-Joyoung, -Any sign of Yeon Namseng? -No.

-He should`ve been here hours ago. -I think that bastard has betrayed us.

-Let`s give him a little more time. -Sudol and I will check the protectorate compound.

We`ll know if something`s gone wrong.

-Yes, Let`s go now. -We`ll be back.

-What are you going to accuse me of this time? -You can`t play dumb anymore.

Play dumb?

We know you`re working in cahoots with Dae Joyoung!

I resent this accusation! Working in cahoots?

We can kill off every single member of the Dongmyoungchun League

in the compound right now if we wanted.

What are you talking about?

-Send them in! -Yes, sir!

They`re two of the Dongmyoungchun League members you brought into the compound.

We`re Tang general Li Wen`s men.

Dae Jungsang brought us here from Goguryeo Village.

We already know that their headquarters is Tsui Sing Lau. So stop waisting your breath and sooperate.

Lord Yeon,

it won`t helo you to drag on. Help us.

-Only you can bring Dae Joyoung into our trap. -If you help us to capture Dae Joyoung,

You will wal away from this unscathed.

So please.

Kill me.

I will never help Tang, no, I will never betray Goguryeo again.

So kill me and get it over with.

Joyoung,

-What did you find out? -NNamseng is on his way right now.

-How many soldiers is he bringing? -Five, as promised.

We check to see if he was being followed, but it`s negative.

-Alert my father. -Aye.

What is it, sir?

What are you doin here at this time of the night, sir?

We were expecting you sooner.

Did you run into any trouble?

I had to be extra careful to avoid the watching eyes.

Let us hurry.

-Dae Joyoung is in? -Yes, sir.

Dae Jungsang is here as well.

Dae Jungsang?

-The lord of Ansi Fort Dae Jungsang is here? -Yes, There`s no mistake, sir.

At last we have Dae Joyoung and now Dae Jungsang to boot!

This is my lucky day!

Where are they now?

They`re at the rear garden with the rest of the assassins.

What are you waiting for? I will wipe them out tonight!

I will pulverize them!

We can`t do that, sir.

Why not?

I`m talking about killing a pack of trapped rats. What`s the problem?

We just let in a hundred killers into our own house. We have to be careful eith our swords, or we can cut ourselves.

I agree with Li Kaigu.

Their leader is none other than Dae Joyoung after all.

We must wait until the right moment when they are helpless.

That`s right general.

What do you mean no?

Why can`t we just get the job done tonight?

security is bound to be tighter at night.

And the home court advantage is even greater in the dark.

-We will suffer too many casualties. -I agree with Joyoung.

Let stick to our original plan.

But I still don`t trust Yeon Namseng all the way.

General, are you going to wait until they make their move tomorrow?

Li Kaigu is right.

A cornered rat can turn into a fierce dog. It turns and bits the cat.

What is Geumlan doing anyways?

She`s quietly staying in the guest wing.

Oh...

I don`t know what to do with her...

What do you mean? She`s a killer who is after your life!

I will handle it I`ll take care of her.

No,

She approached me to kill me and I protected her.

If anyone kills her, it should be me.

Let`s go.

Now, general?

Yes.

Tomorrow will be to late. Let`s go!

-Stay here. -General!

That`s good.

Geumlan, in my lifetime.

I`ve slept more nights with my armor on than without it because enemies where everywhere I turned.

But truth be told, a real warrior doesn`t wear his armor to protect his body.

He wears it to hide his inner most feelings like dear and ambition.

But my iron clad heart has been stripped bare not by a sword or a apear but by your gantel hands.

Yes.. You`re still silent...

Geumlan, would you dance for me tonight?

Yes...yes..

You dance like a deadly butterfly...

How many lives have you taken with your tender little hands?

Your posioned dagger will never pierce me!

Is this it?

Is this your posioned dagger?

Stop patronizing me and kill me right now!

You! You can talk?

My only regret is not killing you when I had the chance!

You!

Audacious wench!

Are you still torn?

-Just keep your agreement. -Of course.

-Andong Protectorate will soon be yours. -That`s not what I`m talking about.

-You said you`d spare their lives. -You didn`t betray them,

you made a choice. You don`t have to deel guilty.

-The protectorate army just changed shift. The commandery guard will soon change shift as well.

Let`s go get Xue Rengui`s head now!

Biwu, Sudol and I will go to the main wing and take care of Xue Rengui.

Dolbal and I will stay here and cover you with the rest of the agents.

Yes, Father.

Go now.

The flying column will come with me!

Move out!

Seal off the court yard while the flying colomun does it`s job.

I don`t want anyone getting in untill the job is complete.

Got it.

Two to each gate! Go!

-Joyoung, somethings not right. -Where is everyone?

Are they all on a lunch break?

-Wait here. -Joyoung!

spred out and stand guard!

Geum...

-Geumlan what happend? -You ahve to get out of here. It`s a steup!

How did this happen?

They knew our planand waited for us!

Those men!

They`re new recruots we brought from Goguryeo Village!

Silence!

I`m a Tang warrior serving under General Li Wen!

