And I meant to pay it back.

So writing Phil's suicide note

wasn't terribly difficult, not after 30 years.

It may not have been the first time.

When the videocassette deal came up,

I sensed that my timing was right,

that this might really take off.

So I faked your signatures on Powers-of-attorney,

and I set up a dummy corporation.

And you skimmed most of that money for yourself.

And all these years,

I've been scratchin' for a Buck.

But everybody was with Murray or in the den

waiting for the police.

I never meant to hurt him.
