and the location for the fourth leg of The Amazing Race Australia.

HOST: A detour is a choice between two challenges,

each with its own pros and cons.

In this detour, teams must choose between Healer and Styler.

Picture this, you can't sleep.

You might be jet lagged like our teams.

What you need to do is get yourselves an inyanga,

a traditional healer that will not only diagnose your problem,

but give you the right potion to fix it.

These markets offer an extensive array of traditional herbal

medicines used by local healers and witchdoctors.

In healer, celebrities must pack and prepare a market stall

ready for business.

They will pack all and I mean all the medicinal items on their mat,

then seek the help of a local to translate the shelf labels,

which are all written in the Zulu language.

Once they have identified the labels and packed their shelves correctly,

they will receive their next clue.

It's good.

Fashion in this city is off the hook.

It is cool, it is colourful and there is no room for beige.

And if you come and see my mate Seba, you can take it all home.

I'm talking the kimonos, jackets, shirts, sweaters.

Only catch is you have to sew it yourself.

Celebrities who choose styler must make their way to Joburg's

emerging fashion district.

One team member will use a sewing machine to put together

a traditional dashiki top,

whilst the other will sew a matching tote bag by hand.

Once Seba is happy with their items, they'll receive their next clue.

Teams must find their way on foot through the streets of Joburg

to the Rand Club, then search each room to find the big five animals

that appear on the South African currency, also known as the rand.

When they locate this golden buffalo,

the box beside it will hold their next clue.

Your money is a hint for what you will be looking for.

So what do we have on the money,

I think is the big five, which is this.

Cheetah, buffalo, lion, elephant and a rhino.

You know, what we're good at is just doing anything

and just keep going.