Blasted bastards!

Let`s die, Joyoung!

If all of us fight to the death, we will get at least half of them!

Stop!

You...

How could you!

This was already a lost cause when they came to me. If you want to save your men you must listen to me.

Blasted bastard has betrayed us again!

They gave me their word that no blood would be shred if you surrender.

Innocent lives have to be protected first!

This was the last thing I could do. So please put down your swords and surrender.

You`ve wasted your time.

All of us swore to die an honorable death before we came here.

And they will never let us live.

No, no, I will let you live. I`m a man of my word.

General Dae Jungsang, you must protect your men!

Please, please order them to surrender!

General Dae Jungsang!

Sir, don`t surrender for us!

-We will fight to our last breath! -We will kill as many of them

-as we can for as long as we can hold our swords! -We will not surrender!

We will not surrender! We will not surrender!

Listen to me!

Listen to me!

Fight.

Fight with every once of your strength and get out of here alive!

No!

It`s clear you all want to die. Then have it your way. Archers ready!

Wipe them out! Send them to kingdon come!

General Xue!

Attack!

Fire!

Come get us you bastards!

Lets not fear death!

Kill them all!

Men, women, arrest every single one of them!

Mimosa!

Find Mimosa! Find Mimosa now!

-Mimosa the protectorate guards! They`re everywhere! -Calm down!

They must have failed!

The Dongmyoungchun League`s final mission has failed.

There you are you rat. This is where you were heding.

-Take him! -Let`s go!

-Father! Father! Where is my Father? -General Dolba just took him to therear gate!

Let`s go!

What are you waiting for? Protect the general!

What`s this?

Get out the way or you`re dead! Get out the way now!

This is general Dae Joyoung, the leader of the Dongmyoungchun League!

-Get out of the way now! -Wait! Wait a moment.

These are forcefully recruited Goguryeoan boys.

We can`t harm them.

General Li Kaigu is right behind us!

General, go quickly and exit through the east gate! Our brothers are standing guard there, so go now.

Go, sir! We`ll cover you!

No! We`re going together.

If you don`t go now, all of us will be killed! Take the general now!

There is no time! Go, General!

-Let`s go, Joyoung! -Let`s go!

Stay alive. we will come back for you.

-There`s no time! Go! -Please, I want you to live!

They`re getting away! Go after them! Go!

No!

-Joyoung, there`s no time! -We have to go!

No, let go!

-No! -Let`s go joyoung!

Clear the way! Clear the way! Clear the way!

It`s Dae Joyoung!!

They`re after Dae Joyoung! Block the way!

Don`t let them get him! Block the road!

After him! Now!

-Your Majesty! -What happened!

-Where is General Dae and his men? -General Dae Joyoung

-and his sworn brothers made it out alive, but... -How about General Dae Jungsang,

Dolbal and the agents?

I`m afraid they didn`t make it out.

What?

Your Majesty! Your Majesty!

Your Majesty, it`s Tsui Sing Lau!

-They raided Tsui Sing Lau and arrested everyone! -What? Tsui Sing Lau as well?

Just how much do they know about us?

You`re not safe either. You have to get out of here.

-You Majesty, there is no time! -I will take you. You must flee now,Your Majesty!

I returned to my homeland burning with vengeance.

-Where am I to run to? -Your Majesty....!

I will go to Anding Protectorate. Get ready at once.

Your Majesty!

If they arrest me, so be it. But judgung by the fact that they are not here, I must have averted theur suspicion.

-Sukyoung, -Yes, Your Majesty.

I want you to go to a safe place.

-No, I`m going to be with you to the end, Your Majesty. -I won`t have you killed in vain,

-so go! -No!

I refuse to run to save my life alone.

I am going out to the city to find out what happened to General Dae.

We can`t.... We can`t crumble like this...

The Dongmyoungchun League can`t crumble with our final destiny right before our eye!

Your Majesty....!

Here! Search every corner!

This one! Come on!

Seek them out!

They couldn`t have gotten away. Search every house in the village!

-Yes, sir! Follow , me! -Let`s go!

My Lady,

-What did you find out? -The city has been turned upside down

in search for General Dae Joyoung.

Does that mean he got away alive?

Yes, but the entire protectorate army is looking for him. He could be capture any time.

What do we do?

Be prepared for the worst. He is our enemy now.

Yes, my lady.

You lost him? I came as soon as I heard.

Are you saying you got everyone except the man we were after?

We`re searching every inch of the city. He won`t get away this time.

Only Dae Joyoung and his sworn brothers Gulsabiwu and Heuk Sudol got away.

The Dongmyoungchun League will no longer be a threat to us.

That`s right.

The Dongmyoungchun League is finished now.

It`s too soon to relax.

What do you mean?

In my estimate, there is a bigger man hiding behind Dae Joyoung.

A bigger man? Who?

That`s what we must find out next.

Yeon Namseng mentioned nothing of this.

-There can`t be anyone else he doesn`t know about. -When we raided Tsui Sing Lau,

Mimosa destroyed some documents.

