Huang, this place is sacred to the Quanzhen Sect

l hope you can show some respect

Yes, stupid...

Taoist Qiu

Jing-er, l've already sent a letter to invite your 6 teachers from Jiangnan

We'll discuss this again when they arrive

Then l can see my teachers again

And l'll be very annoyed

Why didn't you avoid it?

l knew that you wouldn't bear to kill me

You know all my weaknesses

Nianci, mother's death...

Don't say anymore

You always have very good reasons for all the despicable things you do

l'll never believe you again

Nianci, l just want you to understand

They can say whatever they want about me

That l'm a despicable traitor and all that

But l won't bother about it at all

As long as you don't say that about me

l'll be satisfied

l've already scolded you a hundred times

l don't believe you'd do that

Yang Kang

Why can't you give up your riches?

Why can't you be a righteous person?

Why?

Because l'm Wanyan Kang

l want to walk my own path

l'd already sorted things out before l came here

Whatever others say about you

That you're a traitor or a Jin dog...

But in my heart

you're just Yang Kang

Heaven has brought us together

But now we are destined...

to part

Nianci... Don't go

l'm leaving

l don't ever want to see you again

Nianci, don't be like this

Are you able to give up your riches and come with me?

ln that case, we'll never meet again

Nianci

Guo Jing is going to kill Wanyan Honglie

But he doesn't want to make an enemy of you

He wants to talk to you

Take care

No, l can't let you kill my father

Yang Kang, by doing this you'll be forcing me to kill you first

Guo Jing

Do you think you're capable of doing that?

Brother Jing, since he's already said that

we don't have to be civil to him anymore

Rong-er

Don't bother about this

Yang Kang, think about it

Our fathers were best friends

Even if we can't be good friends we shouldn't become enemies either

That's enough

lf you want to kill my father you'll be courting your own doom

You don't have to bother about that

l just hope that you'll stay some distance away

as Taoist Qiu will not show you any mercy

Guo Jing, if you attack the palace

both sides will get hurt

Alright, since you'll definitely seek revenge for your father

and l was brought up by Wanyan Honglie

We'll settle the score amongst the two of us with a duel

lf l lose, you can go ahead and kill Wanyan Honglie

But if you lose go back to Mongolia immediately

and forget about seeking revenge

Brother Jing, don't listen to him

He's saying that because he knows he can defeat you

Guo Jing, if you call yourself a man you should accept my challenge

Brother Jing, don't do it!

You're right Even if l manage to avenge my father

my 6 teachers and Taoist Qiu could get injured or killed in the process

Yang Kang, when do you want to duel me?

- 3 day's time at White Pebble Beach - Alright

Jing

Jing, why were you so foolish?

By agreeing to Yang Kang's duel you've walked right into his trap

Taoist Qiu, this is the only way to make Yang Kang stay out of this

Are you confident of defeating Yang Kang?

l'll try my best

You should talk to your disciple

He's grown up now

He should know what he's doing

That's right. After all, 18 years ago we'd already agreed to have this duel

We'll see if your disciple or our disciple is more highly skilled

Alright... We'll just take it that l've lost the competition, alright?

How would we know who's the winner if they haven't duelled yet?

Alright... But honestly

Yang Kang has always been more highly skilled than Guo Jing

So what am l worried about?

l'm just worried that Jing's life may be in danger

Taoist Qiu, by saying that you're not showing us respect

l didn't mean it that way...

Whatever the case the duel mustn't take place

Taoist Qiu, l appreciate your good intentions

But the duel has to take place

Only then can l answer to Uncle Yang

You're such a fool

Rong-er, why aren't you asleep yet?

Brother Jing, wear this

What?

l told you to wear the Soft Hedgehog Vest

You wear that to protect yourself Why did you take it off?

You'll be fighting Yang Kang tomorrow

Honestly, you're no match for him

So, l've put some poison on the vest

Rong-er

l must play fair in the duel

How can you ask me to use such dirty tricks?

Alright...

You're the good guy l'm the bad person, alright?

Just wear it

Go out

l won't wear the Soft Hedgehog Vest

Why are you so stubborn?

Yes, l'm very stubborn

l want to be a righteous person

l don't resort to dirty tricks, understand?

You're horrid

What did you say?

l said you're pretentious and horrid

You... Go away!

Alright, l won't bother with you anymore

Taoist

Jing

l know l can't stop you from going

Although Yang Kang is more highly skilled than l am

But l'm determined to defeat him

Actually, your martial arts skills are alright

lt's just a pity that you lack the basics of the internal skills

l'm useless

Actually, Taoist Ma did teach me

Those were just ordinary breathing techniques

We can't teach the skills of Quanzhen Sect to outsiders

That's why Taoist Ma couldn't teach you much either

Jing, sit down

What are you doing?

l'm going to recite a few formulas

Listen carefully now

Taoist, are you going to teach me internal skills?

l didn't say that l was going to teach you anything

l merely said l was going to recite a few formulas. Listen carefully

The lead weight sinks like the fire in the kidneys

The mercury flows like the water in the heart

That's the careful collection of lead and mercury

Brother Jing, be careful

The lead weight sinks like the water in the kidneys

The mercury flows like the fire in the heart

The lead weight sinks like the water in the kidneys

The mercury flows like the fire in the heart

Brother Jing, you've won!

Yang Kang

You won't stop me from killing Wanyan Honglie anymore?

Guo Jing, just kill me

l'll take the blade in my father's place

Scoundrel, you're still unrepentant?