It had burned to ashes when we got there, but I`m certain those documents contained the name of the man we`re after.

Get the prisoners right now!

I will interogate them myself!

I will expose this man behind the veil myself!

Get the prisoners out of their cells and strap them into torture racks!

Yes, general!

Stop!

Dae Jungsang,

We meet again, my old friend.

I should`ve killed you when I had the chance!

I see you still got your spirit.

But I`m not exactly happy with you either.

When I think about how I matched into Ansi Fort and found it empty, it still makes my blood boil!

Now answer me. Who is your leader?

Dae Joyoung didn`t lead the Dongmyoungchun league alone. He had help from a backer,

and I want to know who that is?

Talk, and I will send you to Tang alive instead of killing you.

Do you really want to know?

Yes, I do. Now talk.

Wouldn`t you rather be alive in Tang than be dead in Goguryeo?

Come on talk. Who is behind the Dongmyoungchun League?

You`re right.

The Dongmyoungchun League has a powerful backer that gives us all the support we need from behind the vail.

And that is....

Who?

And that is the exalted and mighty people of this land!

You!!

The people had our backs.

The pillar of Dongmyoungchun League was the people of this land!

How dare you patronize me again!

It`s a shame.

Guards!

Continue the torture until they talk!

I will find out who is behind you one way or another!

What are you waiting for? Continue the torture!

Let go of me!

Whats happening? They`re treating us like prisoners!

They know we`re Li Wen`s men.

-They can`t hurt us. -No, but....

Get rid of them? Kill off Li Wen`s men?

Yes, Khan.

But we couldn`t have brought down the Dongmyoungchun League without them!

That`s exactly why we must get rid of them.

To acquire Yingzhou prefecture, we must get full credit for having destroyed the Doongmyounchun League.

But if they find out that Li Wen`s men were key, Li wen will sabotage us and make sure Yingzhou never becomes ours.

Shin is right.

We must eliminate them and bury what happened.

But if Li Wen does find out what happened, acquiring Yingzhou will become eve more difficult.

Don`t you agree, Khan?

Wanrong is right.

Li Wen come from a powerful clan in Tang.

If he finds out and brings it up to the court, not only will we lose our chance of acquiring Yingzhou but we will be removed from our posts as well.

You will acquire nothing if you are not willing to take chances.

I will give it some more thought.

But the fact of the matter is, we the khitans are the ones that brought down the Dongmyoungchun League!

That`s right, khan.

And General Xue Rengui will back us as well. We don`t need to take chances.

Khan, General Li Wen has arrived.

-What? Li Wen? -Yes,Khan.

He brought prisoners from Goguryeo Village.

Khan, why would he come here instead of returning to Tang? He`s trying to take credit for our accomplishments like I said.

Li Wen that bastard....

That bastard is determined to ruin us!

They killed them all..... We barely made it out alive, and all of our comrades are dead.....

-Stop crying now. -I can`t help it!

I`m so angry I`m going insane!

General,

Princess Sukyoung!

-I`m so relieve to see you`re alive. -Your Grace...

-I heard his majesty was unharned. -Yes.

We don`t know what`s going to happend from one moment to the next, but he is all right for now.

Did you hear anything about what happened to the others?

Is ther anything you know about my father and Mimosa?

There was a brutal interrogation to exopse the backer.

It tore His Majesty apart.

Bastards...

-As if it weren`t enough to to massacre our agents! -Let`s get out there.

I can`t stand being locked up in here doing nothing!

The whole city is looking for you. It would be very foolish to go out.

Oh, a Tang warrior named Li Wen is in the city.

Li Wen?

-The man that destroyed the Goguryeo Village? -Yes, He brought prisoners with him.

Li Wen....!

My father and the agents` lives may be in danger!

-General! -Welcome, general!

Good work both of you. I`m very proud!

-Thank you, general. -You made it all happen, sir.

It`s been a while. Have you fared well?

Please come in. General Xue is waiting for you.

You`ve accomplished yet another great task. But it`s too bad Dae Joyoung slipped away.

This way..

-Subong, -Yes, sir.

Where is Dae Jungsang being held? Lead me to him.

I, um..it`s this way, sir.

What are you looking at? Stay down!

Open it!

Get in ther!

Stay quiet, or you`re dead!

The poor little damsels.... They`re breaking my heart.

-Mogae, let`s go. -Let`s go!

General, it`s us! Open your eyes!

Jang Sanhae, it`s you.

And Mu Yeom...

How did this happen? What happened to the soldiers?

They wiped us out. We`re the only ones that survived.

Give us death. We failed you, general.

Here we are together again....

The others are already gone, and here we are at the gates of death...

-General.... -General....

Open the cell!

-Get Dae Jungsang out! -Yes, sir!

Get up!

General! General!

Quiet!

Are you dae Joyoung`s old man Dae Jungsang?

You!

Don`t you dare talk down to him!

Name your backer! Or I`ll cut off your head right now!

Go ahead.

-Jungsang! -General!

You will never get thw answer you want. So kill me right here. RIGHT NOW!!