Jing, kill him

Kill him

Kill him

Kill him

Brother Jing

Let's take this opportunity to charge over and kill Wanyan Honglie

Alright

Teachers

Yang Kang has taken a blow in Wanyan Honglie's place

Therefore, all our previous animosity is over for now

Wanyan Honglie, listen up

l can stop seeking revenge for my father

But l'll never forget to avenge my country

l'll have your head another day when l see you during the war

Hats off to the six of you l willingly admit defeat

Our efforts for these 18 years have not been in vain

Jing, your martial arts skills are superb for your young age

You have a bright future ahead of you

You flatter me, l still need your guidance

Your 6 teachers are all highly skilled

What else can l teach you?

But...

Brother Yang has already passed on

There's something that l've yet to accomplish

What is it?

Miss Mu is after all Brother Yang's descendant

As her elders we should find her a good suitor

Yes, Taoist Qiu is right

The Guo and Yang families had an agreement

lf they both have boys they'll become sworn brothers

lf it's a boy and a girl, they'll be married

Miss Mu is considered as Brother Yang's daughter

Jing, what do you think?

l...

Do whatever you want. Don't ask me

Miss Mu, what do you think?

l'm very tired

l want to take a rest. Please excuse me

Sister Mu

Don't get angry

l won't marry Guo Jing

But they'll force you to do it

l'm leaving now, they can't force me

Where are you going?

As far away as possible so that l can forget everything

But you'll be alone aren't you afraid you'll get bullied?

l'm not afraid

l'll learn to take care of myself

Sister Mu, do you like peach blossoms?

Why?

Why don't you come back to Peach Blossom lsland with me?

My father will surely take you in

Rong-er, l know you have good intentions

but l want to spend my time alone

lt's more suitable for me

Sister Mu

lf it's fated, we'll meet again

Please help me thank Guo Jing for not killing Yang Kang

Farewell

Sister Mu

Don't say anymore

You must have instigated Miss Mu to leave

That's enough, she's isn't disabled

She can go wherever she wants! You're maligning me

l don't wish to quarrel with you

Whatever it is, we don't welcome you here in Quanzhen Sect

Everyone here is so rigid l wanted to leave long ago

Brother Jing, let's go

Jing can't leave

Jing, l want to ask you something in front of your teachers

Are you a Han Chinese?

Of course l am, sir

Since you know that you're a Han

now that our country is in trouble

shouldn't you forget about love and relationships

and do something for your country?

Taoist Qiu is right

Jing

Your father was a patriotic man

You must follow in his footsteps

l know

What's the use if you don't do anything about it?

Jing, l want you tojoin Quanzhen Sect

and help fight the Jins together

Another man means another pair of hands That's a brilliant suggestion

No!

Qiu Chuji, you're trying to separate us

You want Guo Jing to become a Taoist

Rong-er, don't be like that. They're right

You always listen blindly to your teachers

lf they tell you to kill yourself will you do it too?

l think we can let Jing think about it first

What's there to think about when it concerns saving the country?

But he doesn't have to become a Taoist

lt's alright if he's not a Taoist

But Jing has to stay at Quanzhen Sect

Stupid blind man who are you to decide everything for him?

Do you know what he's thinking?

Do you want him to be alone all his life, like you?

Rong-er, stop it

l'm not going to stop What is Quanzhen Sect?

What's the meaning of being loyal and righteous?

My father was right You are all pretentious and foolish

Rong-er, you're too much

How dare you, little demoness!

Rong-er, leave quickly!

l'm not leaving

l'm going to become a Taoist lt's no use following me

You're really going to be a Taoist?

Yes. lf l stay with you

l'll be letting Princess Huazheng down

lf l go back to Mongolia l'll be letting you down

Once l become a Taoist everything will be resolved

Guo Jing, l'm asking you

is that the truth?

Yes, l really mean it

Alright, l won't ever see you again

Teacher

Jing, sit down

Tomorrow, you'll officially become a Taoist

There's still time for you to back out now

Teacher, l was a bit rash yesterday when l said l wanted to become a Taoist

But l've thought it over

After l met Rong-er l did get into a lot of trouble

The Taoist is right

When our country is in trouble

how can l only be concerned about love?

Teacher, what do you think l should do?

l don't plan on making the decision for you

Huang Rong was right

Ever since you were young

we've always decided everything for you

We've never asked you if you liked it or not

Now, it's time for you to decide for yourself

l don't know what to do

l'd rather become a Taoist and forget about everything

ls that what you really want?

Do you still remember what your Fifth Teacher said to me before he died?

He only told you how much he loved you just before he died

Jing, you must remember

There are some things that you'll regret

only when it's too late

Why are you looking for me?

l need your help

Guo Jing

Our sect was started by our teacher Wang Chongyang

You must be pure of heart

Your words and actions must set a good example

Once you join us you'll be a Taoist for life

You must observe our rules with no regrets

Once you wear this Taoist robe

you'll be a disciple of Quanzhen Sect for life

Sister Mei, stop them

Brother Jing, can you really bear to ignore me and become a Taoist?

Rong-er, you... you should leave

You said you'd never leave me why are you changing your mind now?

Little demoness what do you take this place for?

Brother Jing, leave with me l know you don't want to become a Taoist

We'll go to a place with lots of peach blossoms and fish

We'll be very happy there. Brother Jing...

Brother Jing

Rong-er

Guo Jing

Let's go

What is love?

You can give up everything for the one you love

Qiu Chuji, you won't understand

You'll never be able to understand

Brother Jing, let's go

Where are we going, Rong-er?

To a place where only condors can fly to

We'll be very happy there
